Go see Montana and the crew! They are a great team.Montana has been very kind helping me select the correct package for my car and he has a great personality. The crew gets my car in and out unlike other places I used in the past. I think with an oil change you get a free car wash at Freddys place down the road .. Glitz. Needless to say, I won’t go elsewhere and I haven’t for years. I truly feel welcome and important when I stop in. Thank you guys for your hard work :) I hope upper management recognizes and rewards these men regularly.. IMO Customer loyalty is EVERYTHING and these guys are the ones who make it happen!

Once again, Montana and his crew were there for me. They performed my oil change in a most professional and timely fashion. They took the time to fill my tires with air as my pressure was low and corrected a piece that was hanging from my vehicle underneath which I was totally unaware of. Montana and his helpers ALWAYS go above and beyond and I will NEVER take my car elsewhere for an oil change so long as I’m living in Danbury! Franny

On Saturday, April 11, 2020 My wife and I stopped in your store for a price on oil change service. I did not like the reception and inappropriate greeting to me in particular. In business I, as well as any customer, should be addressed as sir..not a slang term. Needless to say, we went elsewhere. Nearby! They cost more but were courteous and professional.

These guys and ladies are great. I followed many of them from another place they were at. The service is fast and friendly. They do recommend stuff that needs to be changed and if I say no they dont push it. Yeah the free car wash is a bonus but, what good would it be without the people working there.

The guy knows you by name, free car wash from the neighboring car wash for an oil change and speedy and affordable service.

I went there this weekend to get an oil change as Ive been struggling to get to my Dads shop about 45 minutes away. I was blown away by the service provided. Being a mechanics daughter and being completely screwed over everywhere else I go when I cant get to my Dads shop for just a oil change turns out to be a arm an a leg plus some. Montana was so nice and honest- he asked all the customers before he did anything additional to their cars. He would literally bring in their old vent to show them and ask if they wanted him to replace it. He did an oil change, topped off my car with coolant and set me up with new windshield wipers and didnt break the bank. I highly recommend Montana and his Team at Minit Lube! I will absolutely be back! :)

In addition to the oil change, they will check if you need new air filters, lights changed, wipers, etc in a timely manner.

I have been coming here for about 4 years and the staff is not only knowledgeable and fast, but truly friendly. If you want a no-nonsense service which is speedy and professional, look no further.

Have been going here for the past year and everyone is always very polite and helpful, but today went completely above and beyond. I went in for an oil change, then proceeded to the car wash and after was driving around when I noticed my brakes werent working. Freaked out I called Minit Lube and told them I had just been there and something had gone wrong. I brought the car in where they inspected it and told me the tube that connected to my brakes had disintegrated. I would have to have it fixed and it would be about an hour at some place and would cost a good amount to fix. Freaking out, I had to pick my son up in an hour, they suggested getting the parts at Autozone and one of their mechanics could fix it on site. I was relieved knowing I wouldnt have to drive my car with faulty brakes with my younger son around. They went and purchased the parts from Autozone and 30 minutes later my car was done. They even explained to me what had happened and showed me the piece. They went completely above and beyond and not that I wasnt a dedicated customer before, but I am an advocate now.Thank you!
