Mid September I went to get a new iPhone for my grandson. The sales process was great, Jared was very helpful. I was able to get the phone for nothing after the large trade-in credit and my Verizon Up dollars. My receipt from Russell Cellular shows both credits.Well, my first bill from Verizon came and the large trade-in credit was not there. I also had additional charges that I was not told about and apparently Jared signed us up for the protect plan at $17 per month that I did not ask for. When I called Verizon they promptly removed that charge. But the trade-in credit was another issue that only Russell Cellular could resolve.So, I went back to the store and spoke with Charlie (Sales Manager) and he said he would correct the trade-in promo and would call me back . . . . never happened. Three additional trips over the following 2 weeks to the store to speak to Charlie, each time he assured me it was being corrected.Well, here we are a month and a half later and the trade-in promo is still not corrected and Verizon does not show any corrections being done on my account. After spending an hour and a half on the phone today talking directly with Verizon, they were able to fix the trade-in value and are applying my Verizon Up dollars.I would never go back to this or any other Authorized Retailer; I will only go directly to the Verizon store in the future.
Charlie was AWESOME!Recently had been to another Verizon dealer,Talk about your night and day experience!The associate at the other store was not somebody I would ever want to deal with again - was there with another family member who was updating his phone. Even though I was with him and the phone service is under my name the associate would not sell me a phone (even though the store was empty of other customers) because I did not have an appointment. He basically sold the phone, nothing more.Charlie not only pleasantly and enthusiastically so my husband a phone but did all the transfers and made sure my husband was comfortable with his new phone before we left the store. He went so far as to choose a brightly colored red phone but my husband so that it would be different from my black phone because he listened to the fact that my husband is visually challenged!No question in my mind that I would return here for future phone service.Thank you Charlie!-
Fantastic location and very clean. Worked with Charlie and Cori to unravel a bit of an ordering mess created through a Verizon kiosk at Costco. They had to jump through a few hurdles to rectfy the previous order but completed the task with professionalism and a welcome sense of humor. This will be my new go to location even if its a few minutes out of the way. Overall very pleased with the level of surface provided. They most certainly deserve 5 stars.
Pretty good overall experience. Sales rep was easy to work with. Still impossible to get an up-front and accurate answer to the question how much does this phone cost? from a Verizon rep but Im used to that (my $800 phone actually cost $921.25 even though I asked multiple times what the total with tax would be). Overall though, a better experience than Ive had at other Verizon locations.
Just left this Verizon store on maple street in Danvers. I waited patiently with my family trying to buy 2 new phones After making me wait for 30 minutes, salesman tells me the iphone12 costs $1200. After I pull up the Verizon website and show him it’s $399 with a 2 year contract, he says they don’t do contracts anymore and was completely baffled supposedly by how cheap it was. Think he was trying to screw me. Never go here again. Here’s a snap shot from the website.
I dropped my phone and it was unusable. On a Sunday at quarter of 5, I was nervous I wouldnt be able to find a Verizon store open, but thankfully the Maple St location was. Corey was extremely helpful and patient in setting up and transferring my data to my new phone. Would highly recommend!
I visited this store to buy a prepaid service the offered me a contract and told me that i had 14 days trial went back 10 days after to cancel everything they supposedly cancelled everything and took everything back 3 months later i get a large bill from verizon charging me even for the phone plus services. I went back to the store sales person basically hid when he saw me and they told me everything was all set just needed to call verizon back. A year later im still getting charged
Disappointed. Business did not fulfill the warranty, zero satisfaction with a sub par.product!
The gentlemen at the Verizon Store on Maple Street in Danvers were wonderful. After being turned away by a corporate store we took a chance of this independently owed store and couldn’t have been happier. Leshawn was my salesman and he was absolutely awesome helping me with a new phone purchase. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. My husband is going to be in the market soon for a new phone and this is the store we will go to.
Great shop with customer service that goes above and beyond. Jared and Charlie spent a lot of time carefully answering my questions and supporting my requests. I came in to drop off some old Fios tv equipment and ended up with a new phone plan and two new cell phones and saved money along the way. Charlie, the shop manager, did a fine job helping along the way making this a great experience.
Excellent customer service : patient, good sense of humor, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I came in to buy a phone for a friend, and ended up time another one for myself! Charlie helped me understand that my 6 year old phone was no longer reliable and could not be repaired.

Drove 45 minutes from my home to here because it is the closest location. Google as well as the phone message when you call says they open at 9, the door says they open at 10. I got there at 9:05 door was still locked, went and waited in my car for 45 minutes before an employee came out to smoke, they proceed to tell me they wont be able to help me because system is down nationwide... I get back in the car call the Westford location, and they are able to do everything I needed over the phone while Im still in the parking lot of this location. I drive 3t more minutes to get to Westford and was in and out within 10 minutes. Will go to Westford over this one in the future.
When I came in to return some fios equipment I was greeted with a smile by Leshawn. Leshawn made quick work of returning my equipment and told me I was all set. I told him I needed to replace my phone and that I was on a budget. He brought out multiple budget friendly phones and walked me through which may best fit my situation. Once I chose a phone he got it activated and set up for me without an issue. I’ve never seen anyone put a green protector on so effortlessly. Great service from Leshawn, 10/10 stars!

As usual, excellent, knowledgeable service at the Maple Street Danvers Verizon. Today we had Danny as our customer rep; he was great. On a prior visit, I dealt with another employee, a young woman, who was also extremely knowledgeable and focused on a good customer experience. Thumbs up.

We went to this store twice yesterday, the manager was great he said their system was down and to come back tomorrow. Since it was Mother’s Day I told him I’d be back at 11 when the store opened. After waiting 50 minutes in the windy cold we called Beverly and ended up there. They also do not answer the phone if you try calling. Extremely disappointed with this store!
The store manager, Danny, and all of his employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Even when you come in frustrated they do everything in their power to help solve your porblem. Highly recommend this store.

