I drove over 120 miles to buy a 2022 Honda Insight from Germain. My salesman, Luke, was friendly and knowledgable. On the test drive, he showed me all the cars features and was attentive to my questions.Unfortunately, after two days, the car developed a defect. Apparently a battery cable was loosened during the manufacturing process. The sales manager, Jason, patiently handled me during a tense situation. He compensated me for the expenses I incurred. I realize that Germain did not cause the defect and I appreciate them going above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. I am happy with my vehicle and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Service Advisor Alex High made me feel very comfortable and confident in his knowledge from the moment I walked in the door. He quickly recorded the reason for my visit, advised me of the process, cost of services, and the various options depending upon the eventual diagnosis. When the required repair was determined, he provided me the options for scheduling the repair, while also accommodating my own obligations. The repair was done quickly and correctly, and I was notified immediately when my car was ready for pickup, thanks greatly to Alexs initiative in tracking the procedure through from beginning to end. One doesnt always find such professionalism and dedication to customer service nowadays, as Alex genuinely provided to me on my recent visit to Germain Honda of Beavercreek! When we came looking for a SUV, Annette Allegra came out to greet me. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and very laid back. When I was contemplating if everything that I would need to put in the Honda Passport would fit, she suggested we drive to my house so I can load up and see, and even helped fill the SUV with my items to make sure it would all fit. She patiently answered all my questions and demonstrated some of the features the car had. She went over and beyond what I would have expected a salesperson to do. I highly recommend Annette to anyone looking to buy a car, and when I need another car in the future, I will be sure to ask for Annette’s assistance again. And I absolutely LOVE my Passport!
I was searching online for a car and ran into Germain at Beavercreek. Being familiar with the Germain brand I decided to reach out. I traveled from Columbus to Dayton and Ray met me at the door. From the beginning he was nice and kept me in the loop. I came to the dealership with a pre approval but the dealership got me a lower APR so I went with the lender they got me approved through. I got there at 9:45 am and was done by noon. I even asked for a bow since my birthday was the week before!!! Overall, the experience was great, the only issue I am having is my horn which I forgot to mention while I was there but, I’m taking it to Germain here in Columbus for them to look at. I highly recommend this team!!!
We took our car there to get inspected before potentially selling it to a private party. While we were there, the folks at the dealership offered to buy our car for a VERY fair price and actually gave us more than their system told them to! Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. We will be back to buy a car from them soon!
Went in for an oil change. Worked with Alex High, he bombarded me with sales pitches, such as $300 here to improve my engines performance, and then $700 there to change my oil panel. They dont have customers best interests. Even though as a potential loyal customer, I paid it all, I wont go back to Germain Honda.A normally maintenance is surprisingly expensive! And they would come up so many excuses of do so.
Jason Hardy did a good job taking care of me at my first routine service appointment at Germain Honda. He was able to answer some questions that I had about my Hondas CVT transmission, as well as get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner.
My daughter and I went in to meet with Annette Allegra to look at a car. The original car didnt work out, but Annette was happy to suggest and show us others in our price range. We had a great time with her. She knows her stuff and is really fun. We left about an hour later with a great car.
Daniel Idell was the first person I met with after making the decision to buy a new car and I couldn’t have been more happy with my purchase. He was very honest and was able to get me everything I asked for when I went into the dealership. He has maintained a relationship with me since leaving the dealership and that means a lot to me. The best car buying experience yet!!! Annette ROCKED it from start to finish. We knew with dealerships in need of good used vehicles, that it was a good time to get a lease vehicle update for my wife. We only had a couple months left and lower mileage. Anette made the transition almost seamless. My wife wanted a red CR-V on this visit. We Drove the Special Edition, but liked the Touring Series, as well. They did not have the Touring Series in red, but expected it within days. They did have a sonic grey one available. Looking at both the red and the sonic grey, my wife (as women do) changed her mind and went with the grey. The car had not yet been prepped. We made arrangements to come back two days later and the vehicle was beaming in the delivery area. Heres where Annette really shined. She spent well over an hour going over each and every button, touch screen and door of the vehicle. We have a good running idea of how things work and area still learning! Great saleslady, great vehicle and even GREATER experience. Thank you, Germain Honda...and Annette.
This has to be the easiest car purchase I ever made!! Daniel Cooper was our salesman and I could not have had a better experience. He treated us like family and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. I was in the market to sell my mazda and came across Germain buying center. Alex Whitacre took the time to go over all the details with me and was very pleasant and efficient . The whole process was smooth . Definitely recommend working with her!!
Worst car buying experience .I came in looking for a car and I got tossed around to 3 people Kayla, Izzy, then Aaron. Anytime I’ve bought a car it was one person until it came time to sign .I was overlooked because I didn’t have “the great credit, the suit and tie, or the Loads of money” nevertheless I drove from Cincinnati and gave Germain a try and came with a down payment . I bought a 15’ equinox and haven’t had it a month yet .1. The onstar feature which everyone knows Chevy is known for DOESNT WORK. I called the dealer and they advised me to take it to a Chevy dealer because they don’t handle repairs with the antenna . They stated they would pay for it (which is nice ) but is forever to get into a place and cut out time to have this done . I initially tried and was told I had to drop my car, can’t wait, and it’s $150 PER HOUR! Just a inconvenience. This should of been checked out before hand.2. My car screen went out, radio OUT I couldn’t even see the time . I called Kayla and she never returned my calls or VM.3. Woke up this morning and it’s 29 degrees out with my little daughter and the car wouldn’t start the dash stated “check power steering” and the battery was dead thank gosh I have AAA . The guy came out and stated the battery needs replaced and the car shouldn’t be reading anything about the power steering but that there’s more issues than just the battery .I haven’t had this car a month and I regret driving out multiple times to Germain especially now since this vehicle is giving me problems . I guess they care up until they get your money . I’ll only buy in the city I live in WHEW!
I have been using Germain to service my Honda vehicles, especially on major service. I was fortunate enough to work with Alex High on our recent service. We had quite a serious engine problem with our van, but Alex walked us through the process and gave us a great experience. This is a repair that I wish was free, but I even check with another local mechanic, and he highly recommended Germain for that level of repair. I will definitely use Germain in the future for servicing my vehicles. Van runs great now, and plan on getting another 5-10 years out of it after these repairs.

