Sunglass Hut Westport and Danbury have the service thing down to simple perfection! I was greeted kindly and assisted by informed personable sales associates who know their stuff, and were sure to sell me glasses that best suited me, my style, and my face!
The guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to work with multiple customers at the same time without hesitation, and quickly and politely. Wish I could remember his name but I believe he was the store or shift manager. Thank You!!!
My customer service experience with Sunglasses Hut indicates one of two things; either their store associates and customer service reps need more training, or their monopoly should be broken up.Anyway, the overpriced Ray-Bans were purchased from this Danbury location and were not in stock. They said they would ship them to me. They didnt arrive and FedEx confirmed delivery to a different address. The Danbury store could not figure out how to properly refund my order, and referred to a customer service line.The csr svce rep then couldnt send an email to confirm cancelled order and refund, so they referred me to a Luxottica email address.Now Corporate will apparently reply in two business days. Really?Bought glasses from your store, they were never received. Whys a refund such a hassle? Sunglasses Hut needs a competitor!
