I want to give credit where its due. Thank you to the staff of Tire Choice Auto Service Centers and specifically, Peter Peral, the assistant store manager. I had a bad experience there several years ago, but this was different ownership back in the days of Martino Tire. Anyway, this was light years better. I am fairly used to my tire light coming on because my hybrid car is extremely sensitive to temperature changes and minor differences in air pressure. Usually, it turns out to be nothing. However, this past Sunday morning, I had a strange feeling that I needed to stop by there immediately. Thank God! My right front tire had a huge bubble and the rubber had separated from the rim. If I had waited, the tire would have likely exploded or worse. I had a very busy day ahead but they got me out of there within the hour with a brand new tire and rotation for under $105. Peter was kind and informative, never going for the hard sell approach. His matter-of-fact style and no-pressure personality helped me to make a solid decision. He didnt talk down to me or assume that I couldnt understand (as a woman). He gave me some helpful advice and I am more likely to buy tires from them in the future without waiting for an emergency. Store #1308 has the goods! :-) A million thanks.

Nice atencion but sold me a used tire for $67 and is going to last two weeks. Probably 10% bust was the last one and had flat tire. No choice.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dropped my vehicle at 8:30 am and while I was waiting for my ride back the mechanic and manager were talking about which shows they recommended watching on Netflix meanwhile no one was looking into my problem... there was another mechanic in the shop who’s seems the be cleaning up their shop but no one really working here.It was over 6 hours to finally take a look at my truck in which they tried to rip off $1400 of work. I did not want to proceed with this and still charged me $145 to just put a computer to give the codes for the diagnostic.. this used to be my favorite shop where I had brought all company trucks and various vehicles throughout the years but since the change of personal the quality and costumer service just went out the window. You are just a number to them now... don’t recommended stay away...

Came in for a basic oil change and check for a noise coming from my car. While I was waiting Philip the manager over and aske me specific questions to help narrow down the issue. In no time the found the problem, gave me the estimate which was very detailed . I aske if they could fit it in and he said absolutely and got me Finished, Excellent customer service...my new automotive home.

That was until cool guy MGR Phillip Tomarchio came into the picture. If I wanted an arrogant, macho man mechanic with no customer service ida gone to someone that wasnt certified. Do NOT make this your tire choice. Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered and PAID for tires by phone 1 day prior to visit. Set up apptmt with Gotts for next day 8AM. I show up 7:45am Im greeted by Gotts and told walk on over to BK for a bite while I get your tires done. I do so come back and wait in their lobby. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I decide to walk outside and look at my car in their work station .... not 1 tire has been removed nor replaced. I express vividly my disappointment to Mr. Gotts which then proceeded to make excuses about work from prior day. To which I pointed out that I was the only one customer present in their lobby WAITING on a car for 4 tires that should be a 30 minute job. They do NOT know how to prioritize their work.Terrible experience. Never going there again.By the way 30 minutes after I complained my car was complete and out the door. Which Mr. Gotts had said could not be done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! I am an insurance adjuster and should have known better but I took my car for an Oil Change and Cabin filter change. When I double checked the work the filters were NEVER changed! Also my check engine light was turned on and it was not like that when I dropped it off! They will take your money and screw you. I used to be a loyal client and now after this experience never going back. Also when I went back to advise the filter was never changed the tech didn’t know how to changed my cabin filter and I had to do it myself! PATHETIC!!!!

The only reason I am not providing a one star review is because of Brendan. He is excellent with customer service and has helped my family for several years. This place used to be both reasonable and phenomenal, and Brendan did a stellar job with my tires in the past and charged a fair price. Regrettably, this has changed. I’ve been dealing with Peter this past year, and he doesn’t really appear to value customer satisfaction at all. I had an issue with my rear tire a few months ago and they were about to charge me 3 grand claiming everything was destroyed and needed to be replaced. I proceeded to take it to a separate mechanic who got the job done for under 200 dollars. This establishment will scam you to the highest degree, and attempt to replace everything to yield a higher profit. Despite this incident I still wanted to give them one more chance, and once again was greeted by Peter. I needed to get an alignment and he claimed it wouldn’t be ready for 9 hours, which was ironic considering I only observed two cars in the shop. They’ve unfortunately grown lazy, avaricious, and unfriendly. I haven’t seen Brendan in a while, my hope is that he’s okay, it’s just sad to see this place grow into a force of negativity.

