Brought my car in at 9am and was told I’d have a diagnosis by 11am. 1:30pm rolled around and I called and left a voicemail. 3pm rolled around I called again. Same thing until basically they were about to close. They finally answered my phone call to tell me they didn’t get a chance to look at my car. An entire day with no car and no diagnosis. I truly suggest looking somewhere else or trying the Wakefield location. I called the Wakefield location the next day and made an appointment. I explained what happened and they assured me what happened in Danvers would not happen there.
I received good service but it takes a long time.
No response to 5 voicemails left with different people in the service department over the past 2 weeks. Terrible customer service....again.
I have purchased 3 cars from Ira, this time and a few weeks previous, I tried to purchase a car. The manager said hed get back to me with a price and never did.
After making appointments for service, been turned away 3 different times for various reasons...its like they dont want your business. The times Ive kept my appointment...waited many hours for simple maintenance to be completed....update... The owners response below does not make sense...I make appointments, then show up to the scheduled time, then they turn me away because they dont have the time, or staff, etc...
