In response to your comments: I own a 2011 Honda Odessey. I physically had to remove the middle row mat to get to the spare tire because there is a button to lock the mat I n. I remember doing it because we couldn’t get to the spare tire without it. Your faithful patron verified that he did indeed put the mat back in the car. FYI: my car is parked on the street at my house as is his. We didn’t put the mat “in the house”, I didn’t get a “car wash” where the mats were removed as Andy assumed and I DIDN’T leave it in the middle of the road. I believe in privacy but the fact that you’re employee refused to help and look is disturbing. I told you I would leave immediately if he could just show me he didn’t take it. He refused. It was IN MY CAR when I dropped it off. Someone (not sure who) took the third row mat and put it in the second row. Please explain to me how I drop off a car with 3 - 5 ft mats and end up with only 2?!?! In addition Andy was accommodating and yes you were able to get to my vehicle within 2 hours of dropping it off and not only did I replace the one flat tire, I replace all 4 because I valued your opinion. I even ended up buying 4 new tires for $685. I have no problems with that. However....I am 1000% positive that I did in fact leave 3 mats in my vehicle. I’m not profiling anyone...I’m trying to understand how one 5 foot mat could disappear under your roof. And yes! I looked around when I got home just to prove to myself I’m not crazy!Recommended by a friend. Had a flat tire, friend put spare on so I could get to shop. Had to leave it which is fine but when I picked it up my floor mat was missing. An expensive rubber mat. They had taken my third row rubber mat and put it in the second row over the spare. So I returned and “no one seems to know what happened to it.” It was there when I dropped it off and it was missing when I picked it up. I even called my friend to verify that he indeed put it back in my car. (My car is parked on the street so I would def notice a 5 ft mat left in the street). In addition one of the workers came into waiting area and said the boss needed to talk to to a driver because he was “disrespected”. That same worker also had a few choice words for me as he was leaving work. I would say the owners are helpful but the workers- not so much. Especially the agitated employee with the chip on his shoulder.

I am a new business owner is business involved with driving. When taking a vehicle from a business I used to work for just to get an oil change they took two and a half hours. At $95 an hour you know why they took two and a half hours. As someone who just opened their own business I would never ever take any vehicle to this lazy too talkative bunch of people.The company I worked for was Van Martin. And I personally sat 2 and a half hours. Sorry $92 an hour

Ive had my vehicles serviced and repaired here for several years. The customer service is outstanding. They are fair and honest, even when dealing with an old car that could keep them in business by itself. The counter staff is friendly, and the mechanics do great work. My cars are never messy, they dont play with the radio, and it always drives like new when I leave. The location is convenient and has a few good places to eat within walking distance.

Went here for the first time today without an appointment for a tire repair. It was completed in about half an hour for a reasonable price. The salesman was nice, informative and did not try to sell me additional services. I will definitely come here for future needs.

I own a 40 diesel powered RV. Just over a year ago I decided to replace all 6 tires. I shopped around and elected to purchase them from Carroll Wuertz. I only put about 5 or 6 thousand miles a year on the coach. I installed a Chinese brand because of the good price which turned out to be a mistake. With just over 7000 miles right steer tire blew on interstate at 65 mph. With my added steering control system I was able to get stopped with no damage at all to my coach. Tire manufacturer refused to make any adjustment claiming there must have been some type of road hazard. I had given up the fight and wrote it off to a tough learning experience. Brian from Carroll Wuertz had informed me of the tire makers decision, but was still fighting the issue behind the scene. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me told me he had convinced them to make an adjustment. He mailed the check out to me. I was passing through Dayton on my way to Nashville when I realized one of my tires was loosing air. I went to this shop and was told there was a piece of metal too close to the sidewall for them to safely repair. Because, I had a long distance to go I decided to purchase a new tire. When he told me the price I was in shock, but bit the bullet. When I got back to Canada I realized he had charged me twice as much as I could have purchased the same tire here. Stay away from this ripoff artist.Just called Dayton Tire and Auto and they quoted me a price $100.00 cheaper than these thieves. Im planning on contacting the better business burough about this.

They were awesome and very kind. Went there with a flat on a company car. The process was a little different than normal and they were patient in explaining to me what needed to be done in regards to the bill. Highly recommend them.

Paid $509 to change a spare tire for a charter bus this past Saturday. Driver went back to get a wrench and was charged another fee of $225, plus mileage. All for a 10 mile trip. Very disappointing that rates vary for other companies that are more local then those stuck out on the road.Same old story, when you are stuck out on the road, you pay twice. Of course the response will be that we had to make two trips, didnt know what was going on, just cost more, blah, blah

They dont have hateful prices.but beware stand outside remind them dont bounce your polished aluminum truck wheels off the concrete.I turned around to hear ping ping dismounting a tire on a polished wheel on the concrete .Owner never offered any compensation. Good luck

Been taking my cars here many years, and have nothing but good things to say about Andy and the crew here. Most importantly, you can trust what they say. Costs seem reasonable. Even though Goodyear is a national organization, theres a great mom & pop feel to this place.

Carroll Wuertz Tire Company is the best! Took my 2010 Honda in for four new tires intending to replace them with what I had, which were very expensive tires. Bill Jr. talked to me about possibly using a Good Year Assurance Touring tire that were as good as if not better than what I had, and significantly cheaper in price. At first I was skeptical, however ultimately ended up going with the Good Year tires that were suggested and I couldnt be happier. Not only did Carroll Wuertz save me a significant amount of money, I like the tires better and service was exceptional! Thank you Bill, Jr. and Carroll Wuertz. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about this place and I will also now be taking my car there for oil changes and free tire rotations.

They do not check torque on lug nuts leading to 3 of my studs breaking off and the others needing replaced!, they over charge and dont honor their own warranty!!! My opinion dont go here unless you want over priced service with bad results. They used to be a good tire place and very trust worthy.

Unfortunately I have to reduce your rating due to your no tire inflation policy without a tire inspection and repair. I was told that my tire may be unsafe and someone could be hurt while inflating my tire. So I must pay for a repair to get air.Even during a repair someone could get injured. That is the nature of automotive repair work. Due to time contraints, I could not wait for a repair. I would have returned later, but not now or ever.AAA Tires and Service was able to help me with no questions asked. I wil return there, for my tire repair.In response to your response I am a former Goodyear employee and I know the dangers of a run-flat tire in this case my tire was not run flat I would not be so absurd as to risk anybodys life with a previously damaged Tire I told the employees that I was a former Goodyear employee of 6 years as a service writer....and I was wearing my Goodyear hat at the time. you would think that they would known that I wouldnt ask him to do anything that was unsafe... I would never run my tires flat as a former Goodyear employee.

So i had a blow out Friday night early Saturday morning had to called tripleA.. They came and put my donut on so I could make it home. Coming for work I bar tend.. Next morning called this tired place to get it fix well not only did they fix it they stole my tip money that I left in my console not only that one of my nuts screw was missing they didnt even ask if I wanted to replace it and this is A tire place a place of business I wouldnt never ever go there again and will be calling attorney general on them dishonest people I paid 200 and some change for one tire then they went in my belongings and stole Andy wasnt there Saturday Bill said he wasnt either but he really couldve cared a less. Bryant was there and the tech thats who stole my money you thief

Ive been going here for years and finally realized Im stupid for doing so. Its been bad luck for me too many times. They should add to the disclaimer; not responsible for our mistakes while fitting your vehicle with tires or changing oil. Anyone know of a decent mechanic? Im looking.Bruce Lange
