Great people who really care about their customers and their acquired tastes in the corporate coffee world. My child got her cake pop fix and I enjoyed the comfy chairs and free wifi while sipping on my chair tea. I almost forgot what getting out of the drive through felt like. The music choices were also unique to the place. Brewster folks will say its their coffee shop, but if you go the long way home without getting stuck in I84 traffic, Danbury and neighboring towns have no problem stopping off to get a coffee regardless of its proximity to the NY border.

The managers are hardly budgeted enough labor and the pay is mediocre. Benefits are great which is why people stick here but when you pay less than $12 an hour its hard to keep staff motivated to perform their best. There is a huge turnaround at this Starbucks so yes, I understand there is a lot of training going on. Just be patient people or make your coffee at home. No one needs negative attitudes.

No one reads Starbucks reviews, and to be fair it’s pretty consistent quality all around, but the staff here was very chipper and lovely all around. Specially the blond girl at the counter.

I love this place, I always make it a point to stop in and grab a cup of java when Im in the area. My personal fav is a vente white chocolate caramel mocha cappuccino, although Im a fan of the fall flavors as well. 😋😋😋

Understand that filling web orders is priority due to the fact that over 50% of your orders are now web based. With that said hire another batista per shift for those of us that still stop in to patronize your store. Waiting 10 min for a coffee not worth it.

Friendly, efficient baristas who churn out mobile orders very accurately. Espresso tab at the pick-up counter. Intriguing artwork adorns the walls. Bathroom (which includes a diaper changing table installed on the wall, and handicapped bars) clean but showing wear and tear. Free and fast wi-fi. Ample parking in lot out front.

They have made my drink wrong literally every time I’ve been there. I recently started working near by so I’ve been forced to keep trying them. They make the vanilla chai taste like a plain cup of milk everytime!

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff takes their time as they have 20+ people waiting on their orders. They’re unprofessional and slow. I’ve had multiple issues here waiting 20+ mins for a simple coffee. Clearly the manager is never available as the staff is not trained well and moves like snails. You’re better off getting Dunkin Donuts, at least your order is correct and they get it to you quickly. No point in mobile ordering ahead of time bc you’ll still be waiting 20 mins in store.

My Barista Michelle was so incredible and talked to me for five minutes at my car in the rain no less!! I was having such a bad day and her kindness made my Starbucks experience that much better. I will only be coming to this starbucks from now on. Superb employees extremely clean and incredible drinks

Crowded, and forgot my coffee order after making it special. Finally got it, but it was barely warm enough to drink. Some operational improvements needed.

I dealt with Ashley, who introduced me to the different variations possible when creating coffee. She was polite and gentle, and those same traits resonated from the other barristas as well.The stores environment, multiple options and polite staff made this visit memorable. This was my first time having Starbucks coffee and I tried a mocha. Alongside the mocha was yellow pound cake. Both items tasted amazing. I highly recommend this venue.

Remember that. There’s only enough human labor to produce 2-8 drinks a person in a 5-10min time slot. Just remember the partners not only doing your drink but they could be also making mobile drinks. I just tried a pumpkin spice latte for the first time and I feel in love because I finally found something that knows what I need and understands my tastes so I went to a dunking donuts store and I told them threw the intercom and the person said welcome to bla bla bla and can I take your order so I kindly said were over I tried a latte from Starbucks and I feel in love so im breaking up with Duncan donuts indefinitely good bye Felicia and drove off no lie!!!...Shyt Im a Boss and Im on my Boss life 😎 Shyt Queen Status Baby!!!!

Service was very good. Place was really clean. Music was awesome playing on the speakers. Coffee selection was the usual great stuff.

No seating and restrooms are closed. Staff was kind but I would have gone to a drive thru if I had known this location was like this.

Great place to visit for a Starbucks. Plenty if seats for working with power outlets. The bar is fully stocked with food. Good place to hang out, finish some work. The staff is friendly.

The younger staff are always sweet and friendly, but the older gentleman partner always comes off incredibly unpleasant at the register. Never smiles and is always very curt. Rings up my order wrong on multiple occasions without ever asking for clarification and always seems to be in a hurry to get me out of the way when Im not done with my order, even when there is no one behind me. It rubs me the wrong way every time I come in and see that hes up front to the point I consider just mobile ordering so I dont have to deal with him. My other concern is that the store seems to be always messy. Other than that, (when the order is rung up right) my drinks always come out in top quality and the rest of the staff are delightful.

Always clean courteous; but I always feel like chattel waiting to be slaughtered. The lines are ridiculous; totally infringes upon your personal space; if you have issues... Insane amount of room to buy and sip and dine; but it can lack in the accoutrement variety. Tumblers. Cups. Blah blah, just has a mediocre selection.

They were too busy arguing with each other to help the 3 customers standing there. I just wanted a water and went elsewhere but I believe with all of the shrinking retail and sales jobs being taken by self serve lanes, Id think the young ones would be thankful to put a days work in ? Apparently not here.

