We had a crack in our radiator and our car literally broke down just as we arrived on their lot, with 10 mins to closing, 25 mins from our destination. Lauren was so gracious and patient with us. Their main concern was getting us home safely so that we could have the vehicle repaired in a location more convenient for us. We arent familiar with cars to they walked us through how to check the radiator pressure, gifted us a gallon of water to cool the engine with, showed us how to full up the radiator with water since the anti freeze had leaked out everywhere, helped us find the ideal route home that would be the least taxing on the vehicle, and gave us a direct recommendation to a mechanic near our home. We are so beyond grateful for their kindness and while we werent serviced by them, they absolutely were our heroes that night.

My car was acting up so as normal I called Steve. I was told to bring it right in and a day later it was fixed. My car is running so smoothly now and I can not say enough about Steve and Lori . I once paid to have my car towed 40 miles to to their shop because I trust them that much. If you are looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic you will not, I repeat, will not be disappointed.

Did a full belt change and water pump on my car and I couldnt be more pleased! Great people to deal with and competitive prices. Other shops quoted me much higher than S and S. Small town shop feel and exceptional service. I would recommend them to anyone needing major work or just a simple oil change.
