Please please listen to my words and do not choose them. They are Unprofessional and rule. Will not stand their words. They could not fix my problem and charged me more to fix their fault!!! Thiefs!
It was a pleasurable visit. First time in a long time that note than one employee kept trying to find the right part for me. They done it with friendliness & concern TO go the extra mile for me. WOW !!!! Just dont have enough of this in the world anymore. Fantastic.
I ordered a part for my customer with Next day air shipping. They CHARGED ME TWICE for the shipping! They charged shipping once on the parts invoice and then charged me another invoice that had shipping on the description line. I tried to contact them through their contact us link, but they acted like they dont care about anything but taking money. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! If I had checked their reviews on google first, I would have known!
They tried to charge us $500 to fix our fryer in which there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE FRYER. Had a different company come and check it out and again there was nothing wrong with it. Call the company and the gentleman I spoke with to let him know that there was nothing wrong with the fryer and to question as to why he would charge me $500 and why I had to pay $100 service charge, he then hung up on me. PLEASE SAVE YOUR money and never go here!
I stopped using them 5 years ago. I think they really only want to do mfgs warranty work. They are VERY expensive and not to attentive to solving your problem.
Had problem dianosed, parts order, and put in, then told it was something else, which should have been checked first. Had 3 different techs work on problem, seemed like they repeated what first tech did. At $100 an HR they were not in a hurry or care about my business. I dont mind paying for work, but not 3 times. I have used them many times in past, but never again. Even tried to have reasonable conversation with manager and he tried to BS me and had no idea about anything that was done. Really feel cheated. BE CAREFUL .
Well i was very disappointed. Had them in to look at grill. They diagnosed, ordered parts. My bad, I didnt ask for price/estimate. They came in put parts in and I got charged more money than a new grill would have cost me
We called and waited, called the next day and waited, then they repaired broken items only to find out that we had the same problem as before. Called back and told tech would come that day with a no show and had to call back again to get on their schedule.
Quick, knowledgeable and fast service!!
These people are completely unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
