Loved the experience! Super friendly staff and found almost everything I needed for the house

Got what I needed and more that I didnt know I needed during my visit. Sometimes thats not a good thing but Ive actually used everything I bought and it worked out great. Check out was very quick too. Always good to go in and out quickly when youre tight on time!

I love this company and all their stores but this particular store is a notch up in friendliness and great service. A big thank you to all their staff. Keep it up.

Would have giving 5 star but they messed up my order charged me then said they didnt then said they cancelled then I called and they said actually we have it come pick it up it was all very confusing to me. Either way I explained they took my money and they said thats not their fault the website is separate blah blah blah. But end result one lady found my product and put it aside for me to pick up. Very expensive ugg blanket my mom bought me for my bday so I was grateful the woman took the time to hunt it down and put it away for me to pick up.

They are unfortunately lacking some personal gadgets we were hoping to find, but we did end up with some awesome Ugg bedding!!

Near main street n near highway in a plaza.Across from Liberytree Mall. Clean n organized. Good and happy customer service, pick up n place orders. Nice n bright decoration in store. Has everything you need for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, tv room,dining room n office. Good prices, discount, coupons n monthly advertisements. Clean bathrooms.Handicap parking for customers. There is Wheelchair n Walker space in store for consumers.

There was a cashier named donna who was one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met, not just in customer service. she was so kind hearted while asking about where i’m going to college. she was so genuinely impressed and i felt so loved by a woman i’ve never met! i just want to make sure management knows what an amazing employee they have!

Shelving of items I was looking for was somewhat haphazard, but store staff person helped me locate the exact product I was looking for.

I felt the workers were not friendly and helpful. If you ever visit and shop in the one Located in Tampa the workers are so friendly and will help you no questions ask.

Bed Bath and Beyond is providing incredible value with a broad selection of appliances at very competitive prices. The in store pickup is effortless and fast. Their return policy is very liberal and hassle free. To top this all they are offering a 20% discount on all purchases.

Wanted to get an Alexa echo show. Online and in store it was on sale for around $45. So I went to Saugus to get it but when I got to the register it was around $77. The saugus location wouldnt honor their own price!!! The reason was because the saugus store is closing so they are only offering 15% off. I personally think thats horrible that a store advertised a price and then doesnt honor that price. So I waited in line for nothing and then had to drive to the Danvers store to get it.

So glad this was not one of the Bed Bath & Beyond locations that was closed. Consistently helpful and friendly associates. I cannot recommend them more than with my rarely given 5 stars. Also, the Beyond+ membership is amazing.

It had a number of years since my wife and I had visited one of these stores and what a great experience. There are so many really nice things at very competitive prices. The best part though, is how very friendly and helpful the staff was without being pushy or in your face. They were so polite and knowledgeable about their products. We will definitely be rekindling our relationship with this excellent store.

I like the product they carry good stuff though a little pricey. My last visit was horrible The cashier rung up the price of a item and it was a dollar more at the register then on the sale sign. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she said its only a dollarand was really rude well I told her I didnt appreciate her attitude and told her the extra in my pocket is better then in the pocket of ownership. It was very unprofessional. I did call to complain about my visit only because I felt that as a customer spending money there I should be treated in a professional manner. The manager called me due to my complaint but I was not looking for retribution so I didnt call back I got satisfaction that there was a response. Like the store, some staff need training in customer service but after that incident it will be a long time before i consider going back.

Ive found great products for bed and bath but not a one for the beyond.Amendment,I no longer shop here because politics drives what they will sell. They have no problem selling Chinese stuff but American made things are subject to political scrutiny.Go figure.

A item was out of stock and I did see it on eBay the previous day, so I was going to order it there, same price but I like spending locally and a sales associate quickly took me to her computer, looked it up, gave me details, was friendly so I ordered 2 to be shipped to my home for only $2.00 more.