I went there tonight, on short notice, as my tires had arrived. I had called to make sure they could see me, and sure enough they were able to get it done. I cant begin to explain how much of a professional, friendly location this is. I only chose this place when purchasing my tires online based on the reviews. While some places might pay for reviews, I can say that this place earns them. Overall I was impressed how the manager handled my truck, and explained how things were going every step of the way. The techs were knowledgeable, and took care of my new wheels and tires as if they were their own. I wish I could give more stars! If I was staying down there, this would be my go to place for everything Id need. Give those boys a raise!

I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because this Service Center is Outstanding! I would give 10 stars if I could.The entire team is cohesive and accommodating. I took my car in on a Friday morning and they offered to do it right then and there. I did not expect that type of amazing customer service so I had not arranged for a car to pick me up (oops).Philip is part of the management team (so easy to work with), made me feel comfortable declining the offer on Friday morning and did NOT put any PRESSURE on me, nor did he give the impression that my situation was urgent, which most service centers (other than Tire Choice) do upon first meeting.At TIRE CHOICE, I actually felt quite the opposite than the norm. Philip made me feel comfortable leaving the service center and advised me to come back when it was convenient for ME. I was DEFINITELY going back to the one and only TIRE CHOICE (Davie) the following day to get my car fixed. Oh and second time around, I brought someone to pick me up. :)

I needed tires, oil change and some other work done on my car. I went to tires choice on my son Chriss recommendation. Once I was there I was greeted by the manager Brendan, he was awesome to deal with he knew what he was talking about and helped me to get exactly what I needed. The technician Eddie who worked on my car was very knowledgeable. He took care of my car in a timely manner. I was very pleased with his work and cleanliness towards my car. All in all I can say I had a great experience I will definitely be back.

I was looking around my area for a new mechanic and came across Tire Choice in Davie. The good reviews convinced me to try it and I had a wonderful experience! Customer service was great, very quick service, reasonable pricing and provided with quotes for future repairs/maintenance, without any pressure to do it that day. Prompt service and excellent communication. Philip the sales manager is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always provides me with the best customer experience. I have been his customer for over 5 years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars.

Everything started out well when I ordered new tires to be installed. The manager Philip was helpful and called a few days later when the tires came in. When I dropped the car Philip asked if I wanted the alignment done too. I confirmed that an alignment check was included in the installation fee, and I asked him to call me with the results and I would decide then if I wanted to go ahead with the alignment service. I didnt receive a call from him, and when I called to check on the status, Philip informed me that the alignment had been taken care of. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was charged for the alignment and Philip claimed that I approved of the service when I dropped off the car. I was furious because I never agreed to it. Aside from that he couldnt produce the report for the alignment check so I dont even know if hes telling the truth. He said he had me on camera agreeing to the alignment and I asked him to play if for me, but then he said that only the corporate office has access to the tapes. He was not willing to consider that his recollection of the chain of events might be wrong, and the I the customer might be right.

I caught a nail in my tire just across the street as I was taking my son to school and these guys showed me the utmost kindness and understanding. I felt safe bringing my car here and I felt comfortable with the solutions they provided me. There was no weird add ons like you usually get when you go to auto repair places, they took care of me right away and I was even able to get to work on time. These guys are the best!

An excellent place to get work done, I started coming here recently and they are fair and honest...you cant ask for much more then that! Well and they are good, thata important too. 5 out of 5 would have my car fixed again, though hopefully not soon.

