I always love going here because they have everything you are looking for and more. They call themselves Party City, I call them Party Central and I feel ready to party as soon as I walk through their door! Check them out you wont regret it.

There was not many employees in the store and that slowed down getting checked out and the balloons blown up but otherwise the employees were nice and helpful. I could tell that the employees were tired from working their butts off that day. I would definitely go back to this store.

Went to get decor for a baby shower and stock was low. It may be better to look online to verify stock if you have an exact idea of what youre going to purchase. Also, shopping for a separate wedding and they carried very limited stock of cake toppers.

Really a great place for party decorations and fun stuff for anyone. Great selection of unusual candy. Bulk candy for favors or gift bags. Youll find everything you need for a theme party or ideas for what you want. Clean and organized. Friendly employees.

We just left the store and honestly the customer service from this one lady was horrible. I know it wasnt just me either because when I was leaving I heard someone complaining about her. It seems pretty obvious to me that if you are going to work at Party City your customers are going to be pretty happy people (more times than not). They are in there because they are celebrating something. This abrasive and bitter mood you have is seriously not going to work. Anyway, everyone else was wonderful but this employee M needs a serious attitude adjustment .

Selection for baby shower (boy) was scarce and the inability to get some balloons when you are there is disappointing. When I worked there years ago, we were able to inflate balloons on the spot. Most people would expect that. I was not happy and the girl at the register was very scattered.

Waited in line to get a mylar balloon only to have the employee tell me that I shouldnt wait in line and that I needed to go get the balloon myself down aisle four. Then they neglected to tell me that you pay for the merchandise first before they blow up the balloons so I waited even longer. Disorganized employees with no sense that they should get out from behind the counter and actually help somebody.

Truly went above and beyond! I placed an online order from this store for a balloon delivery for a loved one in the local hospital that has limited visitor restrictions. Not only did this store have the balloons ready and delivered within only a few hours, they verified my order quickly and were incredibly kind and easy to work with. The store and Kimberly at Shipt went above any beyond—and even helped make a personalized card for our loved one to accompany the balloon order. They kept in contact me by email, then by phone, then by text. I was impressed and touched at the level of service they provided. Well-deserved recognition!

Staff was very friendly. Needed to do a return a few days later and was a very pleasant experience also

Everytime I call the store or go in the customer service is horrible. Ive had an employees cut me off while speaking on the phone, hang up on me, and be extremely rude. Ive been trying to find a gift for my best friend and Ive been periodically calling to ask about stock, being as friendly as possible because as a customer service worker myself I know how customers can be, and Im still talked to very poorly and rudely.

The store was nice and organized, everything was clean but the employees were all so distant and downright rude. When I first walked in the store I noticed a cashier leaning against the counter facing away from me. He was watching something on tv. When he heard me walk in he never moved or turned around but said Welcome to Party City. He sounded about as excited as a death row inmate walking towards the electric chair. No thanks, Ill go somewhere else from now on!

Party city was great! They had lots of different halloween costumes! My birthday was just October 5 and im having my birthday party tomorrow so i got some balloons also!

They have great stuff here! Everything you could want. Even better, the Halloween stuff is out.

Expensive prices for what you get about 95% of the time. Spent about $50 on a shuri costume with a broke zipper that was almost paper thin and I came back to exchange it but they were out so I had to get another costume the same price or cheaper and theres no money back but I at least got another somewhat decent costume which was a female mad hatter although the design on the tights rubbed off within a few hours..

Cashier was rude. She seemed aggravated with her job and my son. 🙄

Great place to go for party/special occasion supplies. They have a nice variety of merchandise to choose from. Especially around the holidays. I love going there during the month of October. Their Halloween decorations and costumes are some of the best

I shopped here this morning. The store was clean and very well organized. The lady that rung up my stuff was very friendly and helpful, a nice lady. The prices were lower here than on Amazon, I bought Cat and the Hat costume accessories. Great stuff, I look forward to shopping again here!

This place has ALL your party needs! Balloons, hats, etc. And, there so much more! Like candy and small party packages things! Just so many cool items to buy! This is definitely from my perspective, the best party place ever!

Bought a masquerade mask for $8. Its super cute! And I got a lot of candy for cheap. Like less than $1.

They dont keep the same variety of items that the Beavercreek store does. Staff were pleasant, but not very helpful. I left without getting what I went there for. Ended up ordering from Amazon.

Do not go here if you are wanting to do a gender reveal. They handled mine very unprofessionally, and made my gender reveal feel pointless. They did nothing to hide what I was having even though I handed them a sealed envelope that contained the gender (my ultrasound tech did that for us, so we could be surprised). Then, when we went to pick up the reveal balloon, they didnt bother hiding the leftover confetti so we wouldnt see that we were having a girl. I wanted it to be a complete surprise, and they ruined it.