The last thing that I wanted to do during a pandemic was to go and replace a phone . I was horrified to be in the store with a sales person who could not keep his face mask on his face!! Wearing it on his neck is not protecting anyone. I could not get out of that store fast enough .... I will never go back to this store!

I tend to think of myself as a positive person, excited to live in a new town and give business to the local Verizon store, however, I am disappointed that the customer service I received was inadequate during my visit today. At the very least, I would expect recognition that I entered the store anytime between when I walk through the door to when I left without being acknowledged 20 minutes later. I had to ask another patient customer if they were also waiting to be helped, which they were. The employee did not indicate any sense of, Ill be with you soon, or, there will be a 10 minute wait, or however long they may expect before I could be helped. My hope is that the customer the employee was helping is satisfied with their experience, because if I need an errand done, I dont think I will be returning here.

Exchanged our FiOs equipment here and the staff was excellent! They were both very courteous, helpful and professional. They were busy, so we had to wait a while, but once we were waited on, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. They were great!
Posted hours are 10-7I drove in at 6:25. In the time it took me to walk to the store front, the lights went out and the door was locked by 6:28. Very frustrating to waste my time driving there and have an employee duck out a half hour before his/her shift ended. I turned to see another person standing there saying, “what, it was just open. I am so angry, I went out of my way to make this happen tonight.”Yup, that made two of us.I get that life happens and maybe it was an emergency/sick kiddo/whatever, but maybe it was also someone who thought they would like to go home a bit early. Not respectful of your customers.FYI: call first! (Someone else posted this happened mid-day as well).
When I returned the equipment he stated I need the power cord but I did not have them. He had taken the equipment back and with saying anything I asked if he could see weather or not I was able to upgrade, so I was able to send he showed me a Samsung 8, which he transferred all my information into the new phone.I was grateful for all the help very satisfied with new phone. I will definitely recommend him with my family and friends.Sorry I had to leave food but my new complex do not have it.Thanks. John Raymond

Manny and Fay were amazing ! I came in after I received the iphoneX because it was acting weird. Manny stayed with me the whole time while the phone was upgrading. We talked and laughed I honestly had the best time ! I truly appreciated the help both of them gave me. Manny especially took the time to help and find out what exactly was wrong with the phone and also took the time to help me reset my old phone so I could trade it in. Thank you again guys you were awesome!!!!!

Outragous prices they go up on their contracts prices whenever they feel like it. They promise you one thing give you a confirmation number for a price the next day your price comes in its $50 higher then the original horizon sucks

UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called all afternoon and heard please make an appointment followed by MAIL BOX IS FULL . I am not calm. I need a new box and I have been traveling around looking for one. Both Danvers and Malden are not answering their phones! I spent the weekend trying to get thru to their web site but chat was down.
Loved the service I received from Shaun and Rachael!!! They were so quick and efficient, not only did they get my service from att to Verizon but the got all my stuff to my new phone, helped me set it up, and helped about 20 people while phone was updating!! They were the dream team.
John was incredibly kind and patient with my iPhone purchase and spent over an hour making sure that all my photos data etc were uploaded to the Cloud. And he made sure that my new iPhone was up and running before I left the store.

Surprised to walk in to all service location fitting all my service needs Verizon fios and wireless, Lamont & Paul were very knowledgeable and straight to the point with pricing. They have classes for wireless devices and repair services. I will be coming here for my Verizon needs from now on without question.

Ive been here twice, but left both times without any resolution to my issues.First visit: I wanted to switch from Xfinity to FiOS, but my address was not in their system, so I could not even get a quote. The man helping me was very nice and gave me a number to call, bit nothing came from that after calling. I still have Xfinity a few months later....Second visit: My phone cant complete a phone call and keeps crashing, I needed a new one. The employee who helped me was completely unhelpful. I work at a company that teaches knock your socks off customer service, and I got anything but that here. I was met with laziness, short responses, and a blank stare instead of constructive questions and useful information.Bottom line is I had one okay and one bad experience here, both resulting in no resolution. I will be going to a different Verizon store next time.
My family had terrible experiences with this store, and it (along with other factors) has caused us to decide to switch to Xfinity.The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and inconsistent. Good riddance Fios!
Either incompetent or just dont care. Went in to upgrade my 2 DVR system to Quantum media server with 2 additional client set to boxes. Returned all my equipment and they gave me the new Quantum boxes minus the modem. I agreed to buy the modem but they did not have one in stock. I questioned whether the system would work with my old router and was assured it would. Long story - it does not, even after a long call to Verizon customer support. Now I have no cable service at all over New Years while waiting for a modem to be shipped to me.
Fremio was so patient and treated me as if I were the only one in the store! I had an amazing experience and got everything I wanted...and more!! I am now the proud owner of a Limited Edition of the Red 8 iPhone!!I will be back soon to upgrade other lines!Thank you, Fremio!Joyce Poirier

The best experience I have ever had at any Verizon store. My wife and I went in there to ask a question we had about Verizon FIOS that was answered quickly and professionally. Rudra then helped us with our Verizon Wireless plan. It is so convenient that you can deal with FIOS questions and Wireless without having to go to two different stores, we will go here from now on!
I recently upgraded to the Droid Turbo from the GZ One. I was having a lot of trouble with the technology advancements of the turbo phone so I stopped into the Danvers store where I had the pleasure to meet Rudy, the store manager, and he promptly instructed me how to function this very confusing device. Excellent job, very much appreciated!

She even denied there was a print out of available options and expected me to write down over 25+ channels. She needs a lesson in customer relations…or better yet terminated.
