Really disappointing experience at this store. Went in for some assistance to switch SIM card to a phone that a relative gave me (I had recently cracked my screen). Got checked in by representative at door. There were two other customers so was told there would be a short wait. One of the customers seemed to leave, and the other one was being helped. I patiently waited. There was another representative other than the one who checked me in and the other one who was already helping a customer - so in other words, three representatives in the store and two customers. And actually, as I was waiting, two other representatives left for their lunch break. After I would say 10 minutes of waiting I approached the representative who was not doing anything - other than playing on his phone. He said someone would be with me shortly - seemed like a brush off. He then walked toward the back of the store - still within sight, and didnt seem to be doing much The representative who checked me in still was also not doing anything, and no other customers had arrived. After about another 5 minutes, a couple came in, and I saw the representative check them in and accompany them to seats. It looked to me like he was starting to help/attend to them. He was definitely standing at their table and talking with them. I waited until there was a break in their conversation to ask him when Id be helped. He also seemed to brush me off and told me someone would be with me shortly. I asked him about the other representative and he told me that was the manager and that he needed to be floating. Not sure what that meant bottom line is that it didnt make sense to me that there were customers waiting and representatives that really didnt seem to be doing anything not willing to help them. This isnt unusual for Verizon (or other carriers that Ive had, though Ive been with Verizon for probably 10 years now). Not really anything I can do, I dont think, other than write this review.
Entered store with 1 person in front of me. Was addressed that I would be next. Associate finished with that person and glided over to someone who had just walked in. Let it slide cause it was a quick question but then proceeded to help 2 more walk-in’s. When I commented that I was before all those people I was not only ignored by the associate but the two additional customers. I doubled down and mentioned this again stepping between the associate and new customers but was again rudely ignored. Garbage!
Very bad customer service, I registered my name, the staffs are free and waited me more then 45 minutes and nobody was helping me. They help other people who were behind me. Better not go this place.

Terrible experience, you cant call the store you get transferred to a call center. When you go to the store your told you have to wait and hour . No signage on any merchandise, no brand model number or features. I spent 25 years in retail store management and this was the worst merchandised store I have ever seen. I went elsewhere and bought the phone. I dont know if it is company policy now not to have signage, but its unacceptable
If I can give this location less than one store I would I have had the worst experience at the store just trying to change carriers. After I was quoted and my phones were deactivated the price change I left there upset with my phone deactivated having to run back to my carrier to activate my phone under a different number because Verizon still had my number then two days later having to pay another amount just to get my phone number back to the same carrier. I have talk to the manager who said he would look into it then spoke to another manager who also was going to look into it and still have not heard anything back yet off of their mistake and $100 out of my pocket just to get my phones turned back on. I have also filed a complaint and still have not heard anything back and somehow managed to have an account without even having my phones activated through a Verizon which is also affecting my credit it has now been over a couple of weeks and still I have heard nothing from them to resolve this problem. I would never recommend anyone to this location. I’m also looking into reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or finding a lawyer to get legal advice for the issues that I’ve had to deal with them and not having no response from anybody. This is absolutely ridiculous having to pull money out of my pocket for one of their sales rep mistakes and not even them refunding the money I had to pay to turn my phones back on and having to retrieve my number. I hate the store will never go back there but will find a way to get to corporate on them

Staff wasnt very helpful the day I went to try to buy a SIM card for a Samsung tablet I got as a gift. I wanted to swap out the junky tablet I have (that Ive been paying for mobile access for over three years). They said they didnt have any SIM cards to fit my tablet on hand and Id have to go to the Mission Street store, yet when I asked where it was the four people working couldnt and didnt tell me where it was. If youre from San Francisco/Daly City you know how long Mission Street is. So much for customer service.
They only want to waste time and make money without proper care of customers.Really dissatisfied.

The store only wants to sell iPohne 12 and higher. But, I did join verizon and got my android online. Did not need to visit the store.
Completely closed during the pandemic while other comparable stores (AT&T) offered curbside pick up. Terrible customer service over the phone (hours of waiting and bouncing me around from one wrong number to the next and nobody being able to solve the problems I am experiencing with my phone). In addition, terrible connection to some cell phones international cell phones (this was unsolved too).
Sales rep just wants to make a sale and don’t really care about the customer needs plus very poor representation of the service provided nor return policy but that is nothing compared to his very rude manger so once you pass the sales rep. and get to the manager you understand it’s not the sales rep fault when he have such rude with bad customer service manager..

Understaffed or under utilitilized staff? Long wait. I had an exchange that took less than 3 minutes yet I was told to wait while the employee spent hella time with the person who came up after me.They handed me the wrong product to begin with and the manager is speaks rude.

Sales rep have no Knowledge. They are not properly aware of promotions and terms. It took them a while to get me check in. The guy helping me kept giving me wrong information until other guy corrected him.

Verizon trying to pretend its an Apple store. Sales people are nice, but it is super irritating that they dont show any prices. You have to ask about each item separately. Do yourself a favor and shop online.

Waited for 30 mins, was told I was next on the app. Then proceeded to see 3 other people that came in after me being helped. Still waiting. Learn how to say no and tell people to wait like I did.
At first it looked like everything was all good and smooth when we transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon, but things became more complicated when we never received a paper bill when we specifically said we dont want paperless bill. I only found out the bill because I got a text saying Im late for the payment and have to pay late fees. Second problem is our bill is not what they told us. We should be under military discount for $30/line for 4 lines, but they charged us $35/line. They said they dont know anything since theyre only sales associate, not a customer service. Not even the manager can help us fix these issues and said to talk to a customer service. When you ask them about these complicated things, they go straight to their excuse of Idk Im only a sales associate, call customer service, but when you go there to get a new service, they magically know all these things and start enticing you to get Verizon. Do not go here.