Best auto car shop around!I stumbled upon this gem randomly riding a long side the highway I had a nail in my tire and desperately needed a tire change. This particular location was so fast and so helpful that’s what truly kept me coming back. Since then I have come to do all my services here and ditched the dealership service center. The prices of all the work they do is extremely reasonable and the customer service they provide is what makes this location so absolutely special! They truly take care of their customers and keep it real, so they won’t ever up-charge for services you don’t need or leave you hanging on the concerns you do have about your car. I never take my cars to shops as I workOn them myself being a prior mechanic and knowing all the horrors that happen at shops behind the scenes. I do not trust anyone with my cars but there are some services I simply cannot do in my house without the proper equipment even with the tools I have so I brought my car in here and I am Extremely pleased. The service and people were great and I love the work ethic of the tech that worked on my vehicle, his name is Eddy Navarro if I am not mistaken. After speaking with him and seeing how he works on my car I now feel comfortable enough to even leave the car there and go home or go do errands and come back later when the service is complete. Thank you for showing me people can still trust some techs and shops.

Honest, timely, and very professional service at Tire Choice. I chose this business because of the positive reviews and they were accurate. I am so glad I have found a reliable garage with reasonable pricing! I had to get a new tire and rim with rotation. The deal was fair and they did their best to keep the price down. This location has very good customer service! The Managers Brandon and Peter were very helpful. The technician that assisted me was Robert and he was thorough when checking my tires. Charged 334.98 for replaced parts and labor....got it back a few days later only to have it towed back to the shop the next day. They than kept my Hummer H2 for a week and never solved the problem. Wanted to keep it one more day to try something else yet when I arrived they were busy on other vehicles, not mine.Mechanic said they replaced no parts just cleaned the old parts. I will expect the owner to see this and look into this further.

Brandon and Peter are extremely friendly and helpful. They never sell us things that aren’t necessary and always try to get us he best prices for everything. My husband and I love this place. Got two new tires, was in and out very fast. Great customer service, both in the front of the store and in the back.Minor detail that I really appreciate: both times that Ive come to Tire Choice the clutch was in the same gear that I left it in. Every time that Ive gone to Tire Kingdom, they put it in 1st gear when I left it in neutral, causing me to jerk forward and stall because Im expecting it in neutral and release the clutch after starting the car. When small details like that are given attention, it gives me confidence that other small details (perhaps more important ones) are given attention as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location! Waking up to start the week with a flat tire was not my ideal choice, but the staff at The Tire Choice made it as easy as possible to get me back on the road. Brendan was very welcoming and helped me get the best tire for my car at a very reasonable price. He even took the time to show me how to properly check the tread on my existing tires and educate me on the various tire choices. The turnaround time was quick and I left with no complaints. I have been doing business here for about 2 years now. Branden & Peter are awesome to do business with. They are knowledgeable and fair about what needs to be done and the price they charge. The mechanics do a great job and make sure everything is right. I have found other garages with cheaper prices but then you end up taking it back because something is wrong with what they did. Then there are the shops that get you to go there by giving you a good price and then over time start jacking the prices. I highly recommend going here!

Peter was so incredibly helpful when I came in close to closing with a need for two tires--one nearly exploded on the highway. He was very professional and his team was understanding. I am terrible at maintenance for my car, but Peter explained the importance of taking care of my car; he did not try to man-splain things to me; he treated me with the utmost respect, which many other shops have not done in the past. Im very appreciative of his help and of how kind everyone was to me while I was there. I LL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE & i DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY...My son went to this shop to have a simple tire rotation. They charged $25 but next morning we noticed all 4 tires were in the same place they were before. He had to take the car again to the shop and show the manager they had not done any work. On top of that they either forgot to put back one of the plastic rim covers or they did not pushed all the way the cap and it got lost on his way home.

Once again The Tire Choice has kept one of my many cars on the road. My teenager accidentally over filled the oil in his car and I thought for sure the engine was ruined or at least major damage had been done. The car was towed to Tire Choice because we have been going there for years and really trust Brenden to be honest and keep our cars running smooth and safe. He did just that at a reasonable price and as quickly as possible. Great service indeed!

