Great selection and great quality. But the real reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Dylan. Dylan is all about his customers! He is super friendly and super helpful. I really appreciated how much “space” he gave us to take our time and look around. At so many other furniture stores, it feels like you are being stalked by the high pressure salesperson. Dylan was not like that at all! On top of all that, Dylan went above and beyond for us with our order. The pandemic has created long wait times due to supply chain issues and we knew we would have to wait several months for our order. One night we stopped in to see Dylan and get an update on our order. We learned that it would be about one more month. Just as we were getting ready to leave, Dylan asked if we could wait for a few minutes because he was going to see if he could figure something out to help us get our order sooner. He knew we’d been waiting a while and we were eager to receive our new sectional. As it turned out, Dylan was able to shuffle some things around and we will have our couch in a few days! Dylan did not have to do this but he wanted to make us smile. And we are definitely smiling now! Be sure to ask for Dylan if you stop in.

We recently visited this location to purchase our new bedroom set. I have to say I was hesitant to so much as step foot back into Ashley Furniture after having a terrible experience a couple years back only to find there had been a change in management. I am SO HAPPY we gave this place another chance.Soon after walking through the front doors we were greeted by employee Mark Galloway. He was informative but not pushy, supportive but not overbearing, reasonable and realistic. He managed to be all of these things while keeping a smile on his face with an irresistible sense of humor. He knew moments when he needed to step away and let us discuss what was going to be a big investment. He was sensitive to our needs when we had questions and detailed in his responses.Both Mark and his manager were willing to do anything they could to get us to a position where we would feel confident and excited in this process especially as it required we spend a great deal of money. All of this is essentially meant to say - we will absolutely be back. A HUGE thanks to Mark and the manager of this location for seeing us through this. Looking forward to our future purchases with Ashley furniture at this location.

Mark was outstanding. His customer service was perfection. He didnt hassle us or hound us. He let us do our thing. He checked in on us multiple times till we was ready to make some decisions and ask some questions. We couldnt be happier with him. He helped us create the perfect couch to fit our home. Loved the fact that he was able to take our ideas of what we wanted and create it.

This store has terrible customer service.In April I bought a couch and sofa table then iln July brought in a friend to buy a couch like mine. He got the deferred plan and completed the transaction. I then told the salesman ( Josiah Wilkes)that I wanted a side table and was paying in cash. I didn’t know at the time he took my debit card but put it on a deferred plan. He used the same form as he used for my friend (Jeff Winchester)and I told him that mine was separate. He put my name where my friends was and finished. I didn’t see what he had done till I went back to get a refund and was told by the mgr(Anthony) I would have to wait 2billing cycles to get my money put onto my couches deferred plan. I told him I paid in cash but because the paperwork showed it on a deferred he said it had to be applied to my couches balance. The next week I called Syncrony to ask if it had been applied to my account they said no. Josiah messed up the paperwork and now I’m having to wait to get my refund. I sent an email with all the info and a copy of the withdrawal from debit card and last 4 numbers of my deferred card. I have heard nothing and after numerous times trying to call several different numbers have gotten no replies. I will be contacting the State Atty general, BBB, social media and anyone else I need to to get my money back or applied to My deferred account( not my friends). They owe me $289.05 and the salesperson (Josiah Wilkes ) needs reprimanded. The customer service and response from anyone is awful. I won’t ever go there again.

Terrible customer service. placed an order in March for 2 piece set. estimated 4 week delivery. one of a 2 pc set showed up at my home even though it was on the paperwork to only deliver once both pieces we available. the delivery window was 4 hours to begin with then they called and moved it out 2 hours. the second piece was delivered 6 months later and was damaged. one side of the back will not lock into place. contacted Ashley and they set up a repair for 3 weeks later. had to take off another day of work. again 4 hour window, repairman showed up and said it not locking was normal and sometimes they just do that. the set has 4 recliner sections and one of the 4 will not lock in place. this is normal? tried again to contact Ashley furniture customer service and again on hold for almost an hour waiting to talk to someone to get resolved. will never buy again from Ashley due to terrible customer service. waited 6 months to get the second defective piece and took another day off work only for the repairman to show up and not fix anything.

