Our dryer had started making a loud squealing noise on a Sunday morning. This is my second use of this company and they are great. A couple of months ago my washer/dryer combo broke and Nelson at American Service Alliance came out on a Saturday and fixed it. A few months later my refrigerator broke and again, Nelson came out on a Saturday to fix it. Each time appliances were back online after about an hour of work. What I really liked is that before Nelson came to my house, he asked me for the appliance model number over the phone, and thus he showed up with the most likely needed parts for the appliance. This saved time and money. Highly recommend!!
