Authorized Service was great. I was able to schedule via text and they were responsive. They let me know their timeframe on the day of repairs as well as when they were 10 minutes away. Sam our technician was friendly, quick and offered advice on how to fix a minor problem that we had been having as well as fixing the problem we called him about. We will definitely use them again.

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would. In times like these it is hard to find anyone as professional and responsive and honest. I thank God for Brad, because I have another appliance that needs some work.😊

Refrigerator is still not working properly. Food is not getting cold. We waited a week for part to come in and was not notified of service tech coming out, poor communication.

My husband did not know his own strength when he tried to open our operating dishwasher! The top half of the door crumbled and died! Brad came from Authorized Service and had it fixed in no time. He arrived to assess the situation on a Tuesday, parts arrived to my house on Wednesday, and Brad had everything back together on Friday. I was extremely happy with the entire experience. My serviceman arrived on time...every time...and had a wonderful personality. Thank you! I wont hesitate to use this company for any additional repairs.

(correction) He showed up on time and was courteous. He was here after another service company had failed to fix a not starting issue. He put the door tightly together and it worked. However, it is now failing to start again. Ill call Frigidaire (my mistake) again and spend hours waiting on the phone!(9-20-2021) They quickly called and are scheduled to come back tomorrow.

Our refrigerator died and we called at 3:30 on a FRIDAY! We had no hope thinking anyone would be able to come out and fix or diagnose anything. However Kevin was able to squeeze us in on his way home and was very professional. He was very honest about our 10y old Samsung and said we would pay way more than what it was worth to try and find and replace the leak in the refrigerant line. That was exactly what we needed to get on the internet and get a new refrigerator ordered ASAP! We would 100% use Authorized Service again, they bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of!

Thank you evidently the washer has not been working since day one. I have been wearing dirty clothes for 6mos. Tim did an excellent job. Maytag has flawed design Tim filled the in service procedure. I hope Maytag fixes their issue.

The service tech was very confident in the fix for our fridge, but his fix, didnt fix the problem. He then said we needed a $400 part to fix the issue and pay another $100 to have him put it in on a second visit. After the part arrived, he came out and it didnt work. They did return the part, but after they left, I looked on YouTube and found several videos on what was wrong and fixed the issue myself. Crazy that a professional repairman couldnt fix it, but 10 minutes on YouTube and I was able to with a $60 part.

Professional. Pretty much on time too.We havent been able to open our dishwasher all the way because the stove isnt pushed back in all the way. Husband is trying to fix.

Tim has repaired our dishwasher twice now. Both the times he has been professional and very helpful. We did not have to move our dishwasher to get it repaired since Tim went out of his way to repair it in its home position.

My dryer was smelling like it was burning, I called my home warranty Homegard and they used this company. The technician came in and look at the problem and said the dryer has to be cleaned, do to a feather pillow loosen its feathers in the dryer.He said I will call the home warranty to see if they cover, they said no, he said he could do the job for 129 dollars, I asked if they gave a military discount and they don’t.I agreed to the cleaning fee, then he asks if I have a vacuum because his will get damaged. I was very disappointed that after agreeing to pay 129 dollars I had to let him use my vacuum. I would never recommend this business.

The service man could not have been more pleasant or knowledgeable. He is great at what he does. The only down side was it cost me over $100.00 for 5 minutes of service to tell me I needed a new washer, the tub had a crack in it. During a pandemic and people struggling to make it you would think a service call would not be that expensive. But a good company otherwise. I am giving 4 stars because of the cost of a service call.

The serviceman was professional and competent and identified the problem quickly. It turns out there was no repair needed. Our dishwasher was leaking due to a filter lid being loose. This caused water to drip out of the unit. I wish they had offered some sort of discount or offer on a future repair since the problem was so minor and no parts were required to remedy the situation. A goodwill discount would have gone a long way in customer satisfaction.

My home warranty company assigned Authorized Service when I placed a service request for my washing machine. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The technician, Tim, arrived within the given time frame and was very professional and polite. Thankfully, it was an easy fix and the repair was done quickly. He also kept to Covid safety protocols by wearing a mask and keeping his distance while we were discussing the problem. Id use them again for future issues and would recommend them to others.

Authorized Service was able to send a repair person the day after I contacted the company. The representative diagnosed the issue and helped me remove the contents and shelves so the entire unit could be defrosted. He came back the next day, completed repairs, AND performed some tasks designed to keep the issues from returning. It was a great experience!

The start button on my Maytag dishwasher stopped working. The Authorized Service repairman showed up on time and within 15 minutes had gotten a new touchpad out of his truck and had installed it. He then checked the dishwasher to make sure it was operational. He did a great job and the dishwasher is working fine again.

I used Authorized Service and Tim R. was my technician, and he looked at LG Washer. I requested for help over the weekend and they responded to my request on a Sunday and setup an appointment for Monday. Then when Tim R. should up to the house, he was very professional and wore a mask while working in my house. He quickly discovered that my motor on my eight year washer went out and asked if I had the receipt of purchase because it would be covered by LG. I could not find it, but then he suggested that I call the company I purchased it from and they were able to produce a receipt for me. The price of the repair was now covered by LG except for the labor.

The service received was spot on. They quickly new the issue and got it fixed. The service guy was super friendly, which is hard to find. I will use them again for any appliance issues.I will also buy my next appliances through them. Good people and honest.

Our technician was late for the appointment. I was in the 12:00 to 5:00 que and was called at 4:45 that he was going to be late. Upon arriving I stated the problem and noted what I had done to temporarily fix the problem. (Press the reset button) He looked at the Ice maker hit the reset button closed it up and looked on his tablet and said the only thing they could do for that is replace the whole icemaker which would cost me over $300 for the part. I asked about the water pressure and was told that that was determined by the house pressure but I know thats not the case because the water had not always come out at that high of pressure. I asked about the level of the refrigerator and his reply was that its suppose to lean back a bit to help the doors close. I pushed back at that response and he looked at the front legs and said that there was nothing he could do to adjust it. I would need to shim the back. So I looked up shimming the refrigerator and learned more from You Tube than what he could tell me. Why he couldnt help me out with shims I wont understand. I have to think this is a common problem. He didnt even offer ordering shims for me. He spent more time coughing in his mask and looking at his tablet than helping me fix my problem. All this in about 15 min for a $100 check. I really feel like I got robbed out of a hard earned $100. I will not use your service again. Ill put the $100 towards new refrigerator next time before I call you. I would have addressed this directly with you but your request for information would not let me address you directly. All I can do is post this thus this is what I will do. Hoping you can make me feel better about this issue.....

We were extremely pleased with him. First I wasnt home so he had to speak with me on the phone about what was wrong and he could of not been any nicer and understanding than what he was. Second, he checked through the dryer so my husband said and he found and replaced the heating element which is what I said was wrong. I had also mentioned to him something else that I was concerned about and he explained the reason I had some problems and since it has been resolved.