What an amazing experience. Got a flat and had no money for a tire so I stop there for help and got much more. They help with my spare which they told it was a full size . It was put on and the rest of the tires were aired up. Peter gave me a price on some tires and they checked my fluids. Customer service at it’s best. Thank you Peter and Dudley is the best . I have not had too many good experiences with Tire stores in the last few years but I needed 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. Started looking thru reviews online and found many positive reviews about the Davie store. Called them twice and to get quotes for the tires and service I needed. Brendan was very courteous and when he did not have the tires I needed in stock offered to have them delivered to him the same day so that I could get everything completed that day. He was good to his word and by 4:30 I was in the shop getting the new tires and wheel alignment as I needed to take my kid back to college the next day. Brendan was very attentive and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. I am so far very pleased with the service I received and will be recommending them to friends and family. I had a flat tire and came to this shop to get it checked out.. They helped me right away and ordered my tire for next day installation. They changed my flat tire to the donut in the meantime. I went in during lunch and still had time to eat and take care of this.Tire came in really quickly and got my car up and running again.

I didn’t catch any names because the service was so quick. We visited today and they were completely honest.He didn’t try to sell us a tire even though our tire had 2 plugs in it. Really grateful for the honest service. We’ll be back.

Came in to the office and was greeted right away. The manager asked what he could do for me and gave me great advise on my lease. He gave me a high, medium, and economy options.When I asked how long I was amazed that it would be about 1.5 hours. Tire Choice did an excellent job repairing the rear differential on my GMC pickup. They even obtained 2 tires, a brand they do not carry, to match what was on the vehicle. I do recommend Tire Choice.

I must first say I have not had work done at this facility. Ive attempted to on 3 separate occasions because of the close vicinity to my work. Each time I called or arrived the person was extremely rude. They seem to have too much business. Too busy too be nice or to care. If you need a fix and are willing to pay the price, this is the place for you. For me, I rather pay more and travel farther to someone who is kind.

Ive known much of the staff here for many years. Theyre helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are car guys. Ive never had a come back for any work that was ever done. Mike is an outstanding technician. Dudley is very deliberate and conscientious. Pete and Brendan are honest and willing to help whenever possible. The pricing is fair and they stand behind their work.I wouldnt trust my cars to anyone else. Thanks for the great service, guys!

I received an in person quote for brake service when getting new tires. When trying to call to schedule it they said it would $99 more due to a brake flush. When asked why this was being added they only speculated why this should be needed (this was not mentioned in the price when I obtained the estimate in person.) I do not trust this place and will be looking elsewhere for our local services.

I was looking for somewhere to take my wifes car to get serviced, and this place was the most honest place I have ever been to. The manager Brendan was very helpful and nice to deal with. If you need any type of service on your vehicle, definitely show these guys a visit, they do everything there. Thanks again guys, keep up the good work.

Ive been coming to this stores location for a while now to have oil changes. The store manager Brendan and his assistants are honest all the time. They let you know up front what problems your vehicle may have and allow you to decide if you want to have it repaired or wait. The entire mechanic staff does an exceptional job with everything, and Ive not had one complaint. Recommended!

I have been going to this shop for years, Brendan is a great store manager, he always provides fair pricing and honest assessments, never trying to push unnecessary maintenance into me like other shops in the area. He also gives realistic completion times and communicates well with follow up calls. The shop also has experienced and highly qualified mechanics. I will give this shop any service work that they can handle.

I totally recommend this place.Brandon and the rest of the team are serious and trustworthy people giving excellent service to their customers.I went there to change my 4 tires and brakes after a Pep Boys’ car inspection, but after Tire Choice’s inspection they told me that brakes were good so I could save a lot of money.

Incredibly quick service and very kind. Between my moms car and mine, we had a few issues to deal with, but they didn’t waste our time and we had our cars back in no time. Hers in 45 min and mine in 20. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this place several years. Recently, had my van tuned up, oil changed, injectors cleaned. They gave me a fair price, even discounted the full price. They never pressured me to must have extras, unlike dealers. Sometimes would just put it my receipt as suggestion. I would never trust another repair company. Yes, they get busy. But there must be a reason for that! Expect to leave your car there in the morning and come back later, I found the best way.

After discovering a nail in my tire I had no choice but to pull over. Luckily tirechoice was right behind the gas station. I was a little hesitant about what prices they were going to pull on me.
