Its been our go-to dealership on any issues or emergency repairs on our RX. My experience today with Mark, however, left a bad taste in my mouth and I need to look for alternatives going forward. Not only I was refused get rental vehicle when presented my valid international license, mind you license theyve gladly accepted and rented me a car in the past. I have also specifically indicated I wanted the get car thoroughly cleaned inside and when we got the car back I could not tell the difference and work has been sloppy. I hope at least tires wont fail us but I have no more trust in their attention to detail. Use at your own risk!

Best customer service vehicle repair very reasonable good experience

I have been visiting this service department for 5 years now and every experience gets worse. I have never experienced genuine customer service. When I came in last Saturday, I stood in Marks line, while he assisted another customer, only to finish and then walk away with out acknowledging me or saying “I’ll be right with you”. Acknowledgment truly goes a long way when it comes to customer service. I proceed to the next line. I brought my car in for an oil change, expecting to pay about $50 but ended up paying about $280 for the Lexus factory service, in addition. While working on my car, the team noticed I needed new brakes. My service rep told me it would be about $590 for the front brake pads and $525 for the back and this would not include new rotors, they would only resurface the existing ones. I turned down the service as this cost was outrageous. My service associate then said he would talk to his manager to see if there is anything he can do on the price. He called me back about 5 minutes later and was able to knock off about $200 on the front and $200 on the back brakes. The fact that you can just chop off $400 out of no where left me with a horrible taste for this place. Why was I being charged so much in the first quote? Needless to say this is on top of the last experience I had here, where they accidentally gave my keys to another customer who lived in Saugus, and then I was responsible for going to their customers house to pick up my keys because they were closing. Not sure why I gave them a second chance after this. But for future customers, my advice to you is too, question your prices, EVEN ON SERVICE, and don’t accept the first price.I went to another trusted dealership and got new brakes and new rotors for less than half the price of what they were trying to charge me for one set of brakes.If you buy a car from this dealership, don’t have high expectations for your service experience after the purchase. Since the service department rates so low in my opinion, its unfortunate that the sales department wont get my future business.
