We have had the pleasure of doing business with this company, we have installed flooring for some of their customers, and we have personally used them for our own flooring needs. They have great styles to choose from and really great prices! The only issue is that they are really far from Atlanta!

Ordered a sample on August 7th, its now August 16th and they still havent even shipped it. While it was only $2 its still not right to take anyones money no matter the amount and not provide what you paid for. Glad I ordered a sample and not hundreds of dollars worth of flooring. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else, unless youre okay with giving them free money for no reason that is.

From the beginning, starting with my order, Carpet Express was fantastic! Customer service called to confirm my order and set the delivery. They were very easy to talk to, friendly, and attentive. When they called a second time to confirm the delivery time, I spoke to the same person. It wasnt an impersonal call center. It was a caring person that spoke to me as if we had done business together for years. Delivery went smoothly, on time, followed directions exactly, called ahead as I asked, and were very polite and professional. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone that asks.

After visiting Lowes, HomeDepot, and a few other local flooring companies, my mom didnt care for the style or price of what these companies carried. I found Carpet Express online just by fishing around, showed the flooring to my mom, and she loved both the price and the floor! My mom uses a walker, and we needed a one piece vinyl floor for her bathroom. She chose the hidden treasure Venetian flooring priced at .89 cents a square foot. With shipping of $120.00 to NY, (as they are stationed out of Dalton, GA), the flooring was still considerably less than the local companies in my area! Not only was the flooring wrapped very well, but it came within a week to a drop off point in Rochester. Sure, I had to go pick it up, but u can tell you that Carol and Dennis, who took my order and answered all my questions, were very wonderful and helpful! Awesome people to work with and very knowledgeable! Thank you so much! My mom loves the flooring!

After receiving a quote for over $5,000 for two rugs, we decided to google to see if anybody had a lower price for the same items. We paid just about half the previous quote. Working with Carol at Carpet Express was a very east and simply process. Carpets were ordered and we had nice follow ups on changes in schedule, which were that our carpets were done almost 2 weeks earlier then estimated. They arrived yesterday here in SLC, and my wife and I picked them up and installed them ourselves. They are EXACTLY what we wanted, and were made beautifully. So it has to get pushed out to the next day.Update: Carpet express called me about my issue and they fixed it on their end. I still had to pick up my order but they were on top of my issue. Buying carpet online, sight unseen and being from a different state is nerve wracking. I had found a particular type of carpet locally here in Florida but I could tell we were being up charged. Always excellent service. I live in Southern California and own several rental homes. I send a sample of carpet I want to my Salesman Benji Rogers and less than a week my carpet requested is found and ordered. My carpet is shipped from Carpet Express warehouse to a loading dock in Southern California. Never have had any issues with the carpet during or after it arrives at the dock. I feel I save a lot of money by buying it directly from Carpet Express and paying to have it shipped to Orange County California. If you own rental properties like myself, this is the way to go. I have built an excellent business relationship with Benji. I rely on his knowledge and expertise and he has not let me down once.

This was the best retail experience we have ever had! We found a carpet that we wanted made into a runner and an area rug. They were half the price of the decorating stores, the customer service was exceptional, the transaction went quickly and smoothly, and the rugs were delivered in perfect condition. Our salesman was Jim Young Jr and he did everything in his power to make this the great experience it was. This was all done over the internet as Carpet Express is in Georgia and we are in Florida.

Sales person knew nothing about the products. She kept telling me she would call me back (this happened 4 times) and ‘try to find someone to ask’. Simple questions about vinyl flooring. Then she asks me, ‘do you want old clicking-locking system or new system?’ I ask, what’s the difference? She says, ‘I don’t know honey. I’ll have to find somebody who knows and call you back’. After paying $90 in shipping, she sent me the wrong flooring and they won’t take it back!

Smooth ordering and delivery process! Browsed the CE website until I found a carpet that met my requirements. The CE representative was helpful providing a quote and shipping information, and ordering was straightforward. Carpet was delivered as promised to my house and off-loaded by the installer I had selected. I saved several hundred $ over the best local quote for identical carpet.

