The store is good but thee is this cashier who I was signing up for a Cvs card and there running around to look for the card. I liked the store when they gave me the covid shot 💉 very nice

Overall great pharmacy and CVS store. Im puzzled by the low reviews honestly. One example of them going above and beyond is I showed up pretty late to get a prescription filled yet they stayed overtime to make sure I got it and wouldnt have to come back tomorrow! Friendly, knowledgable staff, good sales and prices. 5 STARS!

John, the manager, is helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and well lighted. Easy parking for a quick stop and conveniently near the freeway on-ramp.

This was the worst experience ever, one of the cashier name David was the worst staff. He doesnt know how to use computer and he was the rudest cashier ever. He even didnt answer my question and finally after 30 minutes trying to scan my purchases he couldnt do it and I got my stuff and went to self check out!

I got my first dose of COVID-19 vaccine there. The lady who helped me with it is quite warm and friendly. It’s a wonderful experience.

They deleted my first COVID vaccine from my medical record and then turned me away when I showed up to my scheduled appointment for my second dose. To date, no one has been willing to help resolve the issue and my medical records are not accurate.

I didnt know how bad this service was until I went somewhere else:- They just dont fill prescriptions, if its a few hours after the doc calls them in or 2 days later. I almost invariably am told to wait another half hour for meds- I called to check on a prescription when a loved one desperately needed pain medication. When I finally got on the line with the pharmacy, I told my crying spouse I would be right back and the pharmacy hung up on me, like they thought I was talking to them and immediately moved on. 40 minutes on hold and they hang up in 10 seconds.If this is how you treat people, you have no business being anywhere near healthcare.

The Pharmacy has been out of required medications and slow to fill prescriptions (still not filled 6 hours after being called over from the physician) on more than one occasion. Over the last few months there has always been a long line.

This is the kind of place that bills you for a prescription you told them you were going to fill elsewhere, then tell you theyre too busy to fix it that day. Its also the kind of trash business that wont answer their phone when you, your doctor or another pharmacy calls on your behalf to fix it. I try not leave negative reviews because the internet is already a gutter of negativity, but this place caused my wife a lot of unnecessary, literal pain when we left the hospital with our infant because of an internal mistake. Kind of insult to injury to have to pay cash at another pharmacy for something that was covered by insurance. Maybe I just had bad luck, but if I were you Id try any other pharmacy in Davis.

Staff drops the ball consistently. Some don’t know how to use their computer system to modify basic insurance information. They don’t call or alert of issues with prescriptions. I’ve been waiting for 1 week for a med they said they could order and could get. Now they say they can’t order it. What kind of pharmacy is this ? They lost my business.

I dont understand any of the other postings. This is a wonderful CVS with really polite employees. I dont care that its a big corporation, its still run by people! All the employees are really nice and helpful. Every time I walk into the store the cashier greets me. Plus, all the workers behind the counter at the Pharmacy are really cool and give lots of useful advice. Thanks for being a quality store!

This was the worst pharmacy experience Ive ever had. The worker wouldnt call my insurance until the third time Id called around getting info and finally expressed that there was nothing more I could tell him. I couldnt even get my prescription and wasted over 2 hours calling when he could have called and told me they couldnt help me within 5 minutes.

Theres nothing wrong with this pharmacy. I have always been treated kindly and professionally here. They do follow the law and do not give out drugs unlawfully. If you have an issue with that, thats your problem, not theirs. Theyre doing the right thing. The only reason I do not give it five stars is that the pharmacy can get backed up, and, if you are just dropping in for a prescription, you may experience waits or even have to come back later.

I use to like coming here, but the people working here now seriously seem lost. The man who has the night shift can be very rude. He literally started yelling at me because he couldnt get my number right to the point were I said nevermind its fine because I was actually scared of this guy. I also ordered a picture frame and I was scared to go in to get it because I knew he would be there. Unfortunately I am very dissapointed once again because they could not find my picture. It says it was delivered Monday and it is now Friday and some how the picture has been lost. Very upsetting and wish they would better train there employees.

