Great Food Every meal has been delicious Ive tried a number of meals ask them to toast your hamburger bun and it wont get soggy😋 plenty of parking over all good dinning experience. I came from Hershey Medical Center after having a treatment and though many people were without mask 😷 I was made to feel comfortable that I had to ware a mask. Very well done brand new stainless steel diner.
The food was cooked perfectly. Wife got a patty melt and it was perfect. Bread was crunchy and the meat tender. I had the Jack Daniels chicken breast and it was cooked perfectly. Someone had the black golden steak and was excellent!!! Perfect medium rare. I took 1 star off because our appetizer came out with our dinner. Waitress was VERY nice and pleasant. They are under staffed so wait times could be longer but ours wasnt. If youre coming home from Knoebels eat here. Its a lot cheaper. For the 4 of us it was 60$.
I got the Thanksgiving Sandwich at this diner last week. I thought that the sandwich was very good, it had potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce, and gravy all on one sandwich, it was not something I have ever seen before and it was surprisingly delicious. The staff were friendly and the inside of the diner is retro-like which is neat. So overall, great diner with wonderful food!
Off the exit to pine grove youll find this gem. The dinner look is that of 50s nostalgia. Checkered floors, and bright chrome lights up the place. The music is plays the golden era of rock softly like Beethoven on a spring breeze. But no one goes to a dinner for looks. But have no worries. The food was great. Even if you switch up the order. The cooks and wait staff are quick to the jive. So if youre in the area, dont be a square and check this place out.
Pulled off the highway thinking I would have to grab a fast food sandwich but right at the top of the off ramp stood this gem of a diner. Typical old school diner, small, counter seating and booths. I received a warm welcome, Sit wherever youd like! as soon as I entered. Food was great and the ladies serving were all friendly, especially on a July 4th holiday. The food came out fast and was delicious. I had the homemade meatloaf with filling made from potatoes, Dutch cooking, and corn. Everything was delicious (the corn was slightly over cooked but had a good flavor). All in all, it was the perfect stop for this trip. I will definitely keep this one in mind for future trips to the area.
Great food, Great service. Great atmosphere. We just spent a week in the area and after trying the restaurant the first day, we decided to have all our meals there. We ordered something different at each visit just to try as many things as we could.Everything, and I mean everything, was fantastic! 5 stars are not enough to rate the quality or service. And portion size, lets just say you will not leave hungry.Sometimes the restaurant was so full, the waitresses were moving non-stop the entire time we were there;. And we never felt neglected.If you are anywhere near this diner, it is a must stop location.

Omg the waitress just a young lady was absolutely awesome she never got angry with customers . She was an absolute delight her smile never dropped she couldnt be more helpful. Food was good . Think her name was Abigail but shes a complete asset to your dinner.
Service was terrible. I called for takeout. When I got there, I had to clarify what I had ordered twice, paid for it, then there was some issues between the cashiers whether I paid for it or not, then they took my food back and ignored me for ten minutes.Finally got my food, when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order 😒If I wanted the wrong order, I’d have gone to McDonalds.Edit: Owner just responded to my review and they obviously can’t take criticism well.

What an awesome place all four of our meals were outstanding. I had hamburger steak or the chop steak whatever you wanna call it, it had onions all over it with gravy. And the mashed potatoes were just right. Our waitress was terrific I wish I could remember her name but I do remember that she had cat ears on her head. She took care of us just like we were family. What a great time we had.

5-3-21 We arrived at 8:30pm, they close at 9pm! They said, sure you have time to eat! We ordered, ate and done by 9:05! Very good- Special was Beef tips & Noodles, larger portion add 1 side! It was delicious!This Diner was rebuilt from the old diner across the road! Very nice 50s style! Very nice, Good service, Good food, everything clean!
Place is niceDon’t take the grill Mc & cheese, the bread is all wet. 🤢🤮A Grill cheese, filled whit macaroni, really the worst meal ever, don’t take my word mister manager, order one, you will understand and finely the problem may be not the sandwich 😎
Stopped in tonight for dinner and to say the place was busy is an understatement! These ladies are running! Our server Pamela was great and very accommodating! Food was very good and for as busy as it was it didnt take very long.
Like any other restaurant these days they were very short staffed. 2 servers for the entire place. They did their best and the food was great.

Stopped in after getting loaded late. Best diner Ive been to, and Ive hit alot of diners in my time. Coffee was a tad weak, but pretty much every restaurant has weak coffee. NE clam chowder was great, onion rings very fresh, pulled pork was awesome and smokey.
We drive a semi my wife and I. Love stopping here its easily located off 81 on exit 100 with big truck parking along the back. Friendly staff and the food has been great every time.They are short staffed at the moment so they close Wednesday and Thursday but are open the rest of the week.
3 stars because the waitress was nice and the place is nice and clean, but the food left a lot be desired. I ordered the chopped steak and eggs. The steak was done right, but I ordered my eggs over well (cooked all the way through but not broken). They came out barely cooked at all, the whites still runny, as well as the yolks. I sent them back. They cooked the same eggs instead of new ones, and this time they were all broken, with the yolks running all over the plate. I didnt want to send them back a second time so I ate them. The cook stared at me through the opening to the kitchen (where they put the completed orders), with a smirk on his face, so it appears they did that to me on purpose. I wont go back. Also, the home fries were thin slices of potato, barely cooked, basically like soggy potato chips.
Ate two days in row here.Day one had their steak sandwich, it was delicious also ordered fries. Was alittle disappointed I didnt get coleslaw with it but it was still a great sandwich.Second one I ordered was dinner the next night chicken parm. Yet again a great meal even came with a side salad. My only gripe is that the chicken was really small, Id say like a 5oz breast, for the price of the meal I definitely think it needs to be two peices.Definitely would eat here again.

