One of the best go to places when the weather is super hot outside! The staff are always super nice and friendly. The ice cream are tasty and if you’re lactose intolerant, this place is totally worth it. They sometime can help organizations with fundraising.

So disappointed in the service we received. I had literally been looking forward to a milkshake all day, especially after surgery, it was the only thing that sounded good to me. My boyfriend walked in at 10:28 pm to pick one up for me, because the store didn’t close until 11. He was told he couldn’t get a milkshake because they stop using the blenders 30 minutes prior to closing. REALLY?! It takes 5 minutes max to wash a blender, why do you stop providing a service you advertise 30 minutes before you close, that makes no sense. It felt like they just wanted to lock the doors and be gone at 11 and that’s why they were shutting things down early. Makes me not wanna come back.

Many flavors to try at good prices, both cup and cones, big sizes and fair prices. Staff is friendly and it is well covid adapted. They also have pies and cakes. You can enjoy the icecream in the square juat outside. Highly recommended

Even as an adult, I ordered a kids size with the chocolate truffle flavor, and they were pretty generous with the scoop. There are many flavors that I still want to try!

Good old Basking Robins with all the yummy ice cream flavors, cakes and drinks. Just like me, my kids love the different variety of flavors and concoctions they can create with the shakes or just to get an old fashion banana royal or banana split. Store is clean and staff was very friendly.

I wish I could put less than one star. I have never experienced such a shocking retail encounter in my life. I called to ask about a specific ice cream cake and the woman on the phone (Amanda was her name) assured me that they have them ready for pick up. I asked another time to make sure they have the size of the cake I wanted and she told me they have the specific cake that I wanted in ALL four sizes. That was when I started to doubt her information. I went to the store anyway and sadly found out they dont have what I was looking for. Once I realized the mistake I decided to just settle for a hand packed pint of Moms Makin Cookies where the lovely woman I spoke to on the phone took it upon herself to attempt to scoop my ice cream WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES OR A MASK!! In the middle of a pandemic Baskin Robbins on E st. is not attempting to stop the spread of infection. And on top of all that, when I asked Miss Amanda to put on personal protective equipment, to ensure my safety, she ranted about how the coronavirus is a hoax and wearing a mask is for sheeple. I did not come to my (former) favorite ice cream shop to be lectured and ridiculed for wanting to protect myself. I have an immuno-compromised mother who lives with me; this encounter was not worth the risk and I firmly believe the Yolo county health dept. should be making a visit to shut them down immediately. It is a shame that people do not respect other peoples time and safety precautions when I drove 45 minutes out of my way for a simple request to make my husbands birthday special.

I used my birthday reward for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The scoop was a good size and it was delicious. The store is clean and employees are friendly.

Went in on the 31st and it was a steal of a deal it was crazy inside and they were smiling helpful and friendly. Parking is a bummer as is anywhere in downtown Davis but its a really easy location to get to

Ice cream is good. Place was dirty, tables were sticky and even the chairs. I had to put a bunch of napkins on the chair before I sat in it and I used the napkins and drinking fountain to clean the table a bit.

Good ice cream and mostly good service. That was the only problem... Sometimes the service is horrible and things are a bit overpriced...

Have been a patron of this baskin Robbins since I was a child and it has stayed my favorite summer treat spot.

Service here is pretty fast! There wasnt that long of a wait in line at all! There were a bunch of different ice cream flavors to choose from too!

The chocolate dipped bowl with rainbow sprinkles was amazing.

They do not cater for the indiicudals who like bacon chips on their bannana sundays but it will all be okay as I only visit on weekdays so you win some you lose some.

So nice but they hurry you up at times.

While it tastes good, the ice cream from Baskin-Robbins its crazy overpriced. For the price of a single scoop, I can get 1.5 quarts of supermarket ice cream.
