Words cannot even describe Ansels expertise with cars and reparing my beloved prized 2002 LexusSC430 -- my dream car! Ive brought my car to him twice. The first time was for a second opinion-- my regular mechanic told me I needed to spend $1800 to fix the suspension -- a repair that had been done two years prior -- Ansel said my mechanic was wrong and the car needed a $300 tie rod replacement instead -- he showed me on the lift exactly the malfunctioning parts -- within a few hours it was fixed perfectly!! Saved me $1500 at a time in my life when I was recovering from the economic devastation of the pandemic . Yesterday, I brought him the car due to an issue with my battery mysteriously dying in spite of a clean test of the battery/starter/alternator at other mechanics. 10 minutes and $20 later, he not only had my car starting perfectly, but the i annoying issue I had since the day I bought the car was fixed - when I cranked my radio full blast (a necessity on the highway in a convertible with hot date!!), it would hiccup -- I always assumed it was just an old stereo -- but the fixed battery terminal connector also fixed this annoying problem!! If I had known about Ansel sooner, I wouldve come to him for years! He rocks!! Great Family business. His wife runs his office and his son helps him in the garge. Awesome place!
