I would rate 5 stars if they posted when their hot sign would be on or if theyd actually make hot donuts more than 2 times a day. This location is nice though. I guess my issue would be with the company and not the location.

They need to update the hot light, open on web site. Says nothing about the glazed line down to remodeling or the drive through open only. Drove an hour and a half for 3 dozen hot glazed. Non available.

Fridays after 6 pm that neon sign beckons you to fresh made glazed doughnuts.Get the app. Apply for their rewards. You get free doughnuts, discounts, coupons and in one case I got an entire dozen for free. Just give them your phone number after you sign up. Check your email for specials.Be aware, this location can only be entered after a u-turn at the light at the Sonic from the interstate. Turn tight or youll hit the curb. You can only turn right (towards interstate) out of the lot as a barrier prevents a left turn.Now I want a doughnut.

The glazed donuts there were substandard. They not only were smaller than normal, but also were very thinly glazed. The ones I got from the Lakeland, FL store were much better.

Normally we love this store but today was a horrible experience. There was only 3 cars in line not a big deal although what is a big deal is when the person taking the order is extremely rude. We get up to the window and she’s even more rude and throws the change out at my husband. It goes all over the ground. No sorry, no can I help or anything. Instead she rolls her eyes slams the window and walks away. A word of advice “Jada” if you’re having that bad of a day please let someone else handle the customers because you are not doing your business any good by treating their customers this way. I have been a manager over another business and if an employee had treated the customers the way that you did us today, you would’ve been sent home. I sincerely hope whatever was going on with you today works out and you have a better day.

Krispy Kreme has been my favorite go to for Donuts since I was a little girl!! No other donuts can beat them!! Love, love my Krispy Kreme! So does my kids and Grandkids and all of their spouses!

Always fresh hot doughnuts of different varieties. Emily was very friendly and in all the years going to krispy kreme she was the first to tell us about the reward program they have. The chocolate covered were being freshly made behind the counter...always fun to watch!!! There coffee selections are good and at a great price!! Super clean and plenty of places to eat in or outside on a beautiful day. A+

Do NOT use the app! I just placed an order on the app and as soon as KK deducted the full amount from my bank account, they sent me a text and email cancelling my order. But they still have my money! I had to spend almost 20 mins on the phone trying to get help and they will refund my money in 7-10 business days. Apparently, the app doesn’t check if enough doughnuts are even available for pick up or delivery prior to charging your account. So the “fair” process they have in place is to charge your account for the funds and then check to see if they are able to fulfill it.

My favorite Krispy Kremes to go to and have frequently returned to. Everytime Ive gone the employees are extremely nice and always happy to help. The donuts are always fresh and have never disappointed so its pretty much the only Krispy Kreme I go to now!

Poor hygiene. She uses the same gloves she’s gets donuts, opens the window, and money. Disgusting.

I give them four stars because one day I wanted the Mars donut and they were all out and I was very disappointed other than that theyre wonderful.

Just walk through the doors and your nose is assaulted with a aroma only heaven itself could produce. My friends and I were immediately attracted to the conveyor belt where the donuts were being made. Its a slow process but a beautiful one that everyone should witness at least once in their life. The staff was very patient while my friends and I took hours choosing which donut to adopt as our own. After much deliberation I chose the limited addition nutella filled donut. I have no regrets with my decision as the donut was warm and wonderful in every way. This was a great snack after hiking Daltons Disney Trail! I highly recommend you go check this place out.

Doughnuts were great. Hot sign was on. Wait time was very long in drive-thur. Arrived about 8: ish on on a Saturday. Very dark parking lot. No lights on the outside parking area and the Krispy Kreme sign was also out. Only light shining was the hot sign. Service from worker was good. Could use improvement on the lighting and service time.

As always, KK was over the top. Get a dozen - therere cheaper that way.

Wow, I just want a cup of coffee but I get behind two large orders and they requested the newly made donuts.. Their coffee is the best but I prefer not to wait 10 + minutes. Convenient location if your headed west but not very easy to get to if you are coming off the I-75 expressway..

Why they put the thing to order so close to window. causes people to have to wait longer. They need to move it further down so by the time u get to the window your order be ready. Waited in line for 25m . But the donuts were amazing no issue their. My only issue.

This place has quickly went downhill. Not sure if it has to do with the pandemic but the employees are definitely more rude. Also wait time is ridiculously long (even if there is nobody in line) once you order a d get to the window..be prepared to sit there for it least 10 minutes before you see a human. Also if you get a coffee of any sort they dont fill the cup up especially with the frozen lattes. Ill just stick with dunkin now 👋

When you purposely exit 75 to make a Krispy Kreme run, and their display cabinet is more than half empty, missing several of the best kinds of donuts 👎🏻👎🏻I was told it was shift change & it could take her 20-30 minutes to refill the missing kinds. She said I could wait, when I said I would, she then told me she’d have to wait on the family of four who had walked up behind me AFTER she’d already told me she would refill the empties.Not a good experience, and I left empty handed.