Its a Starbucks. Quality is good and consistent with the brand. My only issue would be the wait time, which seems to be unusually long. Seems to be consistent throughout most of the business day.

Recently renovated. Great location and coffee selection. Definitely a more hipster vibe and chill ambiance.

This Starbucks is usually filthy inside and is not run very well at all. Of course the coffee is ok, but i have had beverages that Ive normally had at other Starbucks that were nowhere near as good when i get them at this location....... Its just poorly run and no sense of management that cares. Too bad because normally Starbucks are consistently very good..... But this store brings the chain down quite a bit.

Waited for close to 15 minutes after using the mobile order and had to give up and leave without coffee and was late to work. Wasn’t even offered a refund, awful experience

Ran beautifully 2-3 years ago, recently went completely downhill. I was hung up on and yelled at several times for calling in to make a request because the alleged manager was too busy working and making orders to deal with me. Unbelievable! Second problem Ive had with this location and they have a hard time reading mobile orders because my drink is never right. I had higher expectations for the Starbucks brand but Im completely disappointed. Even the high traffic area mall location has more attentive employees. 👎🏻

I have a personal relationship with Starbucks because I had put myself through college working there part time on/off for most of 8 years until I graduated and became an RN. I started working there in 1995. I have so many wonderful memories of working there back then. There have been many changes since then, I honestly reminisce about the days when Starbucks was just really coffee and pastries, and when it was more authentic/less commercialized(we still made espresso shots the old way, and before labeling drinks, when you knew what you were making by positioning the ceramic cup on the espresso machine). I feel like since those days, Starbucks has lost its soul, and its way of drawing hidden talents out of baristas. Sadly, I have finally stopped enjoying going to Starbucks, mainly because when I want to just get a regular brewed decaf coffee in the afternoon, I have to wait for an entire line of people waiting for their fancy customized lattes before I get my pour over decaf.I think Starbucks has gotten way too far away from when the business was really about the coffee. Why does it have to be so complicated to get just a regular cup of fresh brewed coffee? Ive heard the reasoning behind the cost of getting rid of expired decaf or regular coffee. I also know they can brew half batches during these slower times of day so that the loyal simple Starbucks customers who just want a quick fresh brewed coffee can do so without waiting for 45 minutes. I think this pour over idea has to be rethought. Its gotten rediculous! I have been going to our local mom-and-pop coffee shops instead because Starbucks has totally gotten rid of its authenticity. Its sad.

These guys are the greatest. If I mobile order, my drink is ready when I get there. Atmosphere is good too and staff is very friendly.

Very clean and well run establishment. employees were very nice and willing to help. I personally do not go to Starbucks everyday bit decided to stop by employee has great suggestions for drinks. He recommended a vanilla bean chia, it was incredible. I would not recommend going at 5:00 - 5:30 pm, it extremely busy other than that it is a repeat for me.

This is the first Starbucks that wasnt perfect. I should have gone back but we were on a long trip and hit the road quickly. The regular coffees tasted old as if they were sitting to long and burnt.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. For the 3rd year in a row, I have been here everyday during my vacation and the wait is absurd. Employees spend more time talking then helping guests. Add the disgustingly dirty condiment bar and they are lucky there is no competition.

By far my favorite Starbucks that Ive ever gone to. The staff is very personable, and even though I make it somewhat difficult for them, they always served with a smile. When I order a drink, I tell them to make me something random, not from the menu. Not once have I ever had a drink that wasnt delicious.

Iced venti caramel machiatto barely hadnt ice or caramel sauce so that was a turn off.I know that they dont get paid to smile but that would help us feel more comfortable and welcomed.

I cant stand Starbucks. Period, end of story. I went in because my niece wanted a vanilla bean frapp-a-something. I gave 4 stars because they updated the inside of this particular location- now if theres a huge line, it wont go outside anymore. Bravo to the idea thinker!

The coffee great way to start out a morning

Every morning before we go to school, my boyfriend and i pick up coffee from this place. This morning was different. I ordered coffee from the app paid 6.27 for two caffe americano and we headed to pick up the coffee. Coffee wasn’t ready and the workers said their app wasn’t working so bf proceeded to buy coffee. When he got in the car he told me he paid for two coffees, additional coffees, I told him that i already had paid for it so he went back in to store to show them but they did not understand that all they had to do was refund us for the two coffees. He went up to the barista that had helped him originally and explained that their was a mobile order that was charged and if they could just refund the money for the coffee he had just paid for. The barista said she could do that and that it would only take a minute. She voided the transaction from earlier and told him that he needed to pay again to make things even. Long story short total coffees paid for was 4 and total coffees in possession is 2. So the math is simple she just needed to refund the money for two coffees paid for at the counter. The problem here was that she kept insisting that my boyfriend pay for another 2 coffees in order to get his money back while the manager stood there and said nothing until she saw that he was getting aggravated with her. My boyfriend walked out because we have a final this morning and they kept my 6.27. The money isn’t the problem, the problem is that the barista nor the manager were able to explain.

Go there a couple times a week, the environment is great, the staff is really helpful and their croissants are always good
