I’ve been here twice now, due to my lack of knowledge and ability to damage chainsaws. I go here because they are the best at what they do, and honest. The owner is colorful, and a good person. I can’t recommend them enough. I just got my 2 chainsaws back, fixed, and ready to finish a tree cutting project..
They are very good at fixing almost every issue. The mechanic is very smart and so is the lady and they together find any problems. I took my McCullough chainsaw to them after taking it to 2 other shops who both claimed the coil was bad and that the chainsaw was no good. I came here and they took at apart and found that the coil was sitting to far from the magnets on the stater and realigned and were able to get it going. They had it fixed in 2 hours and it was ready to go. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend this place. If you have any issue with any of your single cylinder equipment this is the place to come.
Went in to purchase a chainsaw. The owner was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Took me through all the steps of operating and the care for my new chainsaw. They do repairs there so I was pleased when I was given tips on how to reduce wear n tare on my new machine. I later read the owners Manuel and I have to say, she probably covered 90% of what I needed to know. I will be going back for all of my supplies.
I own a STIHL chainsaw and I brought it in to Daly City Saw & Lawnmower. Doug and LE have serviced other gas powered tools for me in the past and they have always been straight shooters when ever I has service work done. My STIHL saw needed chain sharpening, and LE carefully explained to me that the chain that came with the saw was too thin to sharpen, so I went with a new heavier duty chain that can be re sharpened when the time came. I also buy my chain saw fuel from them. I recommend them highly, they are priced comparably with other shops, but I like them not only because they get the job done right, they are also a small business, and small businesses deserve our support..
I went to buy gas line tubes for a hedge cutter and they had them, also found a lawnmower on sale, got it
Appear to not want to work. Took my trimmer in. And they refused to work on it. Just needed a pull cord. They said my husqvarna was a cheap machine. Funny thats what they sold when I worked there 25 years ago. Looks like they now support shindaiwa. Those I know are cheap. Blew 3 of those up in a year. My husqvarna has lasted 3 years so far. I own 2. Very reliable to me. Dont waste your time going there.
Yeah! Lawnmowers!
