Its not often you get to say that. There was no pressure at all from anyone. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Great customer service! Ive been looking for upgrade options to replace our family beater. The sales rep, Camrin O., took the time to walk around the lot and answer everyone of my questions. I was melting from the heat and she was just as cool as a cucumber and even got me a cold water! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory they had on the lot AND the inventory they dont currently have on the lot but are expecting in the future. Very impressed.

Very disappointed in this experience. They can get you approved on a loan. They refuse to buy my car even though theyll just fix it and sell it for 9k a few weeks later. The down payments expected were so high, its just not worth it. I wasted two weeks of my time hoping for something reasonable. But nothing came of it. They were nice but they need TO BE MORE UPFRONT WITH THERE BAD CREDIT HELP. They make you go through the whole process and make it seem so easy, and then BAM you get stuck with a 4500 down payment. If you had that kind of money to begin with, why would you even buy a used car? Just put that on a new car... Anyway, yeah. I wouldnt recommend this place for credit approval. Their banks dont work with you at all.

I told them upfront my jeep has aftermarket parts on it. (Its on the ticket.. Its a Mopar big brake kit and performance (J8) master cylinder booster it just doesnt have the tags on it anymore) That I just needed the breaks blead, as I dont have any tools at school and my breaks went soft because the booster burped some air out. They kept it for 3 days. Just to return it to me with no brakes, saying they dont work on aftermarket stuff. Why wasnt this said to me upfront when the ticket was being made. The ticket literally says aftermarket parts. Thats 3 days I could have had it waiting somewhere where it would actually gotten work done. Not like its warranty work. They also said I had a vaccum leak do to my rear locker..... Thats run off of compressed air and isnt connected to the vacuum system in any way shape or form...Edit: That response is laughable and embarrassing as a company.. if I where you Id take that down. Next time I wouldnt come back if you cant tell the difference between a vaccum line and an air line that clearly goes into a thing LABELED : ARBAIR COMPRESSOR its physically impossible for my rear diff to be causing a vaccum leak... It shouldnt have even made it past the service counter. Reading the other reviews on here it seems like there is an issue here.
I drove from Cleveland to Dave Dennis in Dayton to purchase a vehicle. After a few brief emails with my salesperson Austin, he gave me the deal I had been looking for on the vehicle I had been looking for. The deal was so good that there was no need for negotiation. The service department is horrid. Terrible communication. Lack of customer service. I have had to reschedule my appointment two weeks in a row because they didnt have the part that was needed. The first time, they let me drive all the way there, after leaving work early, to find out the part hadnt been ordered. This time, I called. After a cumulative 30 min hold on the phone, I found out that the part is not due in until next week. I asked if they had planned on letting me know this before I came out there again, and crickets. I am severely disappointed in this place.

Worked with Blake Massa to buy two Jeeps, one for my father and one for me. He was great through the whole process. AND when we went to finalize the deal things were smooth and as painless as buying a new car can be. Blake was well versed in the vehicles and was super responsive throughout the process. (I will note, we drove from Columbus for this deal, and I feel it was totally worth it.)
I decided it was time for a new Jeep. I’ve purchased from Dave Dennis in that past and had a great experience with them my first go around. So it was an easy decision to head back there for my second purchase. I was greeted by Camrin O’Flaherty in the new car sales area. She was absolutely fantastic to work with. She explained the entire process with ease and I felt very comfortable working with her she was able to answer any question I had and if she didn’t know she knew who to go to that did know the answer. Herself and several other of the staff truly know what they are doing and actually have no idea how much they help me out with the entire process. Made son a service appointment for a 2019 Jeep (obviously covered under warranty still), was making an awful sound in the rear end. Technicians couldnt find anything wrong with it & sent him on his way. Drove it back home several hours to purchase dealer for an inspection and the same problem noise. They found the one back tires lug nuts worked loose. Im absolutely dumbfounded. That could of been a disaster or even death. If the techs cant find something that simple, we will not be back nor recommend any kind of service. Unbelievable!

I still had my Subway shirt on, and after I answered his question about my budget, I could see him look down at my shirt and then he asked me where I worked. I answered Subway then asked him why he inquired about that. He told me that he was just curious. Well, that is NOT cool!! Newsflash, people in all different types of jobs can save for things they want!

My experience with the staff devalued all levels of customer service. No one discussed the services for my vehicle and did not contact me to approve services, causing a delay in completion. A staff member and member of management repeatedly spoke to me in monotone voice and declared their experience in vehicle repairs. I was told I was wrong multiple times about the person who assessed my vehicle stating a recall. Then, the when I spoke with a staff member about my treatment and not receiving disclosure about repairs, they blew it off and stated, Its written on a separate page. This must have been an isolated incident.Absolute breakdown in customer service.

