This is the most excellent furniture and home accessory place I have bought from. The customer service is far above and beyond any services I’ve been provided at other places such as sandys or any of the others I’ve bought from. The prices are excellent and I was told it could be up to four weeks delivery and was only two!! Super excellent review from this consumer! Excellent prices and quality products. I shopped for an hour and was super picky and the salesperson was very patient and super helpful!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this place needs it. Went to buy my son a new bed. Frame, box spring, mattress. My need for it changed and only needed the mattress. Please note nothing from the store was taken out. Everything was still in the store. THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS AT ALL! THEY FAIL TO CALL YOU BACK! Now I am stuck with a store credit for no need. Dont buy from here. Get everything in writing. Dont put any money down unless your 100% sure. If your sure you want to do business with them. Hit me up. I need to get rid of this ridiculous store credit. READ OTHER REVIEWS. If anyone else is actually pursuing legal action. Let me know. I want to be involved. Everyone that has had a bad experience should ban together a pursuit a legal action against this store.

Great customer service, prices, & good selection of furniture. They were very friendly & got us together. We purchased a bed, boxspring, & living room set. Very satisfied with our purchase! We will be back!

I highly recommend you hire better drivers & more coherent employees that represent your store! This woman was screaming & cussing while waiting in traffic & honking like her horn was goin out of style. She cut me off coming out of a parking lot...i have my 1 yr old daughter with me!!! Her car alone, says how much she values those around her.

I just purchased a beautiful good quality living room set and had a wonderful experience! Fino and Angie really gave me a good deal that was manageable for my budget as a student. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future and would highly recommend their store! They are very nice understanding people, who are willing to work with you. Thanks again. Would not recommend wasting your time and money here. We went in 3 weeks ago and found a nice dining room table and chairs. We also got a coffee table. They told us they would call us when it was ready to come pick up because we were outside of their delivery range. We then didnt hear from them for two weeks. Finally, Angie called me to tell me our chairs were backordered and we needed to pick new ones. I called back and one of the guys told me not to worry they would have them in a week. Then I hear nothing for several days. Call back and am told I have to talk to Angie but shes not in to call back at 2. So I do and shes still not in, call back again. Rather than having her call me I continually have to call until she decides to show up. When I finally get her on the phone she tells me I was supposed to call her back, and I tell her I did and they told me not to worry. She apparently hands me back to her husband who tells me again not to worry my chairs will be there soon and he will call me on Monday to let me know a time. Monday and Tuesday come and go and I hear nothing. Wednesday we call and are told they dont have access to Angies computer. We call back several times and try to push for information but are always told Angies not in and we cant access her computer. Thursday same story. Finally I got on the phone with Josh, who was willing to do a little bit of work for me and called Angie to find out the information I needed. Our chairs are still not at their store, so now I have a dining room table with no chairs. Both of which I could have bought at the Ashley store and had by now. If Angie is never going to come into work, she should give someone else her password to her computer. I am so frustrated and the store has done nothing to try and make it up to me. Please do what what we did not and listen to the reviews! Save yourself the headache we now have.

I initially had a problem when my Front porch light got broken during a delivery. They made it right... Replaced and installed new light. The delivery guy who did the repair was awesome. Sometimes things go wrong, but they are comitted to customer satisfaction 100%! Go see them for your home furnishing needs.

Nice stuff and good deals but never apply for their SNAP financing. They never told me if I didnt pay my property off within 100 days Id owe $1000 on top of the sale price. So there really was no deal at all. Very misleading and just shows how important it is to always read and understand the contract because they only care about making the sale.

We bought a sectional from them and we were told that we would get a sectional from their warehouse instead of the show floor. When they delivered my mother in law luckily saw them pull the same tag off of the showroom couch. We didn’t end up with the couch we were told that we would get. We were also guaranteed a protection plan and paid for it yet we didn’t receive the protection plan. To make matters worse the delivery guys put a dent and scratch onto our brand new front door. We complained to the company and they are refusing to pay for the damages. I do plan on taking legal action. Save your money for somewhere better. These people are thieves and are running a scam. This place needs to be shut down for good.

Came in to purchase a set for my living room. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The moving team was courteous of my time restraints. The sales staff was very, and not pushy to make a sale. I WILL come back and purchase with Best Mattress again!

They lie! Was told the bed we bought was Cool gel Memory foam, but its not. We burn up. And they post their prices so he just makes them up, supposedly looks them up in a book. Got the good ol bait and switch!

This was my first time doing business here. Angie is great !! She was patient and attentive while I decided on what I wanted, she gave me a great price ! She even got me same day delivery ! I highly recommend coming here the delivery people came in a timely manner, and set up my living room set . When you go ask for Angie she will get you together ! Love my new sofa and loveseat !!

This is the worst place I have shopped. I bought a mattress. It was 586.42. I called to see if matress was going to be delivered. I was not even on delivery which I had paid for. It was delivered on Saturday. When I took off plastic the matress was wet stained and filthy. I called to complain. I was told the would bring another in a couple of hours. Which I had to go to work. I talked with a man first. Then I called back in couple hours and a young woman answered phone and told me to stay home they are on there way in a couple of hours they are busy. I am so mad. This service is horrible. Then she put me on hold and told me he would fix it and make me happy by throwing in a matress cover. That I got a good deal on a mattress. I told him for the inconvenience and the quality they could keep it. He hurry me off phone and hung up on me.

I have been there twice and both times were pleasant. I had no issues, and got great deals.

I pay for a sectional couch was told I would get it by September I paid for it in August when I called to check on it the man told me he would call me back in 30 minutes when I didn’t hear from him in an hour I called back the phone said it was not taking phone calls so I waited and called back again and got a loud beep So I called back from a different phone then the man answered the phone and told me that my furniture would not be ready until November now why couldn’t he tell me that upfront he has taken my money but he has not given me any furniture and why wouldn’t he call me back or take my call

Purchased a bed for my son and was told we were the first on the route to be delivered today (May 8) - didnt come until 3:45 PM. We paid for them to put it together and they didnt. When called, and finally got through, was told they would come back tomorrow and we wouldnt be charged. We already paid for this and plus this doesnt help our son who doesnt have a bed today!UPDATE: After posting the review they called my wife asking almost instantly asking for this to be removed. We are scheduled to have the bed set be installed tomorrow (May 9) between 12--2; will update the review as this progressesInstallers came today (May 9) and put the board together. Although, it seems the headboard is uneven.

GO TO A REAL FURNITURE STORE LIKE ASHLEY FURNITURE..... BUY ASHLEY FURNITURE FROM THE ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE, the ashley furniture store down the road WILL give you a refund if you change your mind or something comes up with NO restocking fee!!!! Worst customer service anyone could ever recieve. They try to give no refund even if you have not yet recieved anything from them. Shop around before you even think to buy from this joke of a furniture store and I recommend to NOT purchase anything from here ever.

Bought 1,500 dollars worth of furniture was told when product was delivered that they would set up and take trash with them they came and drop of the product and then left was also told that our bed frame and dresser would be in on a certain day and has been three weeks and still don’t have it do not go and do not spend your money because they will fight you to give a refund also the lady who answers the phone will hang up on you

Bought a couch off sales floor and they were asking for price on tag, my husband talked her down and when it came time to pay all these different “taxes and fees” besides the standard were charged and we ultimately ended up paying the same price...Follow up: a year later and the $1200 couch we bought that was “Ashley” brand is lagging in the middle. Will not purchase from here again
