I give this company a five-star rating. Affectionate staff. When my order was placed, I was given a set time for pick-up. The pick-up time conflicted with my schedule. I asked if the following day would be okay. The answer was no problem. On the scheduled pick-up date there was a problem with delivery. I received a telephone call re: the issue. The next morning I contacted the company, the staff informed me as to what time my order would be ready. When I walked in the door I was greeted with good morning, your order is ready.
