I was able to get a same day appointment. Everything from scheduling to check-out was clear, simple and exceeded expectations. All staff members were friendly and helpful and there was literally no wait time. Dr. Patel was excellent, very sweet and caring. His exam was thorough and efficient. The office is very clean and all covid protocols are being followed to provide the cleanest, safest testing environment. Would recommend to everyone!
Everything about this office was great. The customer service here is impeccable. The receptionists were amazing, Dr. Patel did an extraordinary job and Rich was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding frames. All in all, I would highly recommend this office.

I saw Dr Patel who was very good. I injured my eye and he took care of me. He was very caring and helped heal my eye. His staff was very nice too. I was very nervous and scared. Dr Patel was understanding and knew what to do to save my eye. I Highly recommend Dr Patel for great care. His staff is very friendly too.
Highly disappointing. Over the phone, the customer service seemed really nice. Once I got there, the lady who knows what her title is, was very sassy and had an attitude with me over insurance. I asked about out of pocket, she denied me that and continued on her tangent. So, I’ll be going to Costco since they don’t yell at you over minor inconveniences. Hope they have a better day.

I have been a patient/customer for about three years now. Nicole, the staff, and doctors have always gone above and beyond. They have exceptional customer service.Once I showed up on the wrong day (new mommy brain) and they offered to fit me in that day if I waited, so I wouldnt have to lug baby and myself back the following week!Recently, I used my warrantee and didnt get a chance to pick up my glasses during their business hours. They were working late and offered for me to go by after hours to pick up my glasses. It was so kind of them!I cannot appropriately express how attentive, respectful, and thoughtful they are.Thank you for the outstanding service!
I got glasses here back in 2018. They were never quite right. Didn’t fit my face and seemed blurry at times. They swapped them out, but the same problems occurred with a different frame. I spent month waiting for my glasses and they were quite expensive. Since they assured me my lenses were correct, I just had to deal with them. Yesterday, I went to a new Dr. Turns out the problem is that my lenses were crystallized and I didn’t need that, which explains the blurring. Apparently, I also paid a bit more for this unnecessary feature. The frames themselves didn’t fit because the nose pads were way too small and they weren’t bent properly for my face. The new tech fixed them for me in 5 minutes, free of charge. I highly do not recommend the Danbury office!
I went in for an eye examination, we found out I needed glasses. The Dr, who did the examination was great. Choosing my glasses was easy enough. Checking out was also great, where they failed to provide me with reliable information as far as arrival Of my glasses I’ve been given the run around several times. Glasses were supposed to arrive 29 of may, I did the exam 2 weeks prior. Checked in again today 6/2 and I’m And I was told the people that provided prior information have been fire and now my glasses won’t arrive for another 2-3 weeks. Ridiculous not happy, paid a decent amount for those glasses.
Went in for Eye exam, dodged all there up sell techniquesI picked out ONE pair of frames (all black)Received Neon green sided framesI was told to go home, I wasn’t needed to fix issue...then asked ten minutes later to come back in....to pick out new frames, I told the manager only if shipping could be expedited, through UPS/ FedEx or any shipping companyManager said no...tries to convey that this was somehow not their fault, but some mystery that no one knew the answer too.Refund issued, don’t go here if you value your time, these people don’t....
Went in for a basic eye exam after not going for years. Exam was normal, except when they asked if to pay an optional $36 for a retinal exam to avoid that liquid that dilates your eyes. I thought this was weird that it was an extra charge, but I went along with it cautiously. After my exam, I was told I have 20/20 vision but have a slight issue seeing while driving because nighttime glare, which glasses could help with. Again....I thought this was weird...I have 20/20 vision, but I trusted the doctor.Went to check out, and the eyeglass technician (and now I know he is in Sales) asked if I wanted to explore eye glasses since they were INCLUDED IN MY INSURANCE and I need them for night time driving. I said, sure, since its included.At the end of my appointment, the Sales person hands me a bill for $116. I GAGGED. $116 for WHAT? $36 for the retinal scan, $20 copay for my appointment (which Aetna said I should not had to pay), $20 copay for glasses, you know...the one INCLUDED IN INSURANCE, and $36 for a SPECIAL procedure done on the eye glasses for nighttime glare. I was SO embarrassed I let them scam me so well, that I paid and walked out. I cancelled my husbands appointment right away and told my friends who recommended the place to me to not go back.ASK me where those glasses are...not on my face because THEY ARE USELESS. I DO NOT need glasses and they DO NOT work for night time glare. WHAT A SCAM
Ron in this office is very unprofessional and has no manners. Called a few days ago to make an appointment for eye exam for myself, husband and daughter. He said they are booked but will check what he can do. He placed me on hold and came back with a couple dates and booked the appointments. A few days later I got an email reminder about appointment in Ridgefield CT. I live in Danbury CT and he never told me this would be in Ridgefield. I called, he wasnt available and he called back arguing with me and talking over me that he told me Ridgefield when he did not. Then now he wants to offer phone number for office on Newton Rd in Danbury. Asked for a manager which he refused stating not in and I would have to call back tomorrow. I will never go back to this office again!!!! Manager Nicole called me back and right out made excuses for Ron and unprofessional behavior. Now I see why hes so unprofessional because hes being encouraged.
Such a great experience from the minute I walked in the door to placing my order for contacts and a new pair of glasses. I felt that all the staff enjoy what they do and work so well as a team. Gotta say I was very impressed with this place. Staff was very kind, happy to help, and the Optometrist was great. Gave me suggestions without being pushy. Great pricing and they take vision insurance. Great deal. Great place.
Called at least 5 times to let them know we were in the parking lot when we had an eye exam. Today my fiancé’s glasses came. They texted at 8am to call and tell them when we’re coming for the glasses. We’ve been calling all day and nobody is answering the phone, again.

