If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were harassed by one worker who tried to make us leave there stand. So when we walked to the other side of the hallway she began mumbling to herself and shaking her head. We couldn’t keep walking because the people we were with were buying something. She told us to leave because of cursing while no one else was there. We respected her and went to the hallway and then said to her co worker “Can you call security”. No security ever showed up because her co worker thought she was crazy. Worst experience ever.

My Granddaughter picked a beautiful unicorn, which she now sleeps with. The staff were very friendly especially with the kids.

Danielle was the party leader for the birthday I attended this weekend & she was fabulous! She hada large group of five year olds engaged the entire time. She worked very hard to be sure each kid had their moment, but ultimately the birthday boy was the star. Would recommend her to anyone!!

Pleased with the service here. We chose a basic bear for our 2 year old. Was in and out pretty quickly aside from the family of 5 who bought like 6 bears and pretty much every accessory imaginable. I just wanted to get my kid his first teddy bear, and I think it was only like $25

Both of our daughters had a great experience here. My husband and I recorded loving sentiments in each bear and got the girls outfits and accessories. The staff was wonderful!

Build a Bear workshop is my kids favorite place

We went here to get stuffed animals for our grandchildren. The store had a sale going on and we got a great deal on the items we purchased. The staff were very helpful and they were great with the grandchildren.

Please be aware this location is now a permanent kiosk at the mall and no longer store.
