It’s the only place to go for any decent Furniture, Flooring, Rugs, and quality kitchen cabinets or appliances. Every room in my home is a great testament to the time and effort of the staff at Carpets of Dalton. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Attention to detail is never overlooked and the designers will take the time that you need to know that much care has gone into the process. And everything I have ordered is top, top quality and is lasting through normal wear even better than I expected. They also have such a wide selection of special vendors that you can always find the right piece for the right place. And despite the price tags, which I have seen others reference, make sure to talk to a sales person. It’s much more affordable than you may think, and I have found that the VALUE is spot on for what I have paid. As long as I’ve been buying furniture or flooring or anything else, including accessories, paintings, mattresses, and even bed linens, Carpets of Dalton has remained CONSISTENT and I will never go anywhere else. Remember, you really get what you pay for. And this place is the only place that sells quality that is time tested to last. Also, don’t forget to visit the “Dream Home,” a Southern Living FULL SIZE (Real) house built inside their facility. It’s really a sight to see! I shopped here about 15 years ago and was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing flooring. Fast forward to this past week, we have moved and wanted new flooring. Carpets of Dalton was at the TOP of my list. We drove two hours from Knoxville, TN to Dalton, GA with a sample my wife had found of the approximate color and type flooring we wanted. Walk in their massive store to a salesman with the personality of a rock. His name is Randy Starks! He says he has been there for over 15 years?? With that personality, I find that hard to believe but whatever!? He looked at our sample and said Im not going to have anything like that! Sorry folks! My wife said, we drove two hours, can we at least see some flooring samples? He took us back and showed us a few things we could special order. Nothing like what were wanting. We needed over a 1,000 sq Ft of hardwood. It was definitely not a small something! We took our money somewhere else!!! Carpets of Dalton has really went south in past years!!! Needless to say, We will never step foot in that store again!!! Bye Felicia!!!

Carpets of Dalton is the place to shop. I had a pillow and fabric swatch to help in finding the perfect area rug for my living room. With the expertise of Sandra Joyce, she found a rug that worked nicely with my pillow. Then, she introduced me to Sandra Mitchell in the furniture section. She found me additional pillows for my couch. I left as a happy and satisfied customer. My living room is coordinated with their assistance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with...prices were excellent.

I ordered my carpet from Carpets of Dalton to be shipped to Ohio. Jerry Broyles was my salesperson. He always called me back promptly (unlike another company I was dealing with) and exceeded all of my expectations. Love my new carpet and all of the $$$$ I saved too.

I have worked at Carpets of Dalton for about 6 months, so I may be a little biased. That being said, I recently became a customer as well. I was looking for a rug. I had researched some online and decided on a style and size. I showed my Pinterest inspiration board to Morgan Jones who pointed me to a rack with collections that matched that style at a price point I was comfortable with. I found the perfect rug. Sandra Joyce wrote me a sales order right on the spot. I was happy to find out they had the size I needed in stock. I was able to take the rug home that day. It looks beautiful and the cost was under budget. Five star experience!

Carpets of Dalton has been our Go To supplier for years. In our most recent experience we were re-carpeting 170 yards of bedrooms plus another 30 yards of waterfall staircase. Our quest for light and bright was difficult to achieve with the gray color palettes dominating todays carpet supply. Jerry worked wonderfully with us to resolve sometimes conflicting objectives and opinions. The result was great solutions, beautifully installed and at a terrific price.

What a beautiful clean facility. I have a cleaning service in florida and Im not sure if they have their own staff that cleans or a service. I shall say thumbs up to this establishment. Thank you for your pristine environment.

Bring your good WALKING SHOES...this place is huge. If they dont have it, YOU DONT NEED IT !!Seriously, they have a great selection of flooring options and furniture that is displayed professionally. The pricing appeared to be excellent, but we were window shopping and did not speak to a rep about turnkey pricing. Im going to try them when Im ready to buy.

Interior design makes my left eye twitch but Randy at Carpets of Dalton helped ease the pain. Clutching a sample from Home Depot, he deciphered who the manufacturer was and then spent time helping me identify a better quality option by the same maker (Shaw). He walked me through the product features and colors and also provided solid direction on the padding. Its a shlep from Atlanta and totally worth it. #Dalton #Carpet

Do not use their interior decorator. She ask for the color of our walls and flooring to pick our furniture and carpet. She chose the carpet color by putting different shades in front of glass to the outside light. Snowfall walls with Vintage linen looks terrible together. Now walls will have to be repainted in our new home 😠

Furniture/Carpets of Dalton is back! Its nice to see people who actually care about your purchases. Living in the Atlanta area I used to travel here for furniture and carpet in the late 90s and early 2000s - now its back in full force with tons of high end furniture, carpet & kitchen essentials.This place is awesome for bedding and accessories also. But please, Furniture of Dalton update your website so everyone can see what you now have.Take this short drive up I-75 north and visit this great place. Stop wasting time as I have been doing in thinking that the Alpharetta/Cumming area (or anywhere in north Atlanta) that used to have great shops is still there - because all you will find these days are rude, unconcerned, unknowledgeable, uncaring, unprofessional, self-proclaimed untrained designers selling over priced furniture.

Absolutely huge! Which isnt always a good thing. Did not get the personal attention wed like. Looking to spend upwards of $14K on new house and we were shown the sale items. Not much for customer service. If you dont mind spending hours searching around, but my time is too valuable.

One salesman really tried to help us. But when we went back to the front of the store to check out a sample we had seen on display on the way in, it had apparently been put away or borrowed by a customer. No one offered to help us even though it had to be obvious that we were looking for something. We finally walked up to someone at a desk and asked and he told us it would be impossible to figure out where it was so we left.
