Every visit is the same high quality experience. Every single associate greets you and asks what they can do to help. While waiting, more than one associate pointed out the complimentary Keurig machine and vending machines. I had an unexpected repair on my tire for a slow leak and they fit that in as well. Ive been going to Voss for my Hyundai service since 2015 and wont go anywhere else.

June 17, 2021 Went to Voss today for an oil change and wiper replacement and the service was professional, efficient, courteous and very friendly. They continue to excel in responsiveness in all areas.Follow up 6/16/21 I was contacted by the service manager and am impressed by Voss Hyundais response to my concern. I think the bad service it is an anomaly and management is on top of the issue. I will continue to patronize this establishment. Thank you Doug for the positive response!Ive been a customer here for more than 10 yrs - and usually had a very good experience. This time I was told by the scheduler and the service tech that it would be 2 weeks before they could do an oil change/tire rotation. I waited 3 days, called again and reached a much friendlier scheduler who told me to come in that very afternoon for the service. Dont know what is happening with the dealership, but its not what it used to be.
I just purchased a new Tucson from this dealership. I was not excited to go car shopping when my 10 year old Chevy needed replaced because working with mechanics and car dealerships as a woman is not always a great experience. Dealing with Voss Hyundai was low pressure. I worked with David and he was straight up with me and not at all pushy. He took his time talking with us and was really helpful dealing with financing. It was an all around great experience with a great salesman. After stopping here, I didn’t even bother test driving at other dealerships. Thank you so much Voss and especially David!
Really disappointed in this place and there service department. Have been trying to get my recall done for over a year and can never get a straight answer and keep getting a promise for a call back which I never received. If I knew what I know now than I would of never bought a Hyundai.

I dropped my car off at 4:30 for a recall check and was told they would NOT be keeping it overnight and it would be ready in a couple of hours and they would call me when its ready. I never received a call and the phone numbers I was given were not answering, so I went back to the dealership and they were closed (of note, their hours on the door are listed as 5:30pm for the service department and 8:00pm for the sales department. I was back at 7:30pm). When I got there my car was sitting in the lot apparently ready to be picked up but locked. I never received any calls or updates to tell me its either ready or they will need to keep it overnight after all, so I guess my car is now being held hostage overnight and Ill have to find another ride to the 3 separate hospitals I have to go to tomorrow.

I really like the sales staff at Voss Hyundai. They are not pushy at all and a very enjoyable to work with. The service department is second to none. Cars missing one of the seats and broke down within a month of buying it after a very assuring sales pitchIn response to owner response: there is no way to comment back on a reply. I called and left a number before writing this review. I could not get a hold of anyone to speak with about this.

This is the Dayton area Korean car dealership I wish I had known about three cars ago! Buying experience was professional, expert, friendly and honest. I had the pleasure of dealing with the service department when they installed a major accessory for me and, again, the experience was as different as night and day from past experience with another dealer in the area.
Service was completely painless, and there were no surprises. I love being able to schedule online! In the past, I have requested that beer and mimosas be supplied in the waiting area, but I see that that suggestion has been overlooked. Looking forward to your update.
Excellent experience. Finished in just under an hour for a overall service. They did an excellent job. I lost an item while in the showroom and they went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in finding it. As it turned out I had lost inside the car but thoroughly impressed with the effort to find it. Well done.

