I stopped into this shop on a Wednesday, the only day of the week they perform work “by appointment only”. I needed a new muffler and tailpipe. Even though I had no appointment, they still had my car done within 45 minutes of arriving there. Great quality repair for a great price. In fact, the price was 10 dollars cheaper than the quoted price at the start of the repair. An experience I’ve never had at any other repair shop! I would most definitely recommend to any friends or family!

Got my 98 jeep grand cherokee exhaust work done. Had them install a muffler with a custom exhaust going out the front of my rear tires, and let me tell you!! It sounds amazing and the work they did was on point! I highly recommend them!! Couldnt beat the price as well!! Had my jeep dropped off in the morning and got it back about lunch time! Very fast workers !!

I drove a car up from Florida, and it became a disaster breaking down 4 times. I even had to try to repair it on the side of the road. I changed out the throttle body, a fuel filter, and ended up at a muffler shopin Atlanta for the bank 2 catalytic converter. This was a very costly trip. Being a disabled veteran this was not easy, and living on a fixed income.. A 19 hour trip turned into a 44 hour no shower, covered in oil and gas nightmare. So, back to my experience....I pull up to the big muffler shop, and the young man, sorry I cant remember his name, checked the codes on my expedition. Now this is what shocked me, a true sign of an ethical man. He informs me that I dont need another catalytic converter, it is a misfire cylinder 7. He could of easily replaced it for the money. But instead, he let me know the real issue. I was in complete shock. He even referred a shop near by that does good work. I will need exhaust work on my other car, so I will be back. He won me over, I will definitely tell everyone I know about this shop. Thank you!

I just had my muffler and flex pipe done at Big Muffler and I am very happy. I was quoted $515 at Muffler Brothers Belmont for the work on my 94 Buick Century. Muffler brothers also said that I needed my exhaust pipe from the catalytic converter to the muffler replaced. That wasnt the case, Big Muffler said mine was usable. I was able to save $200 by going here. It took less than an hour and they were able to start working on the car right away where as I was told at the other shop it would take a few hours to fix. My car is very quiet now, couldnt be happier. This was an awesome experience.

Today is Memorial Day, they were not open but we drove by. My husband took out 2005 Ford Taurus back. The guy said they were closed but he opened up the shop for my husband. He completely fixed, welded, made a part for my car, so affordable we were able to finally get it fixed. Its solid as a rock, quiet, the exhaust will outlast the car honestly. Needed exhaust repaired. They checked everything over and recommended (1) repair at exhaust pipe & exhaust manifold. (2) found tail pipe with holes in it. Loved the service I called spoke with a man name Chad a few days before I brought my car in for headlight bulbs he had wonderful customer service and when I brought my car there after observing it turned out to be more then what he first told me put he stated that this was a family owned business and that they would take care of me. Just he said they definitely did take care of me I was beyond happy with the service I received and will be bringing my car back whenever it needs service done on it

Perhaps old news: but my muffler hangers broke after only 4 years of use. Custom exhaust work done for good price, but pretty shifty craftsmanship... I took the old hangers down and drilled through rusty mild steel... I expected better material...

This guy was very knowledgeable about my issue and was able to fix the problem without a lot of down time and very reasonable. I will recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and fast service.

Called this morning bout loose muffler got right in and fixed quick at a very good price, very nice people definitely give them a call if you need anything

Initially I was happy with the quick service provided to install a new catalytic converter (mine was stolen) on my 2003 Honda Odyseey in about 30 mins, however I realised later that the part price charged to me was 2.5 times more the price available in the market for the same exact model. Also the time spent as labor was just around 30 minutes but I was charged for an hour. I am happy with the service but very concerned about the rate based on the price of the part installed and the time it took to complete the work.

That ole crackhead John clinger did a dual exhaust for me years ago. Total junk had tons of leaks and problems. Steer clear of this place its total drug addicts.
