I love to find my movies i cant find online or otherwise cost like $20 online. Here i can get those options physically for 1/3 of the price than elsewhere. Love, love, love it!!

This movie trading company is the biggest and the best one that I’ve been to in the DFW area so many things to look at that you will never get to see everything in one day the best movies video games comic books and posters I’ve seen so far I will definitely be back I bought about six movies today

This is the flagship location and always has the best and most eclectic selection. Dwarfs all the other locations. Be prepared to dig and hunt for all the things youve been looking for. One of the only places left that you can rent movies and games also!

The workers here are lazy and crazy. Lazy as in they just stand around and glued to their phones and get annoyed when you as for a product behind a glass case. Crazy to change $64.99 for Super Mario 64 where I saw it on eBay for $24.99 with free shipping. Wanted to get a Sega Dreamcast for $99.99, but wouldn’t sell it to me because it would require them to get off their phone to work. Two expensive items I was going to buy, but I decided to walk out to probably find it cheaper and to sellers who would be happy to sell to me. Staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what your looking for. Its a big place so they have everything! Everything is in its proper place, organized and in order. Also, all the signs help direct you so you know where to go.

If youre a gamer searching for a game, searching for a new or long past classic movie, looking for an action figure, in search of some anime, or perhaps a fun shirt and some snacks to buy, its all in this location. They have great customer service and the place is always clean. You can call ahead to see if they have what you are looking for or you can buy off of their website. Employees are rude and give you low ball evaluations despite having a high foot traffic. Assistant manager lied about being the manager, and when he real manager came out they were both extremely rude to me and talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m fema I contacted the distric leader.

DO NOT SELL MOVIES HERE!!Took about 100 movies to sell and even called before I left asking about how the selling worked. Drove 2hrs to get there like I told them on the phone and only made $14.00... Then when we get our money it spits out all the stickers for the movies we sold and they had one movie priced to sell for $20.00 just one of the movies! Some BS! I’ll stay home and have a garage sale next time at least I could get a dollar each.

Like that they have more records to look though. Pretty good selection of DVDs. Like the bogo coupons.

Rated a 3 because the movie selection is good. But this is not a diverse place. I ALWAYS experience a different treatment when I go there. Whether its being ignored when Im at the register or being talked to with sternness instead of them having customer service . And its not nice. Todays excuse they told me I didnt have an account. I have spent over 500$ here my family and I come often. How my account disappear out of nowhere? I was told they halfway make the accounts sometimes and they dont stick. Pure b.s.

Awesome place for the family to go back in time. They have seemingly everything you could possibly want from present to back in the day. The store is huge and has a touch of the old blockbuster family feel to it. My wife and kids and myself were overwhelmed in a good way from all the selection they have. Definitely a 4.5 out of 5 star rating for me. The only downside for me is the lighting is rather deem inside. Wished they would play live movies while shoppers were shopping.

Most important thing is that we are all safe in terms of security also feel at home i mean like your real home and many quality things that you love and cant be explain on till you get there including lost of funs

Sometimes just stop without really looking for specific thing and walk out with something. Love walking around to look at some of the rare or vintage items.

Most of the time they have what I am looking for. Places like these are a gem and can never be replaced by ebay and amazon. So walk in and check out what they have. I am sure you can find something you want.

I love that this place has turned into more than movies place. Has a variety of items for all sorts of collectors. I also found a battery and games for the PSP that my son had laying around still.

Look no further for movies, video games, comics, and toy collectables. They are basically a one stop shop for collectors.

They have an impressive selection of DVDs, Blu-Rays, 4K Blue-Rays, CDs, LPs, old game systems plus their games, T-shirts, POP figures, books, comics, manga, posters...whats not to love? Make sure to give them your info to be included in their frequent sales! Ive never had a bad experience there, the employees have always been professional and easy to talk to. As much as I hate to give 4 stars it’s much deserved. I love collecting movies and generally find what I’m looking for. With that being said I spend a lot of money there and I expect a little bit better customer service! The staff isn’t consistent some are overly friendly then some legit act like they don’t want to be there. Staff walks passed you on the floor, some tumble your movies around as they’re checking you out. Not cool!

Movie Trading Company is my favorite place to get DVDs. You name it, they have it. The staff is friendly, and its always a pleasure to browse their wares. They even have a great selection of video game memorabilia.

I got a game that was a little too scratched up to work properly. I was gonna take it as a loss as I hadnt saved the receipt, but not only did their employee Mitch offer to try to get it cleaned up for me in their machine, he was able to pull up a copy of my receipt from their computer so that I wouldnt have any trouble returning it if it still didnt work. They definitely go above and beyond during a time when most are happy to skate by doing the bare minimum.

As a film enthusiast I love coming here to buy movies. Ive sold movies here before too with no problem at all . But this guy who looks like a chubby version of michael cera with glasses didnt let me sell movies because my ID was expired. First time its ever happened. And he refused to buy them from me as if the experation date changed me as a person or changed my age or name. Left the store to buy some liquor. Lmao it was easier for me to buy liquor than to sell movies. Hes the type of guy at six flags who tries to cover the TV screens to stop you from trying to take your picture of yourself on the roller coaster. Other than that I love the place and the other employees with common sense.

When they run specials they pull out all the good inventory so you can’t get a deal on anything worth buying. The stuff that was there the night before at close was not there at open and they refused to sell it to me

This place is pure nostalgia every time I step in it. Everything from Blu-Ray to VHS, Playstation 1 games to Playstation 4, vinyls to cassette tapes and CDs. They even have video game guides and collectibles.

They have a lot of old school games, plenty of stuff for anime fans and music lovers alike. Its probably one of the best places to just browse because youll definitely find something.

Overall nice place and friendly staff. Recommend for the odd advance of collectibles. Great deals on bulk Pokémon cards as well

Husband and I went in there today. We were looking for a specific artist. Employee was on his cell phone walking through the store. We finally got his attention but he seemed highly annoyed that we actually needed help. He looked at us and loudly said what? husband repeated his question and employee dismissed him with a short annoyed nope we do not and walked away. Service was disgusting! Ps yes they did have plenty of CDs and dvds by said artist. Will never go back to this hell hole again.

Kelly in there I was in there store for almost 2 hours I looking through the Seas me and my daughter-in-law to complain and told him about we had just talked to him on the phone

Okay heres the deal I went in the last time to sell some of my movies DVDs I had almost 40 movies and they were going to give me $2 and like $9 store credit absolutely ridiculous they say its because of online business heres what I say about online my friend has online service pays $20 a month I bought a movie on DVD for $1.00 for online theyre charging $5 to see that dollar movie that I have on DVD so Im saying online is for the birds chirp chirp 🐦 🦜

Meh. Overpriced. Most used movies cost more to buy than it would cost to stream it. So you have to really want to own the movie and watch it multiple times to justify the prices.

I loved this place! The staff were all so friendly. The cashier offered the current promotions, and we went back to find even more items. The atmosphere is casual and laid back, and the inventory is huge. The employees offer to order anything that isnt in-store.

I like this place but some of the movies are to high I found a movie that had came out about 6month to a year ago an I found it at walmart for 14 Dollars an this movie trading had it for 26 movies that are old here sometime be priced to high but its a big selection. And you can buy records an video game stuff an stuff animals an posters snacks an if you can not find in stores call them or look up on line an theyll try there best to locate it.
