Well I just called to see if find the gentlemans name that helped me and this was I dont know a few months maybe even a little bit more but no 3 Or4 months back Add He was wonderful he was so nice to me he knew I was going through a hard time a little hot chip He Bailey charged me for the oil change and he checked my car too and put some oil in there I couldnt believe the service it was amazing he helped out the lady before Me Too! She was in tears I was too actually but I just got off the phone and called to see if I can get a name and they basically got rid of everybody and hire new people When the man told me this I said well Im not ever going there again Maybe once to try them out but I dont know

I live in Boston but was willing to travel as this location and crew came highly recommended by a family member who lives in the area. Definitely worth it. Great service and quick! I unfortunately know very little about cars and am always anxious when it comes to repairs but Shawn was not only helpful and professional but friendly. You’ve gained a forever customer!

Josh and Nick provided EXCELLENT service! Quick, on-time and honest appraisal of my brakes and didn’t try to rip me off for brakes I didn’t need changed, will be back again!!

Prices here are definitely cheaper then anywhere else in the area. I routinely get my oil change here. They performed an inspection during an oil change and let me know my brakes and front tires needed to be changed (I confirmed). I didnt have the money to get it fixed and I needed an inspection sticker. Shawn, the manager, worked out a deal and gave me a quote. I shopped around and no one could beat that price. Came back and got the work done. Happy with the job they have done. I expect to use them whenever I need auto work done. Special thanks to Shawn.

Dropped off my mothers car because it no longer turned on, the good folk here told me it was a bad battery AND somehow also a bad starter. The car was serviced before confirmation on the price and somehow convinced my mother she was getting genuine Toyota parts on her vehicle. We asked nicely to stop the repair since we didn’t have the money to afford those repairs. They pleaded that they were already done, when the car had only been dropped off that morning. Only a battery was installed, and at that not a Toyota branded, and the total bill came to $688 (which $300 of were under ‘miscellaneous repair’ and 40 for ‘inconvenience fee’) AFTER offering my mother a ‘senior discount.’ She’s under 60. No where on the receipt it says the work that has been done to our vehicle. We got professional consultation from Toyota’s dealership mechanic after the fact. Will be contacting higher ups for an investigation on this matter.

Advertised as closing at 6:30pm.Drove here for about 30 min after finishing work at 5pm. They told me they are closing now. Didnt even check the nail in my tire.Time is wrong on Google! False advertising.

Great service. I came in the day before thanksgiving with no appointment, needed a few minor things done and these guys was able to get squeeze my car in and get them done. Spoke with the both the tech and manager directly, both pointed out and gave me advice on future repairs I may need down the line to keep my vehicle safe. Very professional & friendly Highly recommend this place!

I went to get a quote on my car. They were great they took me right away. I knew a lot had to be done and Shawn gave me a quote. About 10 minutes later he came out with a new quote that was going to save me almost $500! They were super helpful and really informative! I highly recommend them!

The Monro in Danvers is the place to go when it comes to auto repairs. One of the tech guys there, Jerry, is incredibly knowledgeable about cars and is very honest. Be like Jerry!

WARNING - new management is shady. Tried to charge me $80 for Oil change and Tire Rotation. On the Monro website it says that tire rotations are free with all oil changes!! Oil change prices and fees also increased significantly as on Jan 31st.

Shawn, and their staff go above and beyond every time I need an oil change. I’m in and out with no problems. Prices are more than reasonable for an SUV!

Found a nail in my tire! stopped by to see if plugging it was a possibility! Was in and out within 30 minutes. As a female was worried about being given the run around as I have at different places when I’ve gone in to do maintenance on my vehicle! Was pleasantly surprised to be treated with respect and not being pressured into buying and fixing unnecessary things!

Rich and his staff at the Danvers location are phenomenal! Theyre always efficient, aim to keep costs low, and give a detailed explanation of what work needs to be done on my car. My friend and I were on a spontaneous road trip up the northeastern coast when her car unexpectedly broke down. We drove to Monro after a nice stranger gave us a jump. They fit us in last minute, found the issue, and repaired the car within 2 hours so we could make it home to NY. Excellent service, no hassle, decent pricing. They deserve the absolute best and so do you so please give them a call for all your car service needs.

While visiting my daughter in the area, we noted that her front turn signal was not working to her 2012 Mazda 6. The first three garages we tried told us that it was too complicated to change easily, they would have to put the car on the lift, or they would have to remove the front tire. All this to change a bulb? Perhaps. But, none of them were willing to help us get it done.As a last hope for the afternoon we turned into Munro and explained our seemingly small problem. The manager greeted us warmly, suggested that it was an easy fix, and assured us that we were in good hands. He was right! Went in for a way over due break check and need for an oil change and the staff at Monros were amazing! Very thoughtful and made a point of informing me of everything that needed work before they started. I felt very involved in what was happening and am happy that I chose to come here for work on my car instead of somewhere else. I cant thank them enough! Definitely go here when you need work on your car done.

After a mediocre and expensive experience at the dealership, thought that I’d give this place a try... Rich checked me in, offered me a better deal than I had a coupon for. Service was quick and courteous. Mike at the desk was very nice and professional without any pressure to purchase more than I needed. I will definitely come back.

Truly exceptional and personal service on my first visit. It will not be my last, this will be my new service center. I had a flat overnight and after finding some air drove to my former service center. They were too busy. I drove across the street to Munro. The service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cause of my flat could not be fully repaired on one visit, but they had me safely back on the road in a half hour and suggested a great plan for the larger repair. I will use this Munro service center for this repair and others in the future.

