Poor customer service. I felt rushed.*Employees chatted about personal things within earshot of waiting room.* Saul said I had 3 tire sensors out so I might as well get 4 - at a cost of $800.00.*I went directly to another reputable place and got a price for 4 sensors st $315.00 including installation.* * *They checked and I only had 2 sensors out - not 3!* Hanlees tried to charge me $500.00 more for the same thing!* I asked Saul to double check my wheel covers after they put my tires back on, which he personally did. I explained that twice before I had a wheel cover come off after Hanlees rotated tires.**As soon as I pulled out onto the road, my drivers side front wheel cover came off and rolled across the street behind me! I recovered it and Saul put it back on and checked the other 3 tires.* When I paid my bill, the cashier was borderline rude and abrupt.Not happy with this visit at Hanlees at all. The place is run a lot more professionally when Daniel is there.*******I will not be back.The only good thing I can say is that they washed my car.

I always had a good experience with them. They have long wait times for everything and appointments too. That can be improved in my opinion. But good place for your repairs and friendly staff.

Whatever you do, dont let them wash your car. Left dirtier than before, and with hard water spots everywhere, still trying to get them out.Work wise, I asked for a checkup on the alignment of my new Rav4 because it is pulling right, they drove it and said it is fine, and denied a proper machine checkup unless I pay ofcourse .... Dont support them.

It was ok. But didnt meet my expectations 😕. My car was so dirty with fingerprints and grease 😫 I have a white covered seats and white.door sides. Its has grease marks. Disgusted. Ill.just put one star eventhough i.dont want to put a star but cant post without a star.

Dealerships are Always incredibly overpriced, but they do Always fix the issue. Its a double edged soward.