Went to Dave Dennis with no intentions of buying anything just yet and just wanted to get a feel for some different jeeps. Tim Wilson met me on the lot and chatted about what vehicle I was looking to buy. Timothys sales approach not only made me feel comfortable but also confident in the dealership as a whole. Timothy is the ultimate reason I changed my mind and decided to continue to buy my Gladiator. Tim never pushed me to make any decisions and respected my decision to sleep on the purchase before I continued. Tim set me up with their in house insurance agent that was able to save me money versus my current policy. Along with the whole sale process Justin was a great help and was able to negotiate with me to a reasonable and competitive price. All the employees at Dave Dennis really set the standard of customer service and ultimately led to my purchase from them. Scheduled an appointment for recall service and oil change. They had a coupon for $25 for an oil change. I asked for the price of full synthetic with the coupon.... employee quotes me around $50-60. Cool. Get a text the next day about my appointment. Individual working the counter scheduled my appointment incorrectly. I call and verify/change it to the right day. Not a big deal. On the morning of the appointment, I drop off the Jeep and ask for the price of the oil change. Staff member quotes me $125... hard pass. Just the recall then. Quotes me 1 hour from my 845 appointment. Ok. I’ll be back around lunch. I call at lunch. The employee says they are just starting it and will call me when it’s completed. I call back an hour and a half later.... still not done. Ask why it’s not done... people in the waiting room have priority. Then why do I have an appointment and was told it was going to be an hour? “That’s how we work...” “I’ll be there in a half hour.” Get to the dealer and the gentleman states that the technician is just finishing up... another 5-10 minutes. I’ve been in the waiting from for 33 minutes now. The people were friendly but it seems like they do not value your time.

Set an appointment online with Tim Wilson on Thursday morning. Came in and he had the Jeep Wrangler ready for me to take a look at it. I asked a lot of questions, and he knew most of the answers but what I liked most of all, the answers he didn’t know, he went and found out. We did the deal in the parking lot, he made it very easy running the numbers. I left for a while to take care of some work, came back about 7pm and was there about 30 minutes finishing things up. Not impressed with service dept. Not a smile or upbeat face to be seen.Was supposed to get 4 free oil changes on new company car and service writer wanted me to authorize it for $100.I questioned the cost and was abruptly told if I wanted to argue it I would have to wait for sales to open and argue with them.Theres a difference between questioning and arguing. What I did do was get the car back and leave.

I get my oil changed here, they do ok, its a oil change what can you say. A lot of drama from staff this visit. Several were complaining about people calling off sick...ok, not my issue. That said the oil change got done quickly, kudos to the oil guy.

My father purchased a JLUR a month ago and just yesterday I completed the purchase of a 2021 EcoDiesel Rubicon Gladiator from Blake at Dave Dennis. We drove from Columbus for the deal and I will tell you, it was TOTALLY worth it! Blake was super helpful throughout the order process and kept me updated regularly (even when I was pestering him, like all the time...)Look, you can get a solid deal a lot of places right now on a new vehicle. I got what I consider a great deal (I shopped around a fair bit). And this is a situation where they didnt try to scam me, or upsell me, or play games. Literally took less than 90 minutes to complete the sale and most of that time we were playing with the Jeep since they were prepping the paperwork.Again, we drove nearly 3 hours roundtrip for the deal and even with that time included it was WELL WORTH IT.If you want a Jeep (or probably any Mopar...) again, HIGHLY recommend these folks.

He was friendly, explained each process and willing to answer all my questions. The car was ready when I arrived in from my trip. Aaron was finance and he did a great job explaining my coverage options,the differences and the fees/contract. I gave 4 stars due to the limited payment options. The service center wasnt open on Saturdays.

Best buying experience I have had buying a new car. I was in and out in less than 2hrs, would have been less but they had to fill up the tank and detail it. The sales person was great (thanks Tim Wilson) and so was the entire staff I dealt with. I will be back to replace my other car in the next 6 months.

Have had nothing but horrible customer service here. Every time I come in I have to argue about whats covered. I work for a warranty company and have looked over what was covered. they want 3200 dollars to replace a plastic sunroof that snaps on the back of my renegade. I found parts like this for 165 dollars online and havent ordered because Im not sure its the right make or model. I dont need a diagnostic to tell me my roof came off while driving. All I wanted was the part and then they want 3200 dollars? That part was likely slapped together in a factory for 20 bucks or so. Its plastic. Also I dont need them to install a part that is designed for a customer to take on and off if any of that is labor fee. Then 270 dollars to fix the fog lights that I was told was a factory recall issue being that all 4 went out. Thats 3470 dollars. I have not that kind of money. If this is made right then Ill take my 1 star out. There is no way you can justify 3200 dollars for a part that just snaps on.
The sales dept. was great! However the service dept. is lacking in knowledge. I paid to have a factory installed hitch on my new Jeep. It took 2 days to complete. Upon getting home, I noticed they did not put a wiring harness for the hitch on it. Really? What were they thinking? It is now back in the shop for the wiring harness, its taking 2 days to do it. Im beginning to wonder how capable this service dept is? I wish I had read the reviews before using this dealership for my latest purchase.