I had trouble with several items being unmarked. So I had to ask for help. The staff is great, but I just wanted to see the price, rather than taking extra time like that. I got frustrated. Why wouldnt they have prices on everything??

Pros: Store is huge, with massive selections of almost all things you may need for your home (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, appliances, etc). Store is clean and well organized. Items seem to be fairly priced.Con: If you dont like being barraged by employees while walking around, you will get frustrated. I couldnt walk 5 feet without an employee getting rather close & asking if I needed help. I understand they have to do this (Ive worked in retail), but I felt like I couldnt even look at an item without an employee coming up behind me. I even had one employee yell at me after I was 20-25 feet away from her. Didnt realize she was yelling at me, but alas, she was. At that point I bought what I was there for and left.I was there for about 15 minutes and I think 9 or 10 employees came up to me. I really dont mind employees asking if I need help, but this was so excessive. Especially when some of them were within 2 aisles of each other and saw the other come up to me. I noticed they did this with almost all customers, and noticed a few other people seemed a bit annoyed. Yikes, if they could turn things down a notch, it would be a much more enjoyable shopping experience.

Great place to shop! Love, love that you can use many coupons! Just wish there were more service people on the floor to assist with finding and pairing items.

Lots to choose from. Decorated my new bath from top to bottom with everything from a shower curtain to window treatments, throw carpets, towels and wall pictures. Happy to be able to do it all in one place at great prices.

Friendly helpful staff, I had to do a return that was a little unusual and they could have easily made it difficult for me. However they didnt they helped with a smile found my receipt in their system and even passed the savings on to me since the item was currently on sale.smart move because I instantly returned that to them with another purchase. WELL DONE BB&B!!

Alot of items were out of stock

Unfortunately they didnt have the items I went there for in stock, but an employee offered to order it for me and have it shipped to my house in 2 days. I checked out right at store closing and all the employees who assisted me where super friendly.

All right first and foremost the store is highly overpriced. Secondly staff looks at you in an accusatory manner and there are many many staff members working at one time which would be a good thing if they were helpful instead of suspicious.no one might call me paranoid however this is my third bed bath & beyond store different stores and have had I have encountered the exact same experience at all three storesI should say that I dont experience this at any other stores. A lot of their items are extremely expensive for what they are like for example of a mat for your front door for 29.99 I think thats a bit ridiculous you wipe your freaking feet on it or a dish rag for 10.99 seriously I mean I know its cute and decorative but a lot of these things you could buy at the Dollar Tree for a dollar obviously.from the other part last thing I will say about bed bath & beyond is that there is such a vast variety of items in the store ranging from ladles 2 face masks and hair straighteners.I suppose thats in the name now bed bath & beyond it definitely lives up to that its a lot of stimulation at once you need to go in there with a clear picture of exactly what you need otherwise youre going to be lost in the shuffle of madness of towels and trinkets and toys and truffles and you going to leave there with$0.10 and a unnecessary guilty conscience is the 44 and a half employees look at you as though you perhaps stole a wooden spoon or a pack of toothpicks, perhaps a thermometer not sure however no need to fret you know youre innocent, theyre just trained to be to diligent in their loss prevention duties also known as shrinkage . I believe most of them consider themselves police officers of sorts in the police officers at bed bath & beyond I dont like the store enough said

Great store, has so much at good prices plus the coupons. Staff is almost always very helpful and very knowledgeable.

With coupons, I can usually get a better deal here on most things than I can on Amazon. Otherwise, it is often slightly overpriced. Shelves are always well stocked and most things are easy to find.

Crazy Busy on a Saturday, but everyone is super helpful. Cashier was awesome. Coupons make it so much fun🤗

The staff here are not helpful at all. I was very actively browsing a section of kitchen electrics, and one of the employees rolled a giant movable ladder right in front of me and then walked away. She then pulled another employee aside to gossip, and they were both very indignant when I interrupted their private conversation to ask them to move the ladder.

I like the variety of items they have there and at good prices.