Bacon was cold. Sausages were cold. Toast was cold. Eggs were overcooked. Pancakes looked more like crepes, though they are described as fluffy pancakes on the menu. Pretty bad food, but the waitresses are really good. Thats the only reason this place got two stars. Still, wont be going back.

If I could give no stars I would, service was horrible as two waitresses were fighting (seriously) we were sat at a dirty table and waited 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. Food was made wrong and tasted horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Staying in the area. Had a pretty good breakfast there. Nice to get pork roll! Potatoes were really good. Not dry and over cooked. Would have had five stars but the amount of butter on the toast was outrageous. Way to much.
Searching while driving is a pain... just wanted to let you know there is more than just burgers at this place.. two kinds of fish plus other stuff. Waitress was wonderful... She was above and beyond. I actually felt good about leaving her a tip

Just ok to me, not sure what everyone else had for them to give 4 and 5 stars. I had chicken fried steak, a little salty and a little tough, had mashed potatoes which was instant and green beans straight for the can, taste like the can.

Im a trucker. Came and got a, Ruben here. I was checked out by a young lady at the register at 8:50 pm on a wen night. I had to tip her even though it was a pickup just by the hospitality and politeness she expressed in the tone of her voice. Will definitely hit the place up probably everytime I need to park it. Great Job and the place is nice and clean.
Excellent breakfast, servicer was very friendly and prompt. Unfortunately was not prepared in the correct order so some of the dish was starting to get cold. Other then that will definitely return.
When you stop in this home town diner, try the Jack Daniels chicken. The two chicken breasts with crumbled bacon, crispy onions, Jack Daniels sauce, and melted cheddar cheese really hit the spot. I would stop in again when Im in the area

Went for breakfast with my daughter and granddaughter and it was really good the food was good and our waitress Kaylee it was great and on top of things and her sister Riley works there as well and is super nice person. Will be going back again.

Been going there ever night. I pull for Walmart. Tonight was the frist time no check on me. I sat there for 10 minutes. They seen me come in. They cleaned 3 tables of and people sat down. They help them. Was all so told they did it to other drivers. If they cant hire help. Then close it till they do. There is no sign saying wait to be seted. They said sit any were is open.. The girl said have a set at the table.
It is a newly open place you get a lot of food and the young waitress we had she was so personable and upbeat and offers suggestions for what to eat
Had the mushroom cheese omelet and it was excellent.
Food was decent, not great. Service was very good, especially considering how many tables the waitress was covering and how busy she was.

Really cool inside, very welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very nice and helpful when it came to choosing menu items. Refills even on hot chocolate ❤️. Very fairly priced got 2 sodas,hot chocolate, two dinners, and two starters. For 42$. Food was really really good and fresh. Actually had that homemade taste to it (their gravy is awesome btw) the only thing I wish was different was the chicken. Tenders, they dont have the texture or consistency of actual cuts of fresh chicken . Im guessing they are maybe frozen chicken tenders. Good anyways though.

Our server Tammy at the time took my order and I ordered fish fillet sandwich and home fries and I received just a breaded fish fillet and regular cut fries. We were there for a good hour and she only came over once to see how the food was, while coughing out her lungs and sniffling. We had to ask for drink refills. We were a table of 2 and a table of 4 came and left while we where still there, so kinda slow service.Then when I was ready to leave the other server had to go find our server and was nowhere to be found. The food was good overall but our server was definitely having an off night.

The food is garbage but the furniture is cool so idk kids liked the furniture. But really you’re better off grabbing food elsewhere even eating a gas station sandwich might be better.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday evening - all staff were courteous and attentive in spite of the number of customers. Our order came up super fast, piping hot and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the Diner Burger and the Monte Cristo, fresh cut fries. Bring your appetite!

Great place for breakfast
First time in the new diner. We have eaten in the old place often. This evening we came in for diner and the place looked great. After we were seated, it took 20 minutes to place an order, even for drinks. There were only 6 people dinning in and then the 3 of us. Not busy and more than enough wait staff. Food came out quick. Not once did our server check on us. No coffee or drink refill, nothing. We saw our server wait hand and foot repeatedly on a party of 4, never looking our way. After we finished, we waited a half hour til I got up and asked someone for containers and our bill. It took another 6 minutes for that. Very disappointed in this young girls service. Not sure I want to go back.Seems to be no adult supervision there. Also I should have gotten 3 sides, I asked for a double order of 1 and chose another side to make the 3rd. Didnt receive my 3rd side.