HORRIBLE customer service and products. Our couch broke after 2 years and luckily we bought the warranty. The warranty company agreed to replace it but Ashley wont answer their customer service line or return my calls. I am starting to think the warranty is a scam. We even went to the store and they promised to call us the next day and never did.

Ashley’s furniture has horrid customer service. Not only this store but them over all as a company. I ordered a couch in November and the dates kept getting pushed back. COVID was happening so while I was upset I still understood. The manager at the store allowed me to choose another couch and cancel the previous order. I was told the new couch I picked hadn’t had any issues coming in so that’s why I was comfortable choosing it. This was in Jan or Feb. in March I received notification that the couch was in and ready to be delivered. Well, they delivered half of a sectional to my home that I definitely did not agree to. When I called customer service I was told that it was improperly tagged by a warehouse employee. So I’m literally stuck, in my home with half of a sectional. I was then told that the other half would be available in may. Since then the date has continuously changed at least 4 times. It will be going on 3 months that I have had half of a couch. No one knows when I will get the other half. I was told that I just have to wait. Doesn’t matter how long it takes. 1 month or years….I have to wait. And when I finally receive the other half (if I ever do) THEN I can see about possible compensation. Which they will probably offer me pennies for this inconvenience that they caused. I’m upset and blown away by their customer service. Literally don’t waste your time or your money with this company because they don’t care about their customers in the slightest form.

Went to buy my first couch of my own, they forgot to order half of my sectional sofa so on delivery date I received half a couch, that the delivery drivers just dumped in my garage rather than move it in my house . I was then informed the other half of my couch would not be available till December and I would have to pay additional money for the missing piece thst was their mistake. They offered me a sofa and loveseat as a replacement for the sectional but it was not comprable at all. I’ve never had a worse buyers experience in my life.

Update: it has been over 3 months and I still have not received my ONE chair. This is the most disappointing and unprofessional customer service ever!If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a chair 3 months ago and still haven’t got it. The communication has been completely initiated by me as to following up on my piece. It was paid for in full and all they can tell me is that it is the manufacturer’s fault. On my latest call I asked for a Sufi notice delivery date and couldn’t get anything out of the guy other than he didn’t know and there was nothing he could do about it. Pretty much the absolute worst answers you can give in customer service. Needless to say I’m not impressed by this particular Ashley’s service. I just want my chair I paid for and they can’t give me anything except the brush off, deflection of fault and frustration. But they sure took that money real quick.

Ordered a couch here early April. Paid in full upfront and was told word for word that the delivery dates are very accurate. Can’t even tell you how many times our order was pushed back. Then one day when I go to check up, our order had been randomly cancelled! They assured us they would fix the problem and put us back in our original spot. Every time I would call the store they would tell me to call back in a week. And then I would and they’d say to me again, “call back in a week”. Now they are saying that the couch won’t arrive until SEPTEMBER. And I know for a fact that is total bull and would take even longer than September. I understand you have a job to sell furniture and most likely the employees make commission. But do not tell me the delivery dates are accurate and then blame it on COVID when nothing comes. How much longer are we going to continue blaming COVID. The staff spouts total lies. Go somewhere else.

I purchased furniture from here just over a year ago. Both my couch and love seat have broken the wood came through the back of each piece. I paid extra for the warranty. I called to use the warranty on several occasions and I finally got through the time that I spent 2 hours on hold. Once I got through they told me that the warranty was taken care of by another company and that I need to call them. I have called them on several occasions now with no answer. The wooden frame that broke and came through the furniture is not hardwood like the salespeople at the store told me. The frame is made of cheap chip board. Chip board is weaker than plywood wood have been. Chip board is one of the lowest quality materials out there. To this day I still cannot get a straight answer and this has been going on for months now. Do not waste your money at this store. I have well over two thousand dollars in the worst furniture money can buy. You would be better off getting furniture from rent a center or big lots.

Dylan and Vicki are absolutely exceptional employees at this Ashleys location. When I stopped in for my first visit, Dylan worked with me to figure out different combinations for a couple different sectionals I was looking at. He printed out different price estimates for several of those combinations I was looking at. We found a perfect sectional for our family that was in my price range, BUT I had to go home and measure my space before purchasing. So I returned the following day, unfortunately Dylan was not there, but a very lovely woman named Vicki was. I told her all about Dylan and she watched me as I crazily remeasured every single detail on the couch and was so sweet. She put in the order for me and got me all checked out when I confirmed that this couch was the couch of my dreams. She was so happy for us and our family, which really helped with the whole experience. I would totally recommend this spot to anyone! Wonderful customer service!! I cant wait for our couch to be delivered!

