Play the place is very busy in the morning but everybody is very professional good ice cream and good coffee fast service!!!

Regularly poor service. Staff often does not know what they are doing well, dont listen to orders or requests, and are uninterested and even unkind.Bonus: theyll send you ads for deals that they dont have, even though it is specifically from their location.

I went for breakfast and after getting a cold sandwich, I asked if I could exchange it for something else. That one was cold also so I asked if they could just heat it for me but by this time the server was irritated I guess and took the sandwich and threw it back to the work area. I asked to see the manager who turned out to be a horribly nasty person. She just yelled at me and said, “Forget it, we’ll just give you back your money!” I asked, “Why are you yelling at me? I just want good service. I am the customer and I don’t understand why you’re yelling.” She screamed, “because we have other customers!” I called the main office to complain but all they did was offer me breakfast at another restaurant. I will not go back there. I guess you’ll be alright unless you question your order. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Decent ice cream place. They have a few non dairy options. Its inside a dunkin donuts

The worker today didnt know where the button was for a waffle cone so she charged me extra and when I called her out she lied and said that was the old price, shouldnt charge more because you dont know your job.

My experience here was not good. The young lady who prepared my warm cookie sundae was not at all interested. She had terrible customer service skills . Her bad attitude was a reflection of this terribly made sundae.

Good location, only if it was reliable. On any given night they can close their doors on you earlier even though the door schedule and online says 9pm. Respect people’s time if you want to stay in business!

There are so many other places to find great ice cream. Their ice cream always taste old and their cones are always stale. 🥴

Awesome customer service!

Stopped in for a nice sundae at 7pm but was told that they didn’t have any hot fudge or pineapple topping or strawberry topping! Isn’t that what they do? I stopped at a gas station and found the toppings I wanted and finished the sundae at home. Thanks for nothing but still charging $7 for a bowl of chocolate “soup”.. Where’s TOM CARVEL when you need him?

The ice cream here is very good. The staff is kind. Importantly, the location takes sufficient COVID-19 safety measures. Hand sanitizer was provided, and indoor dining was not yet offered (as of a few days ago). It is located in a very nice shopping center, in the same location as a Dunkin’ and right near many restaurants and a Trader Joe’s. Great store!

I love feeling welcomed when I walk in. They always offer me their new flavor of the month and know exactly how I like my coffee. They also still have pumpkin flavor and mainly the reason I go there. I love chatting with the crew and the pm manager because they’re always so happy.

I’d leave zero if I could just for the simple inconvenience and thoughtlessness of updating their page to their new hours

Its a nice store, usually great employees. Ive only ever had one bad experience. The store hours said they were open and still had 15 minutes until closing time. But the lights were off and the door locked picture attached shows time and the hours of operation. Other than that one problem its been good.

I went there last night and my favorite flavor wasnt there. I was about to pick another one but the woman serving asked me to wait and went to the back to look for it. I was super impressed. It is not the first time that someone goes out of their way there for me. And of course, I still think that their peanut butter and chocolate flavor is the best ice cream in the world.

Terrible will never go there again the person that was making my Smoothie didn’t read the recipe just poor service.

They have dairy free ice cream but when I asked to have a milkshake made from the ice cream with the almond milk located a few steps away in the Dunkin Donuts part of the store she informed me that it would not be possible because its in the Dunkin Donuts part not the Baskin Robbins part so My wife and I left.

Is always a delish to enjoy a delicious icecream along with either a cone or a cookie. Both freshly baked can be enjoyed with your favorite icecream. Im not a fan of fruit unless is a yogurt what Im having with it. Otherwise, at any location or at this location particularly the placed is kept neatly clean, organized, staff is nice (friendly or amicable) promptly approached me with a smile and asked how they could they serve me. I was undecided on which flavor to choose so the attending lady was patient enough to provide me with my possible like ones it was a great experience... honestly, if I was the attendant I would have probably clocked out (no Im kidding 🤣😂) I strongly believe she loves her job and she enjoys what she does.Kudos to her... that was well done!!!! I lose patient with myself Im very picky I must admit though....

I am a regular customer. The ice cream is just delicious. My favorite flavor is Rum Raisin. Definitely recommended.

Excellent, clean, fresh, good service. Always good variety. This Baskin Robbins is combined with a Dunkin Donuts, same servers, & is one of the most consistently good locations.

Combo store Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins nice employees good service comfortable sitting area....