Service was great. Dropped off my civic the night before because the AC wasn’t working. I suspected it was a condenser issue (under a recall) but really didn’t know, and the vehicle is out of warranty. I received a call the morning of my appointment from service advisor Alex High letting me know that it was the condenser and not only was it was covered under warranty with no cost to me, but the service had already been completed and the car was ready to go. Alex was very pleasant to work with, this was the fastest service I have had at a dealership, and the AC works perfectly.
I just completed my first Honda purchase! Annette A. made the shopping and purchasing experience as minimally stressful as it could be. She answered ALL of my questions (and I asked ALL the questions). She was incredibly professional and personable. I wasnt pressured in the least and she made sure I was completely happy with my purchase before proceeding. I wasnt expecting it, but she then sat in the vehicle, explained all the features of the vehicle with me, and then helped me set them all up to my liking. I have never experienced that sort of attention before when purchasing my last five vehicles.Mathias G. in financing was incredible. Again, answered ALL of my hundreds of questions and did not pressure me in the least. Allowed me to think and aided in some of the cost comparisons I was reviewing. Another homerun for Germain Honda of Beavercreek. Alex High was my Service Advisor. Easy going and easy to tell he knew his job. I asked a few questions about the fluid exchange and he had the answers. He asked if there was anything else I needed. Told me up front there was a slight delay. He gave me an estimated completion time and I left. It was great to get back sooner than expected and find the service was complete. Alex and I had some follow up on the costs involved and I was very satisfied with his timely communication and the resolution.
Car was fixed correctly first time. Service rep (Thomas Mattox) kept me abreast on repair status at all times. He always returned messages and calls. Communication was excellent!

