Once again lacking in customer no service...make eye contact when you serve your customers. Ive spent around $500 in one month get it right or I will go someplace else. Better yet take lessons from the store on North Main!!

Im only giving 2 stars because they were nice to me while I was in the store. Now that my mechanic is working on my vehicle, weve discovered that they sold me the wrong part.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a store.. I had an air filter I had bought with my oil and brake pads she said I needed a receipt I asked her why cant she just look it up on a computer she says I cant. So all in all she just didnt want to help me. Because I went back the next day a different manager was working and he let me return it for my full refund. So the dark skin lady thats the manager is straight worthless, and straight hatter on white ppl, well thats the energy I felt from anyway

I CANNOT give enough credit to the young lady that is the manager of this AutoZone on W. 3rd St. She is extraordinary and AWESOME. If there ever was a picture of a super woman... it WOULD be her!!!. There is almost Nothing that she doesnt know about automotives! And if she doesnt know, she can certainly direct you to it. You get more for your money, thats for sure. Excellent AutoZone to go to. 10 Stars for them!!

Customer service was slow when I was here. I came in picked out 2 windshield wiper blade replacements and waited 15 minutes to pay for them. Use of employees by management seemed directed in the wrong direction.

This Auto Zone is ok for a quick trip if you know what you need. I found the employee that worked with me to be not the most knowledgeable about the part I needed. So I purchased the wrong item and tried to return it. Their return policy is tricky, so make sure you get the right one the first time.

Told me I was not allowed to be in the store without a facemask. When I informed him the requirement for customers to wear facemasks was reversed, he refused to believe that and told me it wasnt. Went to OReilly less than a mile west of this store and saved money on the parts I needed. Will not be back.That BS response in no way affects my decision to never return to any Autozone in the world. I was an avid customer until this event. I will now purchase parts needed from OReilly.

They lie about charging a battery. Tell you your battery is no good. So we took it somewhere else to get a second opinion, the battery charged up just fine.... ???