Used to be my favorite ice cream spot. But after their renovation, they seemed to renovate the staff as well. No longer do I get a friendly “how are you” but a “What can I get you” with no emotions. Then you have a join a long line of people that came after you. And on three occasions the ice cream was icy (a sign of melting then refreezing). So unfortunately I say goodbye to my former favorite ice cream shop.

The lady that helped us tonight was very very rude.

The ice cream was cold. Just how I like it. The coffee was hot and the donuts were fresh.

Good and quick service, I loved their Oreo and caramel flavor.

I would give it less stars but I cant! I LOVE Baskin Robbins, Its my favorite Ice Cream shop! But Today we ordered a Brownie Sunday with Chocolate Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and they gave me the wrong flavored Ice Cream (Cookies an Cream Instead!) after I saw him scooping it and ask if that was chocolate chip!...and he said yes! When I tasted it, I realize it was the wrong flavor and the clerk did not offer to change it. A few seconds later we went back to ask to change the flavor an instead of giving us a scoop of the correct flavor, they asked for the sunday back. They threw it away and were going to give us a regular sunday and we asked if the brownie was warm and they said it was a Brownie Sunday? and went to the back to get a brownie but never answered. When they gave us the Sunday, it was worst than the first one! The hot fudge was old and not hot at all, and it tasted grainy! The Chocolate Chip Ice Cream was icy and grainy and when I finally got to the brownie, it was old and disgusting! It tasted like and old stale piece of dry cake! That was definetly NO BROWNIE! That being said, I will not be coming back and recommend you do not come either!

God awful experience on day of promotional event run by corporate BR to commemorate the 31st of each month with $1.31 per scoop. This happened in Jan 2016:Had a terrible experience at the BR in Davie on University and SR84. This was just awful. I walked in with my friend and the staff member for BR was on the other side (DD) eating a bagel. She squinted over at us, giggled with her coworkers, and kept eating. When I signalled her that we wanted some ice cream she said that all the ice cream is in the back and I have to wait for them to put it back bc they just cleaned it. I asked her how long that might take and she said she had no idea. I said I dont mind waiting & that id pay in advanved for it. She said well I dont want to charge you bc what if you dont like the ice cream we have.(Who doesnt love BR?) And I told her I came to celebrate the 31st of baskin robbin so i wasnt really picky. She looked at me quizzically and I handed her the two certificates for the 31st celebration and she stared at me and said it wasnt the 31st with such a strong conviction. I showed her my watch and she went to her coworkers to verify it was the 31st and took another bite of her bagel. She said nothing and another employee asked me if i needed anything. Told him i just was here for icecream since its the 31st. He was also in shock that it was the 31st. He took a few minutes and i showed him all the balloons and promotional materials they had IN STORE for the 31st and they couldnt believe it. Seriously felt like I was dealing with children. After a few more minutes he brought some ice cream to the front and I told him my selection. When I asked if I can put the scoops in a waffle cone he turned quizzically to the first woman. She said no. I said I didnt mind paying for the cone separately of course and she said Fine. Then it is 1.39 per scoop. I didnt understand why I would pay for the cone and a bit extra per scoop. I wasnt going to question it but my friend did and said he didnt understand why if it says 1.31 everywhere, why I am going to be charged more bc it is the principle behind it all. She just kept saying (louder and louder), NO! 1.39 EACH SCOOP. I didnt feel like arguing with her and during this time the male employee switched out with another female employee who said she could answer all of our questions. So I simply asked her how much is it for one waffle cone with 3 scoops. She said it is 1.39 per scoop in a waffle cone and then additional for the cone. The first scoop is 1.39 and each additional is regular price unless I want to get them all individually in different cups. I was so confused I was like uhm... okaaaay that doesnt make sense to me. I pointed out the 1.31 sign and she said whatever, 1.31 and 1.39. Same thing. I explained that it was just confusing and she rolled her eyes. Anyways I proceeded to the register where the first female employee was and she was so impatient with me while I was getting my DD app to work. She even told me to go outside and come back next time with it loaded. I was shocked. I used my credit card but honestly, how it took me an hour to get 3 scoops of ice cream for the 31st celebration is beyond me. I will go to a BR/DD again bc Ive had terrible experiences. And if that means I dont go to BR again, I really dont think ill be missing much anymore. Your employees are awful at that location and honestly so ignorant when it comes even to simple numbers, promotions and the days of the week.
