The line was so long, that it took a while to even be waited on drive-thru. Then the young woman didnt seem to understand what we ordered which had to be repeated about three times. Although the order was technically correct, my latte was extremely milky. I had asked for less milk and extra foam.... disappointed☹☹

The crew here are always so friendly! I usually go around 5:30 a.m. and they are quick and super nice!

I visit this Starbucks every morning for my daily usual coffee, the staff is very friendly for the most part, but I use mobile order 9/10 times so I don’t interact with them much overall.My only complaint is that the staff parks their cars inside the store parking lot-which is already small as it stands. When I come through at 6:30 in the morning during the week, I have to park opposite of the mobile order entrance and dodge caffeine starved drivers to get to the entrance, then when I have to try to leave it takes forever getting backed out of a spot because the customers in the drive through don’t like to let anyone out of a parking spot.Overall-just make the staff park at the end of the parking lot, please. Make it so much more convenient for paying customers

I haven’t been to this Starbucks in a while because it was closed for renovation, but today I stopped by to get my coffee. I went thru the drive thru and I missed the order station because it has been moved and I didn’t realized it. I came to the window and I asked the lady if I could still order which they allowed me to do. I was so embarrassed and I apologized for holding up the line, but the girl her name is Tahlia, she was so friendly and she made me feel comfortable after my mistake. We chatted a little while my order was been ready. I do appreciate her and all the staff that are always friendly and very professional. And I again I apologize for holding the line🤭.

I love their Frappuccino and their small breakfast sandwiches. Service is great and orders are taken ahead of time. The staff is professional and knowledgeable.

I love most of the people that work here and my drinks are always great but the drive through is ridiculous... there are two different lines that merge together but it isn’t set up fairly in the slightest. I waited for a good 15 minutes simply because people in the second line were getting in way before me even though the got there way after me... This desperately needs to be fixed

The people from Dalton are the best people ever. We stay in Atlanta and having now gone to Dalton for the vaccine has indeed been a joyful experience. Kind Policemen and Firemen.

Had to drive quite a ways off of the highway to get to the store around 11 am today and the location was closed due to weather....It was raining, horrible business practices. Other customers had come and gone while I got my maps readjusted in the parking lot. Dont try to visit if the weather isnt perfect, they wont be open.

Update: Went a third time, bc this is the only starbuck around not in a grocery store. Service was again not great. And the drinks were not worth $7 a drink at all. Im so disappointed, because I really used to love this store. What is going on?!? Please get it together soon. I miss my positive starbuck experiences. :(So, this location used to be top notch, but our last two visits were kinda meh. The first one, the lady taking orders was rude and refused to listen. The barista asked us if we wanted whip cream on our non dairy. We said yes, 3 times. The lady taking orders then turned to the barista and nearly yelled the order doesnt say whip cream so they dont get whip cream. Like, what the heck? It is literally included in the price of the drink. So, we asked for whipped cream. Lady gave us some. Whatever, idk why she had to be difficult. Drinks were okay. Not starbucks quality though. So, we go again a few days later. Service is good. Food is great. Drinks are pretty good. Im munching on my feta wrap and there is a freaking use by sticker in my wrap. This was like what you would find on the containers of milk or something. And it was filthy. Honest mistake I guess, but maybe this location needs to work on their cleanliness and staff attitude. I honestly felt like I was at Dunkin with this kind of service. I pay extra to go to starbucks for better service and drinks, but I can honestly get this current level of service at the racetrack.

Everyone was busy but orders were being cranked out. My order was accurate, nice and warm. My new go-to fave is the Spiced Caramel Apple (or whatever the right name is lol)

NOT a quick stop off the highway. Turned our quick coffee break into a 20minute hold up.Despite the highway signs, this location is about 3 miles off the highway and is in a hard to access location. The parking lot & drive-thru are set up very poorly with a double lane coming from two different directions, zippering together right before the speaker. Except its hard to tell thats what is supposed to happen, so no one is letting anyone in. Not to mention, the lane coming from behind the store is hard to access meaning that lane has a shorter wait and is probably used to jump the line. Then the kicker is, after you finally get through the drive-thru you cannot turn left to get back towards the highway and either have to fight traffic to make a quick u-turn or drive down a bit to find a place to turn around.The staff seemed happy and got our orders correct though.

I wish the indoor seating was available.