Quality furniture, great looking and great selections highly handsome and wonderful atmosphere.Pricing seems to be moderately fair definitely over and above fair compared to similar type stores. More importantly I would like to mention Dillian Bastian the associate that assisted me with my shopping, he was extremely cordial and pleasant and NOT overbearing like I have come across in the past. He greeted me upon my arrival and assured me he could assist me when I needed him. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store, took the time to look up availability of a couple of items I was interested in and was very pleasurable about doing it.Dillian made my furniture shopping a extremely positive experience.Thank you,Sharon S.

This is the place to go if you love hold music and never getting anything resolved. We were told 6 weeks for a couch and were at 3 months. Ive tried calling maybe a dozen times but after 30-60 minutes on hold I give up.In the store the people are a little pushy but overall respectful and professional.Paying up front for an order and continually pushing back delivery dates with no way to reach an actual person is extremely frustrating. I dont think well be starting here for future purchases.

I bought a table from them back in September and the finish on the table almost immediately started to wear off. I’ve called the store several times and spoke to different employees to report the situation and return the item and months later, nobody has ever called back! The customer service is terrible and every response is “Someone from Ashley’s Care will call you back”, which never occurs. I just want them to exchange the item.

Do you want to be hounded non-stop by the stereotypical desperate salesman? Then youve come to the right place. Jesus they will not leave you alone, no matter how many times you tell them youre fine and just looking. We found some couches we were impressed with, but ultimately just left because of it. And on our way out, could hear the sales-woman being salty about it... well that was a waste of my time.

I bought a sofa and loveseat from them back in March and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. This date has been pushed back 4 times now and mid March has now become the middle to end of May! When I tried calling customer care I was put on hold for over an hour three different times. It’s been over a year since COVID began, you’ve got to stop using that as an excuse for terrible customer service and delivery issues.

I would like to say what a wonderful shopping experience me and my husband have had at the Ashley Furniture store on Mall Woods Dr. The salesman Dylan was wonderful. He was professional, answered our questions and went over and beyond in assisting us with our needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for new furniture. We love our furniture, it is comfortable and we continually get comments on it! Delivery does take a while but be patient, when your furniture comes you will love it! It is truly worth the wait! I would like to thank Mr. Patel for his help and managing a great sales team! You guys rock!

Wow. I just walked into this store and I can promise you I will never go back. I was in a good mood upon entering and the palpable tension between the employees, poor service, and amount of employees staring at their phones made me leave in a bad mood. Got a one word answer when asking about a decor piece. Saw an employee snap his fingers at another. Just bad energy all around. On top of that, when we purchased the decor piece the guy wasnt even paying attention. He was more invested in a return going on behind us. He didnt even tell us to have a nice night. He just slapped the receipt on the counter and turned around. I will go to the parent store Morris instead where I have had consistently excellent service.

So AWFUL! First off, the store was organized awful. We were looking for a dining table and they were all intermixed. The girl helping us was named EMMA. Such terrible customer service. We have a smaller dining room and needed a smaller table. We went to leave and my husband asked her for a card. She said, I dont have one. He then asks if they work on commission. She said yes, but you didnt see anything you liked. Then she rudely walked away. Didnt say yeah we may have something later. Just awful customer service. Funny because we found something we werent looking for and were wanting to come back. Now we wont, no matter how much we liked it and no matter if we cant find the same thing elsewhere.

Horrible! We bought a sectional and a recliner in June of this year. It is now October and every piece of furniture is broken. The couch is broken down ans the recliner wont even open. So far they sent someone out to look at the recliner and we never heard anything further. When you try to call them you are on hold for at least 30 minutes if not longer. I do NOT recommend Ashley for any purchases and I will not use thwm in the future. I am looking at having to buy all new furniture after spending $2100 4 months ago.

