Ive never had bad service or bad advice here, case in point: top rack parts broken and instead of ordering the whole $180 rack, they had the plastic side connectors (in stock) for my KitchenAid dishwasher. Saved me $120 right there.Any appliance part I think I need for a repair, this will be the place to go. Owner knows what he is talking about

Great local business that has really helpful staff and parts for just about any appliance. Have rebuilt appliances that are decades old with parts from them. Ive bought everything from dishwasher parts to central air conditioner components, and everything in between.

I have bought from Dayton appliance parts for many years. I always check with them first before I even consider anything online. They have great customer service and prices, and everybodys friendly were lucky to have them.

When ever Im needing assistance in getting the correct repair part for my Maytag washer or Whirlpool dryer, I visit the Dayton Appliance Parts. My units are 25 - 35 years old. However, when my Maytag gets to the point that its getting to costly to repair, Im buying a Speed Queen.

FYI people if you buy something that is electrical you can not return it what so ever! Is it still brand new and unopened? Doesnt matter! I would understand if the item had been opened. But this is a ridiculous policy! DAYTON APPLIANCE PARTS IS A SCAM! THEY CLEARLY ARENT OUT TO HELP PEOPLE!

This is my go to place when it comes to appliance parts. They have a great selection in stock and are able to order most parts if its not in stock. I have always had great customer service there!

These guys are difficult to work with! I have a Samsung refrigerator and I called Dayton appliance with the model and serial# along with the revision code and told them the exact location of the wiring harness I needed and they said sure come on up we have three I even verified the model and serial# via photograph before I left their location. Great! WRONG they sold me the wrong size harness so when I get home and begin to take the whole fridge apart I realize the harness they sold me doesnt even go to my fridge. I take it back and the guy at the counter says he will not return it. I contest that I purchased the wiring harness based on the expertise of the person helping me and I trusted them to get me the right part which they did not. They then blamed samsung for not listing the right parts and thats why I was sold the wrong item and showed me so on the computer. I could understand if the part was the right one and I simply wanted to return it but this was not the case this was an error in their system!.... Eventually they returned it but still charged me a restocking fee and told me I quote If you want the restocking fee back you need to contact Samsung and have them pay it they owe us a WHOOLLLLE lot of money..... Dude seriously? So in a nut shell I PAID these guys 20 dollars to drive to Dayton have them sell me the wrong part, drive home find out it was wrong due to their system, drive all the way back out to Dayton, have a nice debate about the return, and then enjoy my trip from Dayton back home. Wont be back. If management sees this I suggest if a customer is sold something incorrect and its an error on your part you should not punish the consumer thats bad business practice.

Helpful over the phone. But when you get in there, they are very elusive about prices. They dont have them listed, and if you already got a quote from someone over the phone, they just ask what price were you given? I shouldnt have to haggle to fix my refrigerator. Just give me a price. Nice guys, but the business seems shady.

I have purchased replacement parts for our refrigerator over the last two years at this location and been impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the employees.I had a recent issue where I purchased a replacement item, opened the box when I got home and it was empty. I wondered all night how I was going to tell them what happened without getting a lot of skepticism, questioning and second guessing. I fully anticipated that they were going to ask me to pay for the same part again.Well, when I took the box back the next morning, I explained my situation and didnt get push-back concerning my claim. After confirming my story, they didnt hesitate and replaced the missing item.To Dayton Appliance, thanks for being fair and running a business with integrity!! You dont see old-school business practices like this anymore and its a real shame. Again, I cant say how appreciative I am for correcting a mistake and valuing the customer.Like I told the salesman as I walked out the door, I hope I never see you again, because it costs me money anytime they do, but if I have to return, I know Im in good hands because the employees at the Dayton Appliance are committed to integrity, professionalism and honesty.

They will have what you want but make sure you get the right thing because returning something isnt pleasant and they charge a restocking fee.

I purchased a dryer thermostat kit for 40.00. Could have purchased the exact kit from Amazon for 7:00. Ouch.