The sales staff was overall friendly but one sales manager was either inept or insecure as he did not trust himself to make a decision. He would rather have walked a serious customer than take the time to discuss where I was in my shopping process. He refuse to allow a test drive on a vehicle due to mileage concerns and other half truths instead of taking the time to verbally pre-qualify a customer that drove an hour to see a vehicle he had sitting out in the rain.The weekend before, I test drove a vehicle with nearly twice the sticker cost with 5 minutes of discussion as that sales manager was a professional who understands that selling a premium product includes test drives and discussing product details. This manager instead chose to not spend any time and would rather assume everyone is a tire kicker and not waste his time (in a dealership that had one other visible customer at noon on a Saturday). I was told to use my imagination as to how the car drives and that no one ever hates if once they buy it.I will say he was over ridden by another manager who offered a compromise but no other real substance. After being pushed back, the first manager then refused to make eye contact for the next 30 minutes and offered no other comments. Im surprised he has made it this far in the car business but will not be surprised if that is as far as he will ever climb.No thanks Dave Dennis Dodge. I called another Dodge Dealer on my way home to Columbus and arranged a test drive during that call.

Total scamI take my Jeep in due to overheating. Pay $130 diagnostic fee for them to tell me I have a hole in the radiator. They tell me it will cost $1200 to repair plus they will need to flush the engine because of corrosion. Which they don’t know how much this will cost but they think a couple of thousand dollars to fix. I ask for an estimate and get some estimate that lists all kinds of other stuff. Can’t even get a estimate for the work they are going to do. I decide to take it someplace else. They look at it and nothing is wrong. Total scam. Never do business here unless you like to throw your money away.
Dan was great! Didn’t push us around or pressure us into buying. We told him we were just looking and he gave us his card and to let him know. We left for lunch and came back talking about how we came back just because of how he treated us.
Entire sales process was smooth and happy - took awhile to get the 2021 wrangler but well worth the wait. Billy oversaw the process while Tucker sat with us at delivery to go over the details. Tucker was knowledgeable and friendly as was the financing man, Larry. Have to say I bought a 2015 Cadillac at a dealer on 35 just east of town and it was the WORST experience ever. I am updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Below is my original reason in parentheses. But heres the thing...it takes a quality team to see this problem and actually reach out to the customer to make things right. I did not (and would not have called them or gone back) after my issue, but the manager called me after his discussions with his team and wanted to make sure I got the service they promised in a timely manner with full detailed transparency. They hooked me up with a rental car to ensure that I could come and go as I please without relying on family and friends for a ride, and got my tire taken care well within their estimates. They also informed me of their research into my media issues and took the time to explain future state goals. I appreciate that assistance, and only wished that it would have been so the first two times, but they assured me their process would be corrected.This rating is specifically for the service department. No clue how sales operates. Overall everyone seemed friendly. One of the most important factors in business is transparency. Being able to communicate with the customer and have a clear end goal that satisfies both the customer and the business. The service department lacks this goal. I brought my truck in twice and disappointed twice. First was for an oil change, tire inspection and a media update/inspection. I dropped the truck off and 4 hours later was told that they were not finished with the media inspection. No big deal. I told them to cancel and let me have my truck. They told me, we didnt know you needed it back by a certain time. Then they spent the next 35 minutes getting my truck. They scheduled me for the next service day after the weekend to swap out a bad tire.That Monday I dropped off the truck and went to do errands. I came back almost 3 hours later and discovered that they had not started my truck yet. I said, Its just a tire and I was scheduled...their response, you were scheduled as a drop off. Umm, what? Then they stated again, that they didnt know I needed it by a certain time. Who doesnt need their vehicle by a certain time?! Needless to say...I wont be returning.
I got a Sweet Dodge Durango Tucker was so good to me him and Billy found me the color i wanted We enjoyed are time with all the guys working here They were all so NICE to me and my husband
We have dealt with Dave Dennis for many years on the purchase of our Jeeps. They are great people to work with and supportive of their product. Their personnel in the service department are amazing as well! Most recently we worked with Kerri on a transmission issue with my 2015 Jeep. We were put in good hands with Kerri! She was very professional and worked hard throughout the process of repair, keeping us updated regularly. It is easy to see Kerri loves what she does and truly cares about the customers she is helping. Kerri goes above and beyond at every task in front of her. She made the situation easier throughout the repair. My Jeep is now back in great shape! As always, we will continue to put our trust in Kerri and Dave Dennis Chrysler!
I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke. Took my car in and reported the issues and they said it was a $128 diagnostic fee and they would call when they found something out and give me a price. The call I got was they needed another $128 to do further diagnostic testing and be 100%. That is unheard of. One diagnostic fee diagnosis the car and that’s it. She said the first technician could not pin point what the other issue was do they were going to have to have another engine tech look at it. That is a personal issue and the customer should not be charged another diagnostic fee because your techs are not knowledgeable. This place is a rip off and they have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself money and do not take your vehicle there.
