Hello! Just let me say that I was thrilled that Bob was able to fix my sunglasses. It wasnt easy since I had filled the holes with crazy glue. He was so patient and extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I could not have been more pleased. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and felt so comfortable! I walked into LensCrafters today and didn’t expect to purchase. I was helped by one of the managers Taylor. He was PHENOMENAL. Was so helpful and not pushy. It was exceptional service. Will return just for his level of service!!!

I stopped in hoping to get a couple pair of glasses adjusted. I was greeted promptly and Bob quickly adjusted both my glasses so they fit me and were not crooked. Very friendly, fast, and they didn’t charge for the quick adjustment. So convenient.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wong and Associates. My 13 year old son plays sports and wanted contacts. Everyone was extremely friendly!!! My son struggled with the training of putting and taking out contacts. The staff was so patient and they took turns trying to help him get them in and out. Although my son was not able to pass the “training” it made my heart feel good to know how hard they tried. We will be back for another training session and hope my son has better luck!

After an eye exam I received first-rate treatment in finding and fitting new glasses with Bob. However, when the glasses arrived and I was notice by6 email and text, I went to picked them up, but nobody helped me with the fit. Bob was not there. I had to come back, which I did the next day when they said he would be in. When I arrived, he was helping someone. They made me wait for forty minutes and I decided to leave since Bob could not take himself away from a customer for a few minutes help me and they would not allow me to make an appointment to have them fit, either. So I am done with the hit or miss at your risk with your time to get appropriate follow-up service that is part of the cost of what I paid for my glasses. This is not a good organization . My glasses still are not fitting right after a more than week after I got them. This LensCrafters store lacks of courtesy, basic customer respect, and the paid-for courtesy of their “craft” after they get your money. Once shame on them. Twice – no way, I am not going back – or shame on me.

I just called the Danbury Lens Crafter and it was about 6:10 PM. As soon as I wanted to get some information and talked about my eye exam he/she, without saying anything, immediately transferred me to the eye exam section. Then I found out that they were closing at 6:00PM and they asked to leave a message. I really wanted to talk about glasses and available lenses. So I called back and the staff instead of answering connected me again to the optometrist. I called again for the third time and after a while I was faced with an arrogant and impatient person who apparently did not want to be helpful at all. It is a shame that the customers had to be faced with such a rude staff, to put it mildly.

We are pleased with the service here. Leila does a great job with all our family lens/glasses.Thank you!

Dr. Amy Abraham was really good. I appreciated how well she dealt with my 8 y.o. daughter. She explained everything and made us feel really comfortable.

First of all, the Lens Crafters on the UWS in NYC is incredible and Latoya there is so helpful and always affordable. This location on the other hand left me dumbfounded. I have a very expensive pair of frames that I simply want to change the lenses. Well, you would think this was a crazy ask. They basically said it would be 400 dollars because it would be cheaper to buy new frames and lenses for 200??? Hmmmm sorry does this even make sense mathwise. I have frames I dont need new frames LOL...well after this I want to MyeyeDr in New Milford and the lenses were $149. OMG what a scammy place. I cant even.....bye.

Plus they always have the newest persols in stock and thats my favorite brand. I also ordered a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses that was a game changer. Ill certainly be back.

My husband and I visited Lens Crafters Danbury about 3 years ago. We paid an exorbitant amount of money for what we thought were good, durable glasses that had the proper prescription for him. Today, we found ourselves at an eye doctor who shall remain unnamed, but who is suffice to say, a class above Lens Crafters. We found out today, among other things, that my husband has been wearing the wrong prescription for the past 3 years. It explains why his distance vision has been getting so much worse, and why for the last six months his double vision at night has becoming slowly but steadily worse and frightening. Come to find out, his eyes are pretty much the same they were 3 years ago- no worse. The double vision is due to him needing a prism in his glasses- lens crafters never let us know this, or even put it on the table as an option. His distance vision has been getting worse because only one eye had even a somewhat accurate prescription from Lens Crafters.I’m not giving a one star because of poor customer service, or because the glasses broke, etc.- the one star is because they severely compromised my husband’s vision and safety. He spent 3 years assuming he was seeing worse because he’s just getting older. But no, his eyes are just fine, quite healthy in fact, as we learned today.If you choose to frequent lens crafters, be very, very wary of the prescription they give you. A store that operates unethically and incompetently with one person is more prone, I would imagine, to doing it again.

They are quick and courtious No wait and efficient.

The associate was very nice and helpful, and did her best to try and find any available discounts when my insurance coverage didn’t come through as expected. The only thing keeping the 5th star off is that there were several points during the interaction, including when I was first greeted, when the associate’s mask was pulled down below her nose and mouth.
