NO CUSTOMER SERVICE My company bought a whole office of furniture from NBI. Id guess north of $25K was spend with them. One of the PLASTIC locking mechanisms on a drawer broke, they were ZERO help getting a $5 replacement part. Sent them the invoice, pictures, etc and emailed a half dozen times. They said they couldnt help me. I was willing to pay for the part. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer and they sent me the part.
We bought over 7k worth of office furniture. No keys to locking drawers, missing hardware to assemble one of the desks, and missing piece on bottom of one of the desks. We are in week 3 and still waiting for the hardware to arrive so we can put the 2nd desk together. The customer service before the sale is excellent, but the service after the sale is sub par. They dont return your calls and it takes about 2 days to get a reply via email. Ive been told that my hardware will be here in another week. That will be 4 weeks from when we received the furniture.
Furniture quality was very poor. Did not fit together correctly. We had to drill new holes to get things to line up correctly and use glue on every piece. We took photos of all of the poor quality issues and agreed to keep the desk we had glued together but wanted to return the 2nd desk we had purchased that was the same brand/model as the 1st desk. The 2nd desk was new in the box and had not been opened. National Business Furniture refused to take back the unopened desk. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I am so glad that I read this reviews because I almost bought some furniture in this place and I will not take chances that this items are not fitting. Thanks
