Most of the time it will remind you of a project or a task that is or was never finished. Friendly staff.

Employees were unpleasant and didnt seem to really care to help anybody and also didnt exactly know anything about any of their products. Their overall attitudes just seemed to show that they did not care about their job nor being at their job. It would be nice to be able to walk into a store like that and have customer service that is knowledgeable and experienced with the tools and products that are offered.

Asked an employee for help on a couple of things, and he not only took me right to them, but helped me decide what would be best for me to use. Reasonable prices,and great help from employees.

I can usually find what Im looking for and I almost always find more then I came in for. Good prices for basic starter models of all kinds of tools. Makes it easy and not outrageously expensive to try new things.

All employees do a fantastic job on helping you find what youre looking for and recommending the right choice for the job that youre doing and surprisingly each employee knows exactly where everything is even if its a new employee somehow they are training them quickly I usually deal with Brent and Aaron and Kayla which all three of them are very friendly and top-notch.

I have the App for this store which is filled with great saving coupons. I can get a basket full everytime and my total is never over $25-30 dollars. The employees are also friendly and knowledgeable with where things are if I cant find. I miss my monthly catalogs but its ok

This is a great place for tools that the BIG BOX stores just dont carry. Ive had great luck with the tools and hassle free returns on things items that I broke due to maxing out the tool every tool has a breaking point. The sockets are some of the strongest better than Mac, Snap on, and the rest of the sockets out there. They will all break if pushed Harbor Freight seem to be just a a little bit better.

Been trying to get an engine stand. Clinton store was out but looked on screen and said davenport store had one but make sure you call ahead. Called davenport store and girl that answered put me on hold for about 5 min then came back and said yes we have those in stock. Drove the 40 miles and nope we dont have 1. Called Corp office. Someone was going to get back that day or the next for sure but never happened. Would give them 0 stars for customer service

Found this store a go to from batteries, tools, sump pumps, air compressors, lights, etc. Friendly helpful staff, give suggestions on what items will fix a problem. Clean, organized, convenient location. Can also join an receive discounts. Found them to help more than menards, Lowes...

A backyard mechanics best friend. Tools are very reasonably priced, quality of items is better than expected, selection is great. Be warned though, if you have a tinkerer in your house you could lose them in this store for hours.

I ordered a toolbox during black Friday deals and since they were out of stock I was told I would have to wait for the next shipment which could be up to 2 weeks. Now, 2 weeks later, I call to see if it has come in yet and Im told it will be another 2 weeks and thats just the way it is. The employee was rude and ignorant and hung up on me. I will never stop at harbor freight again. Too bad I have to leave a star because I would rather be able to deduct 10.

I went to purchase a generator and the store employee answered all of my questions that I had about operating it. He was very helpful and courteous. I liked the cleanliness of the store. I would recommend shopping there.

I gotta admit I like shopping here, even if its mostly Chinese made stuff. They have darn-near everything tool wise. Its a perfect place tp get that Wont use it after this project tool on the cheap.

The store was clean, organized, with great values on all the products but we didnt find the things we went there for. Not sure if this is because of Covid-19 or if its normal, we will have to go back more often to check it out! The customer service was excellent.

Being Memorial Day the place was packed because of today only 25 percent coupon. I drove the 23 (one way) miles to get a cement mixer. I found the display and took one of the many tags in the sleeve. I gave it to an associate just as the ticket says. She was running around waiting on costumers that were before me. No problem, I believe in waiting my turn. Then she went in back, for what seemed like ten minutes. She came back and told me they were out of the model I wanted. I asked why they would have all those tickets but no product? She didnt know. I Usually have no problem shopping at HF. But if they would update their website to tell people (that are going to spend an hour on the road and drive almost 50 miles on a holiday), if they have that item in stock. It would lead to a lot less frustrated customers.

I like that you can find many uncommon tools at a good price. Stop in, and you will be surprised at all the different items you wish you had. Fair prices and decent quality tools, Im sure youll find something for everyone. I stopped in to pick up item for myself, and the wife left with more than I did. Go figure, and she was worried that I was the one that was going to spend too money. :)

I didnt realize my coupons had expired (the print is SO tiny!). I was able to pull up the new ones on my phone. The sales guy took his time while I had to find each item. Plus it almost closing time, still very helpful!! Always helpful employees when I shop there.

Stopped in to purchase a hammer drill. Very reasonable price for the drill I purchased. Will shop there again when I need a new tool. Staff very welcoming.

Besides a variety of hand tools and power tools to pick from, there are also a lot of gadgets and specialty items at reasonable prices to choose from. Its one of my favorite stores!!!

Ive had numerous bad experiences with the quality/durability of Harbor Freight tools. More than once, their merchandise failed within the first week of use. Nobody expects top-of-the-line for the prices theyre charging, but I do expect something that will last longer than a 12-pack of Diet Coke. Not only do their products fail, but their customer service isnt very friendly. After a year of giving this place several second chances to deliver service and quality, Im finally done with Harbor Freight. My advice: Spend a little more money and get something that is going to work. Its much easier than running back to their store with a receipt.