Beware of what Voss Hyundai promises you. I was repeatedly told that a 2021 Hyundai Palisade had automatic braking. It did not. When I took it back, the salesmen assured me it was turned on and should work. It didnt. I took it to the Service Department, which looked at it and said it was on, and should work--but only if I got right on top of a car I was following. That was no good, of course. I was not about to practically hit somebody to see if it would work. I took it back again, and the salesmen assured me it should work and showed me a video that said it may work. So I was given totally false information, forcing me to file a Lemon Law Complaint. Im waiting on that outcome. Worse yet, I traded in a car, and Voss was supposed to pay off the balance on my trade-in. That was September 4, 2020, but as if September 21, 2020, it still has not been paid. So beware of Voss Hyundai promises.After posting my above review, Voss Hyundai replied, in part:We sold you your vehicle with a Safety feature from the Manufacture called Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA) System. This is not an automatic braking vehicle. Hyundai does build a vehicle with a ton of safety options but it does not brake.No, it does not brake. But THEY TOLD ME IT DID! If they had told me the truth--that it did not brake--I would not have bought.So I am compelled to say again:Beware of what Voss Hyundai tells you.So, if they promise you, something, you would do well to ask: Are you sure that is true?Thus, the fact remains: They told me, repeatedly, that it had automatic forward braking--and it did not.If they had told me the truth, I would never have bought the car. Because of their false promises, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for false and misleading advertising.
VOSS HYUNDAI was a great experience I had, starting with how everyone was making sure to wear face masks and maintaining cleanliness and social distancing at the same time being very personable and showing care. I have been to at least 7 other car dealers, this was the only one that I haven’t felt all they care about was the sale. It was the best experience I had buying a car. David was straight forward and went up and beyond to see what I want in a car and make sure that I get everything I want for the price I want. Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend this place and especially David for all my friends and family.

Took my car and there fir recall, got my car back With problems I don’t have. Steve took care of my estimate and repairs. Due to some Covid staffing issue, car was not finished right on time but Steve was very accommodating and professional and took good care of everything. Things happen and thats ok but the response is extremely important to how a customer receives the news. Very strong customer service. Justin was very polite and helpful as well. Car appears to be completely fixed and running great. Will visit again.

On my last visit, they only provided service for things that needed to be done, not what they could have also done and charged me a lot more. Dropped off my Hyundai Genesis Coupe to get some Key Ignition stuff handled. They had to wait on a part and they got it installed. Sadly the problem wasnt fixed and I was very annoyed initially. But when I called to tell them the problem is still a thing they told me I could bring it right back. When I brought it back they lended me a 2020 loaner car and got right to work. Because of not finding it the first time they didnt charge me for the labor or the loaner car on the second repair. Everyone I talked too was very professional and understood that I dont have time to spend all day at the dealership so they were quick. They made right on there error and that shows they are an honest dealership.The one thing I would say they could improve on is communication. When my service advisor was out or not available I would be forwarded to some other service provider who didnt know much about the status of my car. This is a small thing because normally they would just leave a note for my service provider and I would get a call back in about 30mins. (Wish there was a way for anyone who answers the phone to know the status of my car)Mark who was my service provider was very nice and professional. He is truly someone who wants best for the customer. (Someone give him a raise)Summary: Great and Honest Service. Professional Staff. If you live in the Dayton region, I highly recommend this dealership!
When it comes to their service department after you purchase your car they are amazing. Went back today to look at getting a new SUV and the sales person was horrible. We were not treated as if they wanted our business at all. We have truly enjoyed our Sonata and even drive 45 minutes for all service repairs because of how much we like and trust them. Their sales department has ensured that we will not do business with them again after we purchase the new car from Subaru. Completely low balled the offer on our 4 year old car we have now and said due to structural damage. There is no damage on the car outside of two small dings. When we declined they pretty much said “whatever”. There was no attempt to work with us and we felt like this within 5 minutes of walking in the door so I can’t say I’m surprised. It bums me out that I will no longer see the service people who I trust so much.Circling back to note that I did get a call from Jeff a few days later. Offered 2 grand more for the car but declined as we bought a 2019 Subaru Forester from Wagner. Best choice ever.Still stand behind my review for the sales portion.