This is a really nice Starbucks. I enjoyed a Salted Caramel Mocha and a Pumpkin Cream Cheese muffin. The staff members were sweet and patient with me as I made my selection. Unforunately due to the nasty co vid 19 they had to close shortly after I got my order due to an employee not feeling well which puts them into deep disinfectant mode. I appreciate Starbucks policy of doing what they can to keep the community safe.

A little pricy in my opinion but always good. I use the app and love the ease of it.

Used to be a favorite but now with the building being ripped apart so no one can go inside to pick up mobile orders the line is absurd a day. My relationship with dunkin is about to grow.

Their hours on line are way off. It says they open at 5:00 AM, however, I went the other day at 6, and dign on door days they open at 9. There were approximately 10 angry customers circling the building. For me, it was a pretty dar drive. It says on line that they open at 5 this morning, but when I called,?no one answered. Unreliable.

I ordered a tall hot chocolate in a grande cup with the remainder filled with whipped cream. I wanted, essentially, half a cup of whipped cream. Instead, o got a grandma drink with a little bit of whipped cream.However, what garners this one star review is that when I told the barista after receiving my drink she proceeded to argue with me, telling me she did what I asked.I didnt have time for them to remake my drink, as I stopped while traveling, but I definitely wont be back. :/

A bit expensive but definitely good coffee options. Expect your barista to miss something in your order on a busy day:)

We order 4 drinks. Got the 1st 3 quickly, then had to wait 14 minutes for he last one. Their seating area was nice but small. The employee drink work are was a mess. Bathroom are unisex and clean.

This Starbucks location frequently goes above and beyond with their service. They make an honest effort to remember their customers and provide a wonderful experience for everyone. When I go, they remember me and my girlfriend and our order by heart. If they make a small mistake (were all human, who doesnt) they are always more than happy to correct the error. Overall, the experience is better than any other Starbucks location I have ever been to.

Ordered the Salted Caramel. I got coffee- milk and a tiny bit of salt. They fixed it and still no good. The Starbucks in Cartersville Ga. 2 days before before made me a great one. Time for some training at this location.

Terribly flawed design of the drive thru, allowing people to essentially cut in line if you drive behind the Hardee’s.

This Starbucks location for me, is in a great spot to just stop in on the way driving through Dalton. The staff is very friendly, quick with the drinks, and they’re always smiling. The baristas are always hustling and I hardly see anyone slacking at peak times. BTW they make excellent drinks and if you don’t like what they fixed they’ll make you something else.

Its a hit or miss with good drinks and service. Theres a few cashiers that arent so pleasant and others that are perfect. Only about 85% of the time my drinks are made correctly.

Bad experience. Bad coffee. There coffee machines was dirty. The coffee tasted like it was made from the week before. When I seen the coffee machines I figured out why. Your better off going to a gas station and getting coffee.

I will never again come to this location the drive-through was wrapped around the building and they were performing so slowly that it wasn’t even worth the wait specially not at five dollars on average of how much I spend here Every time I come here I will go to the other location

Terrible service. I went today at 330 on my way to Chattanooga. I waited about 10 mins before I could get to where I could place my order. Then I waited another 10 mins in front of the screen with no one responding when I would say hello. I called the store and asked are you taking orders at the drive thru because I’ve been waiting for a while. Then the guy at the window said I’ll be right with you. Even though he never acknowledged the 2x prior that I said hello into the speaker. Once the order was placed it came out quickly. Definitely not a place you want to stop at on a road tripor in a hurry.

They were out of the latte I wanted to order, so I ordered a gingerbread latte instead. They then somehow managed to forget about my order and give drinks to the next 5 people who ordered after me while I waited at the counter. After trying a couple of times to get someones attention, we finally were able to get one of the baristas to make my latte.Even after they realized the problem, someone else ordered, picked up their drink, and left in less than the time it took them to make the latte. The only reason Im rating 2 stars and not 1 is because this coffee is somewhat decent (although not enough to be worth 4 dollars).

Driving I-75, saw Starbucks sign on highway exit info., well, after a 3 mile drive East, I found the coffee shop.This location is hard to access from the roads.This is not an easy quick stop if you are driving long distance!

Took forever to take my order and then when I finally got up to the window it was the wrong order and the cashier said that is why we ask to have you speak up we cant hear that good. Maybe you need to invest in a better speaker system for the drive thru.

Worst Starbucks ever! Extremely dirty, bathrooms worse than a gas station, no toilet paper, and waited over 30 minutes for 2 coffees. If you could do no stars, this would be it. 3 employees making coffee, and all 3 were only making them for drive thru. Inside people were not getting their orders.
