How could you not give this store 5 stars. Josh helped me set up my phone in FIVE minutes. When my local metro pcs simply refused to help. He was kind positive and super helpful. Josh is a great employee and frankly he deserves all the stars. Thanks Josh.
Helpful staff.
The kid did a great job helping me pick out a phone for my son. He was very helpful setting everything up the only problem was that the store stunk of marijuana there was only two people working and no one else in the store but me and my 14 yr old son who dont smoke believe me I would know because I used too. I dont have a problem with the smell of it or using it just spray something on you, your at work not a good impression for customers
Switched over to Metro they moved my old phone over quickly to my new line. they have a much better selection of phones than cricket. easy to get to park at the mall its in the food court.
Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for 5 years. I went to this location to get an upgrade since my phone was too slow with the new android os. I was looking for a galaxy but the salesman talked me into the ZTE Blade. He said it was faster and a better phone. he also said that it operated EXACTLY like the galaxy, down to its features, setup and menus. Not true at all. It has a clunky os with little to no options as far as setup goes. $180.00 later, I get it home and am programming it, and no apps work right and the thing is slower than the phone I upgraded from.I called them that same day and told them that I wanted to get the Galaxy instead, and would pay the difference. I even said that I would eat the cost of the cover and case, since I assumed they werent returnable. The guy who sold me the phone, Ari said that he cant return it and only his boss Dwayne could, but he isnt around until Sunday.I went to the store yesterday and spoke to Diamonique (I may be spelling that wrong), who was polite at 1st and then did nothing to hide how disinterested she was in helping me. She said she cant return it because then she would have to pay for it. I asked if she was implying that she would pay retail for the phone. She said yes. She went out back to call a manager, then came out and said that the manager was in an interview and couldnt talk. I asked for a contact number, she said she didnt have one. Works for a PHONE company but has no phone? She did, however have a suggestion for me. She said I should open a new account and get the phone at the $99 price for new customers, then cancel the plan and try to swap the phone over. However, they still wouldnt take it back.Eventually she called the manager back when I insisted that I wanted to speak to her and right in front of me basically called me stupid, saying she explained it to me but I didnt seem to get it. 5 years a customer, sold a phone by someone who basically told me whatever he thought I needed to hear to buy that phone and now I have no other options. I am incredibly unsatisfied with their customer service. As far as her saying she would be paying for the phone: at worst, he loses his commission or her store loses the volume. No one is actually paying for my phone. I had to buy the galaxy at full price and now have a $150+ paperweight. But hey, at least she took $5 off the case I had to buy for it. Your company should make this right. One phone will not bring down the entire business and if I had a customer who paid into my company for 5 years and had this issue within 3 hours of his purchase (with less than 1 hour of talk time as required for regular returns), I would take care of that customer.
I went in with my phone all messed up and This young lady and young man helped me get a new phone with all my information on it. Saved my life.
Metro PCs policy states there is no return or exchange on there products.
Good service
