Ive been here about 5-6 times throughout the past 3 years or so and Ive always been impressed with the level of customer service from the employees. Every single employee that has ever helped me was very helpful and friendly. Whoever does the hiring is really talented at choosing and training staff. Everyone knows their stuff about the products and I leave with exactly what I need.I like how they explained the paint options to me. Recently I bought a paint type that they introduced me to in store that doesnt let off much of a smell. It worked perfectly. There is practically no smell from the paint and thats a big relief for me because the smell of paint makes me nauseous. Thanks :)

I recommend this place because they always give you good service, they are very friendly, and they always try to help the customer. The manager is a very polite person, she is always of a good temper, very friendly and always worries that the client is satisfied.

I am not the pro-painter. I just want to DIY since I have more time now. I went and got the color chips. People there are friendly and helpful(5 stars). I returned and ordered the paint, Lemon twist (SW6909) aka “yellow”. Couple weeks later I started the painting process, the color came out is more like Curry(SW6671). At first I thought the paint might be wet and the color will be more darker(I have white primer covered the previous color). Later I went back to the store and tried to get 2 more gallons, and luckily I showed him(different guy) the picture. After he checked and verified, The previous salesman gave me wrong product, the color was 25.89% off my ordered color. Since I have completed 3/4 of the house, I have to keep this Curry color.My feeling: I went into a 5 stars restaurant and ordered a steak, but end up I got fish instead!!!!

Just left the store and had THE BEST experience. Steven (assuming his name from the receipt) was fast and super friendly. Extra points for getting my corny jokes. Will definitely be back!!

The website shows that the store closes at 4:00pm on Sunday, so I arrive to discover that the doors are locked and there is a hand written sign explaining that they will be closed at 3:30 due to cleaning. However, I arrived at 3:20 and the doors were already locked.

My husband had to purchase three pints of deck stain because the gallon was not available. Im sure the three smaller cans were more expensive than the whole gallon would have been. It would be good if Sherwin-Williams kept stock available.

I gave Sherwin-Williams paint store four stars why selection. My wife and I went in there to check out some paints for a new home sound exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was great.