In service department, The service is Good. But the guy who is talking to customer is very poor. Mainly I would like to mention the guy name as “STEEVE” is not fit at the desk to receive the customer. He is so not professional of way talking to customer and also so RUDE. I admit I was a little leery about bringing my kia in for service as I refuse to visit the kia dealer up the street. Since I was given some coupons I thought I would try it. I was waved in by a porter and then greeted by Steve Hix. He showed me to the waiting room where I was greeted by a chair with massage capabilities ! My wifes car was done faster than promised, I received via text an inspection sheet while I was waiting. All in all a very professional and pleasing visit. My experience with everyone from the phone to in person was completely positive. Mark in the service department was so personable. Talked to me like he knew me. The other gentlemen in the department were all so nice! If I knew their names Id list them all. My first time there and Ill definitely go back for service.
Service appointment was right on time and even finished the service earlier than expected. This is the second time using the service and I was satisfied with the service both times. Steve Hix is very proud of his job and knowledgeable of what he does.
When I brought my car in for a routine oil change, they found an oil leak. The oil leak was covered under the original warranty. The gave me a loaner car while the fixed my car. It was a great experience.

I usually have a good experience here. I recently moved so I dont go here for service very often, but I was going to be in the area so I gave it another shot. I wasnt disappointed. I rarely feel pressured to purchase additional service, and if I do it is because I need it. I bought the car here and come back when I can for service.

Josh was the best car salesman ever. No pressure, no gimmicks, he took me on a ton of test drives until I found the right one and I felt I could trust him. Had oil burning somewhere in the engine.Took our 2017 Santa Fe into Voss...Guys looked under the hood an there was a baby cat that rode a 45 min drive under the hood...it ran out didnt know where it went. All the boys put our car up on the Jacks looking under car for the cat....One of the guys ran cameras back check on video and cat ran into car lot..we couldnt find it anywhere...Justin was helping us on the car. He went above his job duties ...kept us informed everything going on with vehicle.We ended up getting a new engine.Thanks Justin for all your help and Thanks Voss.

Easy to get an appointment, fairly priced, efficient service. Ill usually make the drive from Huber Heights to get my Santa Fe Sport (purchased last year) serviced here. They showed the same care for my old 2010 Elantra (purchased elsewhere).Theres lots of Fox News in the waiting room, though, so I usually prefer to go for a walk at the park next door or work someplace else.
I had an appointment and did not have to wait. They were prepared ahead of time and the waiting room was nice.

My wife and I have always liked Voss Hyundai. We took her car up there for a seat belt recall and an oil change and it took less than an hour. It looks like they also washed her car. My daughter followed me over to Voss dealership to get my oil changed and a recall completed. My daughters car was making a noise. The man who was taking care of me told her that he would check out her car and I am glad he did. She travels alot alone and her timing belt was amiss. Of course we had it fixed. I went in today to buy a new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. When I got there I went looking at the cars they had in the lot. I found the perfect one that I wanted to buy. So I walked into the dealership and when I walked in no one even acknowledged my existence. I stood there for a solid 15 minutes in the middle of there sales floor and never even got a hi or can I help you. There wasn’t that many people in the dealership for it being a Saturday at 12pm. There was a girl sitting at her desk and she was to busy playing on her phone to even acknowledge me. I felt totally unwelcome and uncomfortable so I walked out of the dealership. I guess I will not be buying a new Santa Fe?? I would rather take my business elsewhere.
Worst service ever.... from the manager to the finance department! We have owned 4 Hyundai’s ..... love the cars but the service from the dealer and Hyundai Consumer Affairs is so very sad. Just trying to get answers on a lease contract from 12 months ago and all we have gotten is the run around along with rude comments. Go to another dealership if you want to deal with professionals. Good by Hyundai!To Jeff Tarzinski.... my husband Gary came into the dealership more than once and called several times to discuss the issues regarding our leased contract. You told him to contact the regional manager which we did twice only to be told to go back to the dealership. Again a dead end and no answers.....So....we were turned in to a collections agency wrongfully of which there was no delinquent payments and also no resolution from your dealership. All we get from your dealership and the regional office is that it’s “not my problem”! Sad!
Is my first time there for moving from Chicago had a regular Hyundai place I used to go to had my oil changed and my tires were supposed to be rotated but they forgot to do that but other than that you did give me a free oil change friendly service and fast
