I was told at another shop that I had an electrical problem and to get another van. Then went to Midas and they quickly let me k ow what the problem was, thanks to John and the other mechanics letting me know it was my control arms. Great place to get service 2 👍 👍Ill be a returning customer. And recommending family and friends.

The person at the desk was friendly and professional. The reviewed what my car needed and supplied a written quote in a timely fashion. The quote was more than the car is worth. Even with the lifetime warranty it just isnt worth having it fixed at midas.

John was absolutely amazing and helped me through the process with getting me a new tire after my last one blew out. would highly recommend.

I used to love this place and only use them.I did as usual and scheduled and oil change a week early came early on time and they said no we have someone else in your time. Wouldn’t even look at the confirmation email.

Had my car 3 times this month and now its in another shop to get fixed. Over $1000 of things after these guys said our car was good to go. They had my car on average 9hrs no matter what I had done. I mean tire change, oil change.. anything.

Very unprofessional had my vehicle over 1 months never fixed it & allowed it to get towed by the police for where They had it parked!! No one contacted me about it!! Very unprofessional & they lied several times. I would not recommend them for Anything°

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at the Midas store on Salem Ave Dayton, OH for 12 noon on 3/22/21. I arrived and was checked in and was told they will get me in when they can. A half hour later, I asked when my car would be pulled in, I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me. I asked for my keys back and left the store. If I scheduled an appointment, I expect my car to be pulled in within 15 min of me pulling my car into your shop or tell me before you take my keys so I can decide whether I want to stay or not. Not good business practice.

Friendly and professional, got everything thing done in a timely manner and even gave me a heads up of issues that will need taken care of in the near future. Highly recommend.

I was waiting for 2 hours when I had a appointment. they didnt Rotate my tires are top off my fluids. And I had a drip up under my car they didnt say nothing about into I had to say something after they was done with my car. It was so Dirty in there they did have no hand sanitizer out I will Never go back in there again

Work was not finish on my vehicle... New breaks calipers rotars but lines were not bread at all and they never checked the rear calipers which was on the work order work never got done but they charged a arm and a leg for unfinished work... for a customer to have to put more money to finish what they should have done... I have talked to a lawyer...

I was at Midas on Salem Ave in Dayton Ohio. It was the worse experience, I ever had. My appt. Were 1:00 for a oil change. There were about four customersin there. About five came in after me, 4 before me. 3 with appt, 1picking up from yesterday, he said they didnt let him no they were finish. Cause they just got finish a half hour before he got there. I sit there watch my car sit for a hour before they touch it once they pull it in. The four worker you never hardly seen, but the one guy moving back and four and the one guy had the nerve to say poor manger. He forgot to say lazy worker . Cause it the first time I seen him moving when he brought my car to me. I was there from 1:00 until 4:00 on April 29 for a oil change. You talking about a business loseing customer, those workers were helping Midas count their days. That had never happen it were strange, cause I thought it were a woman thing cause it were most women when I were there but no the men were talking about there experience to. What going on Midas? Another mark against businesses servicing West Dayton. Appt. was at 12, tech stated it would be awhile. I stated that would not work i can reschedule because i have to be to work by 2. He stated oh no no well make it high priority. Needless 2 say i dogdidnt leave until 1:55, late 4 work and when i asked 4 corporate number the second time o, do you wanna wait some more i dont know the number by heart. Its a sign of how deteriorated the pride and compassion in my community

Extremely slow. I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for service. Someone came in coughing without out their mask covering their face and throwing up in the restroom. No one went to go disinfect. Anyone who uses the restroom is at risk

I had an appt. and when I got there I was told they didnt have time so they scheduled me 2 days later. I showed up for my 11 am appt. and waited 3 and a half hours just for a standard oil change! The employees are very unprofessional and rude when I asked how much longer the wait would be. I wont be back to this location.

Had appointment at 2 pm and at 3:30 it still wasnt in the shop. Worst service I have ever had there in 4yrs

I came and went with the same problem....smoking, leaking and overheating. I spent over $100 for a flush with no system diagnostics performed on my vehicle. After being there for more than 2 hours, I was told that the leak was fixed and the smoke was from the flush. I didnt leave the premises......smoking more than when I brought it in, still leaking...and the overheating light was on constant. After my car was pulled out of the bin, the guy that worked on it suddenly disappeared. 20 minutes later he came out and gave me the run around a gauge being broken and that being the reason for the overheating. I explained to him that visual hand gauge wasnt the reason for it overheating. I will never recommend anyone to the Midas on Salem Ave. I really need to involve the Better Business Bureau

I ALWAYS come here when I need service done to my vehicles and EVERY time, I leave with no worries outside of regular upcoming maintenance!!! Made an appointment, took a day off work and waited all day. towards end of bussiness i was told a b.s. excuse as to why the work couldnt be done. im not a mechanic but i knew it didnt sound right. i went to goodyear the next day. they did the work and explained how and why midas was lying and being lazy. wish i went to goodyear first

Marcus Meyer and the Midas team provided beyond excellent service. We were traveling to a wedding when we landed a flat tire. Marcus told us he could help when we called him. I had asked for a new tire. When they did not have the one needed in stock, he offered to go get one right away from the warehouse. However, he took a look at our flat tire and decided it could be patched. He quickly patched the tire, and sent us safely on our way! Aside from the quick service, the team seemed to work well together and have each others a back by reminding each other to stay hydrated with the hot weather. Thank you, Marcus and Midas team!!

I go to Midas for an oil change, Im in and out. Other jobs that needs done I go elsewhere because Midas prices are ridiculously too high. I would recommend them for oil changes

I took my classic 87 cutlass supreme for brake service at 9:30 in the morning they said they have 2 more cars ahead of me than they will get started on my car well I call the at 3:00 they said they was just getting started on my car so I get there at 4:30 and my car was sitting in the same spot I park it in they never started on my car 2 employees was just standing around doing nothing when I went in to get my keys.. .Never Again will I deal with them lossers ......

Took our truck to get checked out when we head noise coming from the front tire. They told us we need to change front rotors, calipers, pads and quoted us 1700$!!! We decided to leave and go to a different place, turns out that all that we needed to change is the front bearing. Great service guys!

Went there for and oil change with out and appointment, only had to wait 35 minutes and they did an inspection for free found out the needed brake pads and tie rods. I talk to the manager. I think his name was Mark. I explain to him that i was short on cash, he work with my budget and I got everything done for a really reasonable price.

Every chance they get they look for any promotion or discount they can apply to my final bill. They dont mind going the extra mile.