I bought an new Honda Accord Hybrid at Germain Honda recently. It was an excellent experience. My sales rep, Ray Fossee, was very helpful. He kept me informed of new Accords coming in as they were low due to chip shortage. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into anything. He was able to get me an excellent deal on my trade-in for a new lease and was able to upgrade to a Hybrid accord 2021. It had just arrived the night before so we took it out for a drive and it was a great car with the color I wanted. He had constantly been looking for the color and type of Accord I wanted. I really like my new Hybrid Accord. Ray helped show me all the new computerized items on the new car. I would highly recommend Ray and Germain Honda for buying a new car.

Great Salesmanship, Great Customer Service. Excellent Communication. Salesman Ken Sparaco was awesome and not pushy and help me make through the entire process. Really felt at home working with Ken. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ken took the time to go over most of the features and left some for me to discover on my own. Ken also went through the vehicle and cleaned and polished anything that was missed. Just a little TLC before I drove off the lot.
So disappointed. Had to wait 3 hours just for an oil change. The advisor stated that he gave me a discount since it took so long but the price he charged was regular oil change price. People that came after me were done way before me. Will probably go somewhere else next time.

I had the best experience at Germain Honda! I wasnt too sure if I would be able to get approved for a vehicle with my so so credit score. I went in knowing what I wanted but was discouraged by the price. My saleswomen Anette informed me that the vehicle was actually 5k cheaper! She was very informative, patient and invested in getting me in a vehicle! She took the time to know what I wanted and ask any questions I had. Great customer service and amazing sales representative.Financing was a breeze and they were very informative in the loan processing. Even got me a 48k mile warranty and one of the best warranties they provide. Not sure what my loan reps preferred name was. His name was Vernon but I know he prefers not to be called Vernon.

Always get quality service, good workmanship. My service manager for this repair, Alex High, was able to arrange a temporary fix to my air conditioner so I could use my truck and still be cool, while waiting on a needed part.
I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Alex Held the service writer was very courteous and efficient. The sevrice was completed in a reasonable amount of time and everything was explained to me. I am very happy with the excellent service.
Overall the experience was good but a bit pricey. Thomas Mattox kept me informed throughout the entire servicing process. I appreciated the printout of everything that needs to be done so that I can tend to it one at a time. I like the fact that I could drop it off the night before and love the late hours.

Terrible service. Terrible to military (I had them removed from military friendly business list at WPAFB). We have had troubles with our 2019 Odyssey Elite that we bought while stationed in Texas. They have been unable to fix the electronics system malfunction. They refused to replace a battery that was still under warranty and quoted over $300 for a new battery. We went to another dealership said a new battery is $190 but then prorated the other battery too. Avoid this place!

My 2018 Honda Ridgeline transmission needed a transmission flush (required maintenance) Joey saw that my transmission service got done at a reasonable price, time frame and also kept me up to date on other required maintenance which he was able to get done while I was there. I took my accord to get a recall serviced here. Shortly after I got a letter in the mail saying how badly they wanted to buy my car and were willing to pay more. Letter even included an offer of about 13500. I called and made an appointment for a specific time. I mentioned that I was trading in a car that I received a letter about, and the representative on the phone asked a couple questions about the car, mileage etc. And what I was looking to trade in for. I called and confirmed my appointment the day of. I dont live near the area anymore, so I had to book my entire evening for the appointment. I showed up exactly at my appointment time, and the receptionist had no record of my appointment. All of the representatives were busy, so I ended up sitting around for about 20 minutes waiting for someone, finally got someone to look at my car and appraise it for a trade in. They said they would give me 3500 for it. I was a little annoyed as I was only trading in my car, because of the good offer. I produced the letter with the 13500 offer. They said that offer applied to cars with average mileage and that mine has above avg. Mileage(it does). But even Kbbs trade in value for my model car and mileage is about 9 to 10k.Extremely dishonest and frustrating to send a letter with a hand written note mentioning my specific vehicle(that they have serviced before and know the mileage) with an offer, and then knock off 90% of the offer because of the mileage. I dont mind if they dont wanna pay that much, just dont waste my time. Manager wouldnt even come out of the office to talk with me and was talking to me through the receptionist. This place was so unprofessional in so many ways.
Best place to get a car! Steve Burden was the most attentive and knowledgeable sales associate. We liked him so much we ended up coming back 2 days later to by another car from him! All the managers and finance managers were all so helpful and kind. They even had a play place to keep our 2 year old occupied!! Hands down best experience buying a car.