If you need balloons, its ok (although they were out of the first two balloons i tried to get). Everything else in the store is dollar tree quality.

Got some balloons here. What they dont tell you is putting them into a two door hot rod is a heck of a time. Bring some help if you intend on doing so. Maybe have them drive separate also

Ok for certain party items you cant find elsewhere but in general WAY overpriced. You can find most of their items much cheaper other places. I bought balloons here for $18 for 3, and they told me they didnt guarantee them past the next morning. I paid.$3.50 for 3 balloons at Dollar General and those are still inflated, 3 weeks later.

I went to party supply to buy a birthday card for my wife. later I went to Kroger and bought another birthday card for my wife. I always buy her two, one that is funny and one that is serious. The cards at Krogers are less expensive and you get fuel points.

I purchased items using my debit card. A week later I needed to return some items. I had the receipt, however the store would not refund me because I no longer had the debit card I used to make the purchase. (I had to cancel the card due to fraudulent activity) the return only amounted to $37 there is no reason they cannot give you cash when you have the receipt! Not to mention I ordered all the items online for in store pick up. They charged my card, but claimed to have never received the order. It took over a week to get that money back from them!

Personally I find the selction typical and over priced. Person at the balloon station seemed to be inconvenienced by me asking a question. She literally walked away while I was describing what I was looking for (a girl dinosaur balloon)

Centerville location lacks in the customer service department. Given tornado in Beavercreek I was informed this location was filling Beavercreek online pickup orders (given Beavercreek is shutdown). Upon driving to this location (with my proof of purchase) the information I received contradicted what I was told over the phone. The manager was very unfriendly, negative, grouchy, unwilling to help in any way. I was told I had to re-purchase the items at Centerville location; or wait for Beavercreek to fill my order (??? tornado = closed=unable to fulfill at Beavercreek). Mind you, I have NO product to return given this was an online purchase for in store pickup. I will never visit this location again. I am so shocked by the lack of assistance this store was willing to provide.

Went in to get some last minute stuff for a bridal shower. The customer service of 11/5/17 was terrible. It took 40 minutes to get three balloons. The staff was talking to each other not even letting us know who were waiting for their balloons that it would be a minute. I was not happy with the selection for weddings not many options. Most likely will not be shopping there again.

I come to this location anytime i need something party related. Ive never complained about this ever, because everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but its getting just a little redundant when every time i go the staff is never friendly at the register. I bought 2, gender reveal 24balloons 3 weeks ago and blew up one with helium that day of purchase. No charge because i bought it there, they said to bring the receipt next time when i needed the other one refilled, so i went in yesterday and couldnt find my receipt, i figured i would pay for the refill because i dont have the receipt. I pull out $2 and this lady says its $5.99 to fill up my 24balloon. Im like are you serious? Thats how much the balloon costed me in the first place. I am appalled they take advantage over people. Thats ridiculous they charge that much for helium. And to top it off the lady didnt even fill up my balloon all the way. When i said something she stared at me like i had 2 heads. Im never going back there. It is trully absurd that they treat people like this. I feel like they took advantage of me and ripped me off.

I have been to this store many times previously and found a good selection of items that were not available elsewhere. Everything is great until a problem comes up that requires assistance. I had a recent experience where they ran a sale through twice. Upon visiting the store to get the issue corrected, the general manager was extremely sarcastic and said they could not refund the duplicate transaction and that I would need to file a dispute with my card issuer. He did not even ask to see my receipt or offer any helpful assistance. A representative from my financial institution called and spoke with the same manager, and also received a rude brush-off. Reputable businesses take ownership when they have made an error and do their best to help keep the customers happy. Unfortunately that does not happen here.

Not sure what happened to party city but they used tk be the go to. Now I go to other stores. I DIDNT mind paying an arm and leg for items but when you dont have complete sets or items I know ypu should have but dont. Could use a little more staff to help out on the floor I stood in line for 10 mins just so I can get help then was helped 15 mins later because he had to get the line down. Then stood in another line for 10 mins to check out. Not the type of time I wanted to spend. Om top of that spending $50 on like 7 items just blew my mind.

Terrible customer service!!! If you don’t have your receipt you cannot get a refund, store credit or an exchange, even if you have a bank statement/proof of the transaction and the credit card it was purchased on. Was told by the girl at the counter that they have “terrible problems with theft”. So, good customers who spend money in the store are now penalized and thought of as criminals when you don’t have a receipt? Very disrespectful and rude staff at this location. I will take my money elsewhere.

We walked into the store at 8:10pm and this lady abruptly yelled at our group when the store will be closing and how many minutes we had left. Poor customer service.
