We had just relocated to Dalton and my fiancees 4runner needed a tune up. I called around to talk to the local shops and out of everyone E & T were the most competitive with pricing. More importantly Tony, one of the owners was who I spoke to and he was very polite and helpful. They also got us in that same day and needless to say they did a great job. We had it back that afternoon, good as new. A few months later the 4runner started not starting or worse after being jumped, it actually turned off while she was driving. The battery had been replaced a year earlier so we were worried it was the alternator. We got it down to there shop and Tony took a look immediately. Total honesty, he came back and let me know it looked like the battery terminals just were bad and they replaced them and had me out of there. Anyway I highly recommend this shop for any automotive repairs or maintenance needs.

Best experience we have had in a long time. Most shops your just another number and loved out of the way. They were super busy and still made time to get us in for an oil change. They were super nice. Great customer service and fast. This will be our new place to go every time we need car repairs.

Well my breaks are fixed and everyone was pretty nice. It took 4 hrs to do a 45 min job. Also don’t sit on the furniture there’s bed bugs in the upholstery. It’s been almost a week since I was there and the bite marks haven’t went away. All in all they’re ok, but needs improvement. I’m certain they had no idea about the bugs.

I can honestly say that these people did an excellent job. They presented with great customer service skills. They were very fair with pricing. I will never go any place else unless I have no choice. I am very satisfied with this company!

The Owner of this place is awesome. I had some trouble with my steering. Another place said it was a major issue, but Tommy just listened to me and it was only my rims. Saved me hundreds. His character and integrity is what I look for in a mechanic!!

I have a feeling that I was almost taken advantage of. I clearly dont know enough about cars, so I was willing to put my trust in these guys. When I received my $900 quote, I was taken back. One of the mechanics came up to me, as I was leaving, and asked to see the quote. He said, he didnt give you a good deal. If I were you, I would go on eBay and get the work done elsewhere. I am incredibly grateful that he told me that. I went on to find a different mechanic that assured me that my car was not in bad shape!

They are decent. It took almost 4 hours to fix my car when the day before I was told to be there at certain time in morning and it would be quick less than a hour to fix, but me & 2 other customers waited there almost half hour before they showed up and were there till lunch time. They fine good work but the wait was just irritating...

I have used this company for auto service for several years. These are the most amazing guys in Dalton for auto service. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and also give us service with care and respect. I would recommend this service company to anyone looking for help with you car! We went a while ago for the starter and an oil change. First off told us we would have the car back by the end of the day, took them three days to even get to our vehicle. Second, they told us we needed to buy a replacement battery, we were informed we did indeed not need to replace our battery. And the newest development is we went to do an oil change and they stripped the screws to thr oil pan to the point, it now needs special equipment to remove it. We will not be returning

When you go. Ask for TOMY. His personality is the best. He actually cares about serving the people verses just the money. He told me first had I was totally wrong about trying to order a price that I wouldve went over $1500 fixing instead he told be how he could fix it for much less and I spent $100. I came every week because my car was leaking oil dramatically and he topped my oil off for free until I got it solved. Very INTENTIVE. I was stranded after hours and he came out his way 1 hour to help me. Also did I mention E&T HAS THE BEST MECHANICS IN TOWN FOR THE LOWEST RATES. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE

Only got an oil changer, I have had several other servicea and repairs donePrior to this visit E & T is Tops in my opinion.They are very knowledgable, and have all the modern testing equipment. I highly recommend E & T Tires and Service for all your automotive service needs.
