Shipped my car from Colorado at a cost of $1000 to have them do full suspension and throttle body upgrade. Was told 4 different times owner would call me to go over upgrades. Nobody ever called. Had to call multiple times just to get updates. May be a good shop but they have awful customer service.

2Bennett is one of the best in the business! I recently shipped my 2003 Audi S8 up from LA to get a ton of work done: 2Bennett suspension, steering, leaks, and miscellaneous age issues just to start the list. Andrew and the 2Bennett team were responsive, articulate, friendly, and helpful the entire way through the process. They helped organize car shipment in a way which was super convenient to me and gave my car the white glove treatment while it was away. They were honest and forthcoming with the entire scope of work, especially when extra necessary work came up as they got their hands dirty. Their engineers/mechanics easily broke it down for me into necessary vs. nice to haves so that I could meet my budget constraints as well. They even went so far as to send photo updates while my car was being worked on! The S8 is a bit unique so it was great to see multiple others of the same model year being worked on, and its clear their expertise is very deep for my car.5/5, I would recommend 2Bennett to anyone but especially to those that have a unique Audi that wants the best service money can buy.

I came in for a stage 1 APR tune on my mk7 golf. The staff (Dan) was very helpful and kind. The process was fast and pricing was good.

Called for 2012 A6 front brake and rotors estimate. I had installed Akebono brakes and rotors at half the dealer price, and completed in couple hours with a friendly and professional attitude.

Just put a 2Bennett extra height syspension in my 2004 allroad 4.2 because.. if you have a C5 allroad you know. As with everything Ive purchased from them over the years it just works. Highest quality, plug and play installation and the fronts are already installed on a mounting bracket so all you have to do is swap the upper links over, or replace them if its time, and install. Dan spent a lot of time by phone and email with me making sure I got the right setup, and both Dan and Andrew were there to answer any questions that came up.The difference between the factory system and the 2Bennett system is night and day. It is more predictable, more stable, more Audi and less Cadillac, and its more fun on forest roads.Ive purchased parts for various cars over the years from 2Bennett and when I meet people with an ur car, a Coupe Quattro or a 4000 they all know 2Bennett and have positive things to say. Considering Ive met those folks all over the country thats saying something.Working with 2Bennett is a great experience. I know Ill get solid advice and while we have a great dealership for the new Audis Id absolutely drive the 8 hours to Davis to have them work on the allroad, Im more confident in their ability to sort out the older cars. If youve got a ur or CQ or a C5 allroad give them a call. If you have a newer Audi and dont have a great dealership...it happens, Ive been there....give them a call.

I cant say enough positive things about these guys. I have become tired of the dealer attitude and dealer prices. I had seen their building from the highway when I drive past and decided to give them a try. Wow! What a difference from the dealer. They go out of their way to be courteous and they really know their stuff. My S4 has never run better and I Am in love with driving it again. I even decided to get some performance parts including software and it is like I bought a new car in the power department. I am planning to keep my car instead of getting a new one now. My only regret is that I did not go to them sooner. My family has five Audis and we will all be taking our cars there from now on. Take my advice and go to 2Bennett sooner than later. Five stars all around.

I was looking for a fender for my car. I finally found it! I was happy to find it. I called and spoke to Andrew who said he would help me. I drove 5 hours up to this great Audi experience to get the part that I needed. I arrive and they look surprised that I am up here. They have not found the key for the car, Nor have they even got the body panel ready. They turned me around and said it would not be ready until 1:00PM. Then they called me and said 3:00PM I have been sitting at this place since since Noon and it is already 2:30 Pm. I came to give my money to this business and they have been standing around not doing anything useful. It would take me 15 minutes to remove the panel. I have not even been allowed to see the parts I am getting! I was hearing great things about this place...But I guess not. I am still sitting in their waiting room being ignored as I am writing this review.Update: As I am sitting here, They have not showed me the panel, but they have processed the payment with my card that I have not authorized. This business is absolutely ridiculous!

They were the only place that had a rear qtr panel for my 83 UR quattro and the price was reasonable.

Professionals to the max. Being going to this place for 5 years and never complaint. Always gave me what I want. From regular maintenance to costumizations, always have an answer. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles, 2004 A4, 2004 S4 and my now 2008 s5 and never have to go to another shop. Highly recommend them.