We worked with Ed Horton when recently buying a Honda Odyssey. He made the whole process pressure free and was very patient and kind. Mathias did our final paperwork and was also very easy to work with.
I needed a car quickly but also wanted the car I wanted! I had called every Honda dealer in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus and they all told me they did not have the blue Honda CRV I was looking for in stock and it would be awhile and they couldnt guarantee me anything. I spoke to Aaron at Germain and he told me he would keep me posted if anything changed or he was able to find me what I was looking for. Well 20 minutes later he called me and said he found an Agean Blue Honda CRV that was supposed to be coming in that day. My boyfriend and I drove 45 min to put down the deposit. Aaron touched base with me at the beginning of the week and said it was coming this week. Now I will admit I was a bit skeptical because every other dealer was telling me a different story. But on Friday of last week Aaron called me and said my car was here and ready for pick up! I was thrilled and admittely very surprised. Aaron was honest and professional throughout the whole process. And I was able to get the car I wanted in less than a week!! Thank you Aaron! And I love everything about this car so far but the autobeam headlights might honestly be my favorite thing...I drive a lot and on country roads and this is a game changer at night! The color though is the best! I had people stop me yesterday and tell me how pretty the car was..so glad I didnt go with boring white or black:)

I had made an appointment on line to do a test drive of a new Honda Civic - unfortunately the color of the Honda I was interested in still needed to be inspected, so we test drove the same model, but a different color which isnt a big deal. I did a test drive, fell in love, and went in to discuss pricing.The staff made me feel comfortable in a high stress situation buying my first vehicle. They made it painless as can be and, regardless of my card declining due to my own inattention, was able to leave the dealership the very next day with my new car.Thank you everyone!
Not a good experience. Was sold a car that did not exist. Kept being told that “it was coming in on a truck”. No one would return phone calls. Finally come to find out there was no vehicle coming. But they had already cashed our deposit check and I was given the total run around trying to get a refund. Go elsewhere!

I brought my car in to Honda for servicing, as opposed to my regular mechanic, big mistake. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and inspection and was informed I would need a fuel injection service and to have my drive belt replaced. We looked at my paperwork from my previous visit with a mechanic that shown I had a fuel injection service performed, but they said the service performed was not actually a fuel injection and would need to be done by them, at honda.After taking a look at my car I was later informed that I would need to have both my front and rear brakes replaced as they were both sitting at 4mm. Given that this would be done to the tune of 1k, before parts, I decided to get a second opinion from my usual mechanic. My mechanic pointed out that my rear brakes were only 10% degraded and they had plenty of life left. Not to mention, honda also informed me that my tires were all at 4/32 and would need to be replaced, pronto. My second opinion informed me, that while the front tires were at 4/32 that the rear tires were at 5 and 6 and would not need to be replaced until first snow fall.All in all, I feel that honda has lived up to the expectation of most dealership services and has tried to scam money that did not need to spent. The fact that I got a service that was recently performed and did not need to be performed again felt especially scammy. I will not be returning to a dealership for service ever again.

