This place is very good at what they do. Theyve repaired both mine and my daughters vehicle efficiently and properly. Everyone needed to complete the repair is on the premises. If you EVER get into an accident I recommend them 100%.

I have taken my car to RPM collision several times throughout the years. Once, to have a door replaced on my Camry and the last time was to have my radiator replaced. I also brought my moms car here to replace her window regulator in her Mercedes and to have her hood repainted due to damage from the sun. Each time, Patrick was very fair, friendly and professional. I had a misaligned door and while they could disassemble and charge me hundreds of dollars, they simply tightin some nuts and that is it! I even asked for some paint job for my car, but they said I can do it myself and described it how to do it! Very honest and friendly service! Best body shop ever. Patrick and his team went above and beyond to fix my trucks tailgate on my Ford F150. Thats aluminum and not an easy fix. Best customer service across all businesses. Extremely professional and honest. Patrick stuck to the original estimate he gave and didnt slap on any last minute expenses. The new fender I got was blended perfectly to the body paint. The only complaint I had was that I found a blue stain in my interior that wasnt there previously, however, Patrick immediately had it taken care of, free of charge. The level of customer service here is unmatched!

Very poor ! Not sure what there paint work looks like, but had a frame straighten from them and not good at all !!! its funny but I dont think they know how to read alignment tool. frame was off by almost one inch. which was clearly visible. I had to send it to another frame shop to get it done . so if you are looking for frame work THAT,S NOT the place .

R.P.M. Collision did a awesome repair job on my 2005 Nissan Sentra. I got some front end damage from a recent accident. Great work! And Im that guy that sits there and stares at the paint job for like 30 minutes trying to find something wrong, and best of all they quickly fixed some minute imperfections I found without hesitation, even though my job was not in the high end requirement level like an exotic car.

There werent any parking places when I came in, so I parked behind a car at the front door to come inside quickly and ask them where I should move my car. I opened the door and was immediately yelled at to move my car. I asked where I should move it, and was not given an answer. The man just gestured toward the full lot and yelled anywhere but there! and walked out the door without making eye contact. I turned around and went to one of the 8 other body shops right beside this one.

Patrick (The owner) Is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Shop is clean, employees are equally friendly. They take the time to explain all options and work with you. A++

Bought my 93 Toyota Celica Convertible a little over a year ago.(Always loved that body style) Body was in great shape except for some oxidation, minor dings. Did need some mechanical work. Had the bulk of the mech. work done. Then....your worse nightmare. Hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of me. Major front end damage and rear bumper. Flash forward through insurance nightmare. Did some research on body shops and RPM had very good reviews. I was not disappointed. Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. He even diagnosed a problem with the power steering that another mechanic told me was the power steering unit which could be fixed for $600. Patrick replaced a hose. Keeping me from getting hosed. He went above and beyond. Car now looks brand new. I couldnt be happier!