Great customer service! Representatives are knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful and courteous. The prices are the best I was able to find for quality products. From date of purchase to shipping was only a matter of days. Three boxes of my flooring was damaged in transit from the third party shipping freight line to my home. The freight line driver called in the damages to his headquarters, was issued an exception number. I called Carpet Express with my exception number and was told the damaged flooring will be immediately replaced and sent directly to me. Great company with great service. I will definitely purchased from Carpet Express again.

Purchased carpet from Jim Young in February 2018. He arranged shipping to Portland Oregon that arrived a couple days early very easy to work with. Unfortunately in March of 2019 it was determined that the carpet was defective. It is a very good grade of nylon plush. The defect was called corn roll ( I think )When I called to talk to Jim he immediately put me in contact with Stephanie Brooks. Stephanie got all the information she needed to present the problem to the manufacturer. With in a few days she got back to me with approval to replace the carpet. She not only made recommendations on replacement, but sent out about a dozen samples after I had searched for the right colors.My replacement carpet is arriving today at my house. All of this with no cost to me.I don’t want to overstate this, but Stephanie has been by far the most competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant company representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with.I highly recommend Carpet Express.

We had visited another carpet warehouse before were going to Carpet Express. We walked in to a gorgeous facility and were in mediately taken by the hand by hand over the top salesman, who knew matter how hard we pushed it would only keep driving us to the most expensive product. Leaving there overwhelmed and confused my wife asked me all sales people were going to be like this. Then drove up to Carpet Express which we had chosen simply because of the consistently high yelp reviews. Immediately when we walked in the door Melissa listen to our needs and directed us to the most inexpensive but quality product. She served us rather than trying to manipulate us.After having chosen a colors and finding that it wasn’t in stock she arranged for us to get a much better more expensive product for the same prices. She went above and beyond explaining the different grades of flooring, the wear ratings, stain, protections, etc. We left fully confident with our purchase. We drove 4 hours roundtrip to Carpet Express and picked out 160 square yards of 60 oz carpet for 9.99. The salesman said he was giving us a great deal because that quality of carpet would normally go for 16.99 a square yard. He referred us to his installer, but we chose someone who had 30 years of experience. Our installer laid down the padding and then started to roll out the 160 square yards of carpet when he noticed it was damaged. We called Carpet Express who said to leave the carpet and they would have someone pick it up. Two men show up in a moving truck with only a dolly that had two flat tires. My husband and son spent two hours helping them get 160 yards of carpet back on truck using our equipment. This was during the peak of COVID-19 and they had no mask or gloves on. I am a recent cancer survivor and had to quarantine from my own family. Carpet Express said they laid it out overnight and they did not see anything wrong with it. Our installer went to Carpet Express the next morning and said the damage was still there and they did not have the room to lay out 160 yards of carpet. My husband spent many hours calling and emailing trying to resolve this issue. They could not find any 60 oz carpet in that price range and offered to reduce the original 60 oz carpet by 1.99 a square yard. This pretty much tells us that they know it is defective. My husband drove roundtrip again to Carpet Express and was offered a lessor quality, much more expensive carpet with only a 5% discount for all our trouble. I guess they felt we were stuck with them, but we went somewhere else and are getting a 55 oz carpet at a much better price with no defects. My husband was much more patient with them than I would have been. He was nice to them throughout this whole experience hoping he would get better customer service. Don’t waste your time with Carpet Express, they don’t care.

I ordered my flooring through Carpet Express after I found out what a good price and fast shipping they had. They literally had my flooring in a warehouse in my town and could ship it there whenever I wanted. It was exhausting work moving the 52 boxes from the end of the drive way to the house though. I havent laid the floors yet, but the material and boxes all seem to be in good order. I will definitely use Carpet Express if I am ever in the market for floors again.

Suzanne Roberts might be the greatest salesperson walking among us. When I visited the carpet store near my house in Pittsburgh (highly recommended to me), they had everything I wanted and the price quote was... wait for it... $1700. Then my dad intervened and showed me the way of the wise. I got exactly every single thing I wanted through Carpet Express and my end price, including pick-up price at the Pittsburgh terminal was... wait for it... $980. Also... there was another carpet company in Georgia, which is where Carpet Express’ home base is, and the customer service was atrocious. Suzanne is the girl for the job. Carpet Express is the company to work with no matter where you are in the United States... unless you like giving your hard earned money away, then by all means, use your local carpet store.