My car salesperson told me throughout the sale that the car was all wheel drive, only for us to find over the next month that the car was front wheel drive only. We didn’t think to check because we thought we could trust the salesperson. They also sold me a car with a tire that was 1/16th of an inch above the wear bar, which meant that the tire was essentially bald and was incredibly unsafe to drive on. We tried to go to the dealership to talk about some of our complaints and the managers and salespeople were so unnecessarily rude and abrasive and did the absolute bare minimum while making us pay for mistakes they had made.I tried to submit a review to Honda Corporate but I received no response. I really wouldn’t recommend buying cars from here. From other friends I’ve talked to, it seems like if they lease you a car, they’re great, but buying truly is 50/50 and when the 50 is bad, it’s very bad.
Alex High at Germain Honda of Beavercreek was a pleasure to work with. Professional and friendly. The overall vibe in the customer service area was very positive and friendly. I was there for a recall for my Honda Fit and he explained what they would be looking for. After the car was checked over, Alex called and told me about two issues that needed attention, which I okayed. Everything went very smoothly. No hassles. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. It was a very positive and pleasant experience. Five stars all around!

We had occasion to purchase a car from Germain Honda in Beavercreek, Ohio. . Our salesperson was Ken Sparaco. He was super easy to work with. Very upfront in a polite way about things. No sales gimmicks, no pressure, but polite answers to several questions. Enough to where we spent money and purchased a car from him. Actually every pseron at the dealership was very polite and seemed genuine. As of this writing, I would recomend this dealership and KEN to anyone looking for a dependable car. He did do one odd things though, He slowed down to explain the car and its features during and after the sale. The just doesnt happen much anymore. . And, he knew them all by heart. He knew his inventory and the models he had available. He was a good guy. The lady working in the finance section was also very nice. Helpful and honest on the subject of warraties, etc. Cars are a tough market right now but Ken and the crew at Germain Honda made it very straight forward and easy. It was appreciated by me as a customer.

He put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable with things every step of the way.He listened to what I had to say and was very efficient and reassuring to work with. I was fortunate to find my dream boost blue type R at Germain. Not only was the price reasonable, there was no absurd markups. They took my car on trade and worked to get me out of a terrible loan. I worked with Jasmine in sales who was absolutely incredible and kept me in the loop. Financing was so easy to work with, extremely kind, and kept looking for the best loan for me. I walked out with a much better interest rate and payment than I expected. Going through the process didn’t feel like a chore, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely the best dealer I’ve ever been to. I am thrilled with the car and look forward to visiting them again.

He is very accommodating to my schedule and specific requests and has been very easy to work with. Having driven for 45 years now and purchased many vehicles, I really dont feel the need to do a lot of shopping or take test drives unless Im looking at a car model that is totally new to me. With this purchase I was replacing an older Ridgeline, and knew I wanted a new Ridgeline. Working with Kayla Qumsieh, the Internet Sales Specialist, was exactly what I look for in making my purchase. Very straightforward, very helpful in looking up incoming options, went through financing options I asked for, and even made an offer on my old Ridgeline if I had chose to trade it in, all over the phone and email. Delivery was good. She went over all the new features and programmed my phone and other options with me. Finance meeting was relatively quick. Finance manager pitched a few extras, but not an uncomfortable approach. I had already researched the ceramic coating and knew I wanted to add that. Overall a good, fast experience. I highly recommend Germain Honda and Kayla.
Joey Zimmer was very helpful and went above and beyond to help. I brought my car in for one issue, and while it was there, Joey went ahead and also did the recall I needed to have done. Plus it was done in a timely manner. I had a great experience, thank you!
Buyer beware. My car is rated for 52mpg. 55 city and 49 hwy. it’s a hybrid. I’m averaging 36mpg. I called them with 273 miles on it explaining this car is not right. They were nice when they wanted me to buy a car. That immediately changed to rudeness. Told me they don’t see any problem. Actually hung up on me when I wouldn’t take no for an answer. I’ve tried BBB. but Honda isn’t accredited with the bureau so that was a dead end. Honda of America says if the shop doesn’t find a problem then nothing can be done. Mileage is getting worse too. Started at avg of 40.1. These guys couldn’t care less and are quite smug and snooty. Especially the sales manager. If you buy a car here and have a problem I imagine you’ll see first hand what I’m warning you about. There are safer places to buy. Germain Honda of Beavercreek does not stand behind their promises.