Do you have a CVS card? I get this question whenever I shop there. I don’t want to hold a physical card to get a discount. Marketing staff at CVS run loyalty numbers, forgetting it is an inconvenience.

Pharmacy: Usually a line, even at strange times. Many times not ready when they say it will be.Have had good experiences with the nonpharmacy parts of the store (renting carpet cleaner and passport photos).

Chronically understaffed. Get texted that meds are ready and cannot pickup for at least a half hour every time. Do not send your prescriptions here.

Actually pharmacy- Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years. Your experience will depend completely on who is behind the counter at the pharmacy. I have been made to feel belitted, humiliated and down right treated like a dog here. One of the female staff members (not an actual pharmacist) pulled up my medication list and began reading off my medications loudly with a long line behind me. Completely unprofessional as is, but then she started complaining about MY medications. Saying things like I couldnt possibly have the medical issues that requires these types of medication. THE MEDICATIONS SHE WAS REFERING TO ARE NOT EVEN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. THEY ARE WHAT IS KEEPING MY immune system FROM ATTACKING MY ORGANS AND KILLING ME. The pharmacist there at the time refused to fill my rx and wouldnt even call my Dr at my request to verify. By law they have to do this if you ask. She ended the conversation by saying I couldnt possibly need any of these medications because of my AGE. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! I ended the conversation by asking when Brian (one of the actual pharmacists here) would be back at work. She said tomorrow and I left. Fast forward to the next morning, I call the pharmacy, Brian answers, I ask if my prescription is ready he reconizes my name immediately and tells me my medication will be ready in a few hours. He is the ONLY reason I continue to use this pharmacy. He will go above and beyond to help you get your medications as quickly as possible, to offer suggestions on other types of the same medication to better fit you. Thank you Brian, you are the definition of what a pharmacist is supposed to be. Thank for always being kind, and for always answering any of the questions I may have about my rxs even when you have to search. I know if I have an issue with anything and no one at the pharmacy is willing to help, I can wait until you are working and you will help. Thank you for helping make living with several chronic diseases at least a small bit easier. You get 5 stars. The rest of the pharmacy deserves a 1 at most. There are two other people here who are very well at thier job and have great customer service. Unfortunately I dont know their names so I can only describe them as young white men. My advice? Avoid the pharmacy if their manager Brian is not there.

Horrible experience with this CVS pharmacy. We got the prescription on Monday. We went there Tuesday about 5 pm and those tablets (diabetes related) were not there. Asked us to come back Wednesday after 3 pm. We went wednesday about 6 pm. Waited in the line for more than 20 mins. The Guy said we have the tablets now, but not processed yet. Do you want those today. We said Yes of course we want those today. Then asked us to sit and wait. We waited but never call us. After 15 mins we went to the same guy and he said its ready and go to the line again. We said we wasted whole day and about an hour today and your asking us to go to the line again. Then another uneducated guy erupted (he is the person served us Tuesday) in the pharmacy, started talking to us rude manner and loudly saying that They are not just standing here, blah blah. We were not even talking with that guy, but he knew himself, he is the person responsible for this and erupted, neglecting the person he was serving at that time. People in this Pharmacy has no manners, please avoid this place. This is not the only Pharmacy in the world. I will not even give one star to this.

I went to pick up an order for me and my daughter and it was the worst experience at a CVS location. I felt belittled and embarrassed. The staff member Perette was extremely racists. I called the home office, because no one should feel the way I felt tonight.

Just had the most rude interaction with a person in a store ever. In more than 60 years. It was with a pharmacist over an error the pharmacy had made refilling the wrong Rx. I am still in a bit of shock over the exchange, it was that rude. I am moving my business to Target and never returning to that East Covell location.

I had a really poor experience with the pharmacy here, they initially failed to file my perscription, when I went back later to get the script after my Dr. Called it in for a second time the staff was rude, lines were long, and there was a general sense of disorganization in the pharmacy.

PHARMACY - BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN LINE 15 TO 30 MIN AND THEB HAVE TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES - USUALLY 2 OR 3 PEOPLE STANDING AROUND IN THE BACK AND 1 COUNTER PERSON HANDLING EVERYTHINGBRING YOUR CAMPING GEAR TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED
