This is a great store for batteries and other electronics. The guy that was working here was very helpful and helped me get a great deal on my transaction.Google shows this in the wrong place. Its on 114.Parking is right in front of the store and free.

I have gone to Batteries Plus for years. It is my go to place for watch batteries and best of all they put them in for the customer. Battery prices are great and no charge for putting the batteries in. Customer service is excellent, friendly and goes out of their way for the customer. Very knowledgeable staff..

Ordered APC UPS battery online for store pick up, was offered a 10% off coupon which I used. Picked up with no problems. Turned in old battery. A very nice, knowledgeable young lady waited on me, answered all my questions and got me out the door in no time. A very good shopping experience!

I ordered and purchased a lawnmower battery online and called the store to insure that it was available locally. It was. I had a small clock that needed a battery which I took with me. I simply said that I needed a battery for the clock. The clerk took the clock, inserted the battery and rang it up. I noticed the receipt said something about a battery replacement kit. Come to find out I was charged not only for the battery but also, just as much as the battery cost to install it. If this had been a watch with a waterproof seal or some complex mechanism which took special talent or tools I would be happy to pay to have it installed. Not so with this clock that simply popped the back off. Not pleased at all with the non disclosure of the extra cost to install the battery in the clock. The lawn mower battery was simple to accomplish.

Michelle who works the front area was very helpful and professional with advice on replacing my Samsung Galaxy S6 battery. And the tech did a good job and within the time estimated. 5 stars! Saved me money over having to buy a new phone!

I asked if I was able to order the battery online from them & save 10% by ordering it online and they said yes. Outstanding company! Needed a Group 24 Marine starting & deep cycle batteries. One of them they didnt have in stock. They drove 40+ miles away & acquired it from another store. Really? After doing a nationwide search for a replacement charger for my 2008 discontinued Black&Decker CMM1200 lawnmower. Chris adapted my mower to accept a Duracell battery charger configuring it the same as OEM. The mower had been used one season and stored. BatteriesPlus Bulbs on Rte 114 Danvers will be the first place I go for my auto, watch batteries and replacement lighting needs.

I needed a replacement for my Verizon ONT. I went on BPB s website and entered the information from the old battery.The replacement options appeared, I chose the larger, got a discount for buy on line pick up in store, and ended up with a name brand battery. Pick up was easy and I am a happy customer.

Ordering was quick and easy online. When I went to the store to pick up my order there was one salesperson in the store waiting on customers. The gentleman ahead of me was picking up a tool battery that he had repaired. There are seem to be much confusion about whether or not the battery was repaired. After a phone call and additional delays it was determined that one of the batteries had been repaired. This took quite some time to sort out and get the customer with the battery out the door.I wasnt in a big rush but the delay caused by all this had me waiting quite some time to pick up a watch battery that I had ordered online. I think I will look for another source when I need another battery.Butch from Danvers Mass.

My Batteries+Bulbs experience was very satisfactory. I have a 2013 Honda Accord and wanted a new battery. AAA does not stock the required battery, (either a type 35 or 51 for the Cal standard 4 cyl engine that comes on cars sold in Mass). I found a Batteries+Bulbs store in Danvers, MA, right near me. A phone call assured me they had both models in stock, very well rated Duracells, and the price was very competitive. I ordered one on the internet, for a 10% discount, made an appointment and went to the store. They handled the order quickly, very professionally and were very nice people.