I love this place and I am their longtime customer since 2012. Anytime I go, I am always treated so well. Always great service at great price. I trust them.

I went in about a week ago to get an estimate on a muffler repair that I was told by others was going to be very pricey. I was greeted by a polite, friendly gentleman named Charlie, who promptly looked at my vehicle, and showed me that my muffler would require an inexpensive repair. We agreed that I would return the next week (today) when I received my social security check, since I am on a fixed income.When I arrived today, I was greeted again by smiling Charlie, who remembered me. In just a few minutes he brought my vehicle into the garage to repair the exhaust system, and also to change the oil and filter. In less than an hour, everything was done, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done by this fine gentleman, or the reasonable price!Might I add that the time spent in the waiting area was pleasant. There was a nice assortment of magazines, and an immaculate rest room.When I left, Charlie had pulled my car to the door. Such a gentleman and an asset to your business! I shall be returning again for all my repair work.

The below review was from a visit there about a year ago. What Im writing now is from today 8/26/19. I couldnt figure out how to add a new review for today so here it is. Mike, Rich and the whole team are fantastic. I had no appointment and they were able to get my car in and explain what needed to be done. (Todays date 8/26/19)(The review below is from my visit about a year ago) Went in about a week and a half ago with a muffler issue. Mike and the team there were great. They got my car right in with no appointment looked it over. I wasnt expecting great news but they were able to get the part needed the same day (Saturday afternoon) and have my car ready in a couple of hours. I couldnt ask for better service. It was my first time going there and Ill definitely be going back when I need anything else done.

I went to Monro yesterday to get an oil change, and I was informed that I needed back brakes. So, I came back today and got everything done. Crazy enough, a few hours after, my tire went flat, so I called back, and they fixed it right away! Between yesterday’s experience and today’s, Mike, Josh, and Rich made things so much better with their explainations of what was going on, how they were going to fix it, and, on top of that, gave me the best price for everything! I truly appreciate their honesty, quality work, and kindness. Definitely recommend coming here! I’ll totally be coming back next time I need work done :)

Rich was great. He explained everything he was going to do, gave best and worst case scenarios and tried to find me the least costly option. They are open 7 days, and I think I will be using them for oil changes and tire rotations from now on.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I looked at the reviews and took a trek to find some place reliable and fast. They didnt disappoint. They pointed out my tires needed to be replaced, so Mike showed me a few and gave me a quote, but I wanted to research some more before making a decision. I ended up choosing a Vredestein I liked and decided to get them shipped to this shop to have them mounted, rather then go someplace closer, simply because he was fair and reasonable.Pretty good price on the oil change too.See you again when the tires come in.

Great place, Ive been going here for over 3 years getting oil changes and basic maintenance. The workers there are very kind and courteous and give me a great deal on the work I get done. I mean how many places can get you in and out for an oil change in under an hour?

The manager there is very rude. I wanted to ask him a question about the appointment I had there and he told me to come tomorrow. I questioned his attitude and then I told him: I have been using this auto service for 20+ times. He told me: I don’t care, there are people that have been using this auto service for more than 200 times. I’m surprised how disrespectful he was with a customer. So, next time you go there, don’t ask him questions, or he is going to act “crazy” how he did to me

My new go-to place for a quick and cheap oil change. Booked online and they took me early, in and out in exactly a half hour. Mike got me a price cheaper than the coupon I came in with. Will be back for my next one! My favorite part is they didn’t try to tell me XYZ was wrong to get me to “repair” it with them. That’s been my main problem with these cheap oil change places but they were awesome and easy!

Mike at the front desk was awesome! He answered all of my questions and they were able to take care of my car problems as well as fix my wifes car the very next day! They were very fast thorough and reasonably priced and I wont hesitate to go back!

Mike and his employees run a first rate service center, and are very pleasant to work with. Mike diagnosed the problem and was able to get a leaf spring at a local auto salvage center, which saved me $650. I used to DIY most of my auto maintenance and repair, but am too busy now, so its great to know there is an honest mechanic in the neighborhood. Thank you, Mike and crew.

My low tire pressure alert came on en route to work. I pulled into Monro and a lovely employee stopped what he was doing and immediately offered to check my tires and fill them up. It was so kind and saved my day!

Mike is the best. Not only did he give me great personal service, he also brought me in back and showed me the parts and why they needed to be replaced. I had recently brought my wifes Town & Country to Firestone across the street for brakes and the same service, 4 pads and rotors at Mikes for my Mercedes ML350 was cheaper with no up sells. As long as Mike is running the shop not going anywhere else.

Additionally they dont suggest getting $2000 worth of work done every time you bring your car in for an oil change. I typically take my car to the dealership, but was short on time. The manager got me in quickly and was extremely pleasant. I was waiting with my young son, and he even gave him a small toy to play with and keep. The service was fast and efficient!

Always fast, friendly and informative service. Husband got a flat on his way to work, so I set up an appt first thing the next day to repair of fix tire. Michael checked the warranty on the tire, and after inspection showed me why in needed to be replaced. Since it was still under warranty my cost was minimal. I’ve been coming to the Danvers location to get the oil changed for years for all 5 of our cars. They have always been nice, courteous and professional and I feel like a get a great deal. They have always told me that they can beat any price on tires and they were right, so, I’m getting tires now as they change my oil . So, yes, I’ll keep coming here.

Took my car in to change my new starter. Later, I ask if they can fix a power steering leak, the guy say it will cost me nearly $1500 to get two things replaced. I took it to another shop that replaces one thing for $80 and I dont have a leak anymore. What does this show you?
