Went here to buy a phone for one of the nine lines on my account and found Fernando and Jayla to be very helpful and courteous as well as very knowledgeable.

We have been T-Mobile customers for 17 years. I came into this store to resolve an issue I had.The manager Shak did an outstanding job at rectifying the issue and went above and beyond to guide me to take care of some other experiences that I was not satisfied with.Mergers are never easy and I was afraid T-Mobile lost its flair when former CEO JL left and merged with Sprint.Shak has proven me otherwise.Thank you for the time you spent going over our account and recommending a solution no one has thought of prior.

Willy & Margo make a visit to T-Mobile Liberty Tree a real treat, they are so friendly and fun to work with. Even if you are just getting your data transferred to a new phone, they treat you like long lost family. They are also hella efficient waiting on customers, answering phone calls, dealing with your phone issues, selling product all in a blur, but they back each other up and they take turns working on your phone to get you outta there in the fastest time. Plus they have FUN! When was the last time you worked with two employees who looked like they love their job. I am keeping T-Mobile just so I can visit with these two!

Staff was very helpful, but not many choices on phones.

T-Mobile at Liberty Tree Mall, Danvers, MA. I have been a customer for many years. Todays visit was to an LG V30 that taxed my mind. Yet, Joshua waa able to crack the altered codes and revived my phone. Of times my patience is challenged. Time for an improved model.

Bad experience. I received a message from T-Mobile saying I’m qualified for 2 lines for $65. I called and made sure. When I go there employee said they can’t help me. Employee who work there looked like he didn’t even want to listen what I have to say. Literally 0 effort.

They pay attention to your needs. Make you feel welcome. Best grew I have seen so far from the others t mobile stores. Pay then a visit!!! T mobile at liberty tree rocks!!!

Lying kids work there. I was assured repeatedly Id receive a credit on my first bill for the $21 cost of my SIM card. Just got my first bill. No credit. So now the burdens on me to invest my time trying to track down justice? Boo. Lyin kids are just out to meet quotas.

Sergey is the best manager. Loved the experience and the ambience of the store. Highly recommend to deal with this man and his team. Keep up the good work brother.

Great Deals, Great Customer Service

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company does absolutely nothing to keep their customers happy. I was told 24 hr shipping on a replacement phone, and it has now been over a week.

Called about an accessories from them called them to ask a question they promised to call I call again they promised to call after 30min but never called.......i dont wanna go back there again....

Maybe you should update your web site as the Danvers phone # has been incorrect for probably 3 years now. Anyone calling the # now is directed to your competitor.

The kids salesmen literally lie to you to try to sell more. They lie right to your face about information regarding your plan. Dont go to this store.

Lying kids over there bad customer service all they care about is getting there commission they are liars and will tell u lies about your plan and tell u wrong information they told me if I add insurance i will get a free phone that was a lie they are horrible bad customer service all they care about is there commission instead of helping the customers