The staff is very friendly. The office is clean and inviting. Everyone was helpful and well informed about the frames and prescription of my glasses, however my info was never put into the computer so when I lost my glasses I could not retrieve my prescription so I am without glasses until the first of the year. Hence the 3 stars. Update: My information was found and my glasses are being replaced. Thank you Ronald for going the extra mile and getting this resolved.
Had such an amazing time here! Nicole, the manager I believe, was so helpful in helping me pick out some new frames and Edwin was super knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor and the ladies that worked the front counter (all whose names I’ve I unfortunately forgotten) were just incredible! Loved the entire team and the experience was immaculate. It was only my first visit but you can guarantee they’ve already earned a life long customer.
One of the worst place to go, my recommendation is to not go for this place for any reason you shocked with bill you will receive, they did not told you for your expenses at the service time in the office, then you start to receive the bills, the staff are so bad, management is the worst ever I have seen or dealt with. Not good at all.
My first time at this location, December 31, 2018 everyone was nice, professional and friendly. I prepaid new glasses and contacts for a year, however, left with nothing as it was agreed, I had to bring in my old glasses in before we could order new glasses. According to them, I would be called once the try-ons contacts came in. January 10, 2019 comes along and I decided to call them. When I asked how long I have to wait to receive my try-out contacts and to order my glasses I was told, the contacts are here. I responded, when were you going to call me to tell me this, given the fact it was Friday and the store had only a couple hours left of business and wouldnt be back until Monday. He avoided the question and said I can pick them up if I got there within two hours. I then said to him, can you set me an appointment for the glasses. Glasses you have to choose from a variety of frames and they need to take measurements as well. He responded, we dont do appointments for that. I told him, how does that make any sense. I said goodbye and told him Ill stop bye maybe today or next week. I decided to go at least pick up my contacts try-outs. I run a very busy schedule and the more I can do in one day the better itll be for me the next. I get there and I told the guy at the counter I was there to pick up my contacts, he responded with a, well, have a seat, hes busy with other customers. I then told him, I cannot wait, I asked you to make me an appointment over the phone, you told me you do not make appointments for that well, here I am and I and very busy. As the receptionist and I continue this conversation all of a sudden the employee who could not had treated me any better on my first visit shows up with the try-on lenses for me, didnt apologize, didnt say hello, did not say a word. Whats even worse is, they gave me contacts with no casing to store them nor solution to clean them. I will go back to get my glasses one more time, however, I will never ever go back to this business again. I contacted the corporate offices and they promised they will take care of this.Here we are in March 21, 2019, I called 2 days ago looking for my contacts, I was told I was given notice by via text on Feb 12, 2019 my contacts were in. They could not even pick up the phone to call and make sure I would immediately come pick up my order, an attitude of I dont care.The manager Nicole, first put up an act apologizing for what had transpire however, she turns around and handles my account even worst. I then told her I also want my old pair of glasses, they had requested to see, back when I first went in for examination, she swore up and down I never brought any old glasses in. In fact she did not admit they had my old glasses until after she found out I video recorded the drop off at their shop of the old glasses. Please Please people, stay away from this really low service shop. Theres something not quite right with these people. If you chose to go there, use your cell phones, record everything, they lie a lot, youll be able to prove them wrong.Bad, Bad, Bad, service Nicole, but you didnt fool me. I miss my Pearle vision center in Danbury, the best in the field.

I love them moved to Danbury last year went to them a few mths back my daughter glasses got broken in school by accident from another student and the school gave us a voucher to help pay for new ones she was attending school in the bronx one i say the staff there was 100% amazing they sat on the phone with company that issues this vouchers for about 45mins getting things squared away and even sitting up account for my daughter to use the voucher the store currently wasnt selling the brand that the company require but they was willing to help me get it and make her lenses for them i told them no worries i will just buy a pair for her from them i wish i knew the 2 women names that were so helpful to use they deserve recognition also while sitting in the chairs in the back the tall slim handsome gentleman asked us 2x if we where ok and if we needed anything while waiting...you guys are so well appreciated i would recommend you to everyone...thank you from Ava-Monet n parents