Bought a couch and love seat. Delivery guys threw the love seat through the door and broke the whole back out of it. For months Ive sent emails and called and navigated the phone tree, staying on hold until I have no choice but to hang up. My next step is going to the store and raising all holy hell at the busiest time possible. Absolutely zero recourse left. Shop at Big Sandys or value city. That or throw your money away.

Purchased furniture in April 2020 was told it would be delivered July 1st, then July 9th, July 28th, August 2nd, August 8th and so on.... Josiah was the salesman never called to inform us of delays. Delivery would be scheduled then canceled by the delivery company. Patel posed as the store manager when he is not. Finally spoke to the store manager who gave us no options other than to spend $1400 more for furniture in stock. Bait and switch. Terrible serivice.

What a horrible experience I’ve had with my one and only time ordering from Ashley. I was rescheduled 5 times for my deliveries of two bed sets I ordered. 5 times. That’d I’d been waiting on since early April. I had called Ashley multiple times, each waiting an hour and a half before getting no answer and giving up. I emailed, no response. I literally could not get ahold of them unless they called me to reschedule delivery. Once I finally received my sons bed I was in the middle of putting it together on a Sunday and opened the side rail box and it was the complete wrong bed pieces!!! I went up to the store and spoke to someone who said customer service was closed on Sundays so she put in a request for them to call me the next day. That was a week and a half ago. I emailed on Friday also as my account has been charged at this point and I do not have the correct bed. STILL nothing. I’m so beyond frustrated and close to taking legal action as they’ve charged my account and I cannot get anyone to call me to fix the issue!! I would not recommend this company as I will never purchase their product again. I did not want to even give a 1 star rating.

Update: As of Oct 16th, I still do not have the complete sectional originally ordered in May. One piece was delivered damaged. A replacement was ordered and after waiting more than a month on that piece, it is not the same color. Im back to getting the run-around and no help. To make thing worse, the delivery driver damaged my front door. I will NEVER do business with this company or affiliates again.Initial issues are being addressed after speaking to GM and area mgr. They seem to be engaged and knowledgeable.

If I could give them a minus I would. I went to Ashley furniture last Saturday and looked at a couch called the woman yesterday to order it arranged the financing she told me I had to come in to sign and put the down payment down which is a 3-hour drive because Im in the process of moving. Her name was Jackie and she told me everything was fine. I do not blame Jackie but I do blame Ashleys management for the terrible experience I had. They left Jackie completely on her own and she did not know what she was doing. I drove 3 hours to sign paperwork that she assured me was ready and it was not ready and the financing was not in order. She also told me delivery would be on Tuesday November 17th which is less than a week away. I had to come in after driving 3 hours redo all the paperwork get approval again on the financing. the men working in there were terribly rude because I suppose they were having to do someones work. after I paid the initial payment did all the paperwork they then proceeded to tell me that the delivery date would not be next week but would be sometime mid-march of 2021. At which time I had them cancel the sale. what made it worse was how rude the gentlemen that were salespeople were. Since looking around and reading reviews they have a very bad reputation. I was at the Ashley furniture in miamisburg Ohio which is owned by Morris furniture.

We recently moved (August). When we moved we decided to get new furniture in most of our rooms. We went to several stores but ended up buying a dining table, rugs, end tables and a sectional from Ashley. The experience has been average at best. The chair cushions for this dining table are already bunched up and look terrible. We were told the sectional would arrive the beginning of October, then the end of October, then the end of November, then the beginning of December. While looking at other sectionals to potentially cancel this order, we were told by one of the sales reps. at Morris Furniture that it is end of December. Also, told that Ashley does not do a very good job with communications. I thought these two companies worked together? Maybe not. We have been communicated with half the time, but the most recent. We are so disappointed in this process and with the chairs for the dining table. Lastly, do. It try to call them. You will be left on hold or leave your vm in a black hole with no return call. I have driven there twice for updates. I have been in business for 25 years and should have k own you get what you pay for.** I had to come back and update my experience. I never thought it would get worse, but it is. Still no furniture, just excuses. Was told it would be here 1/7, 1/13, now it is 1/28, still nothing. There CEO, Larry Klaben, which I have been involved with at our alma mater events, is dodging my emails on LinkedIN. I see where the poor service starts, at the top! His you tube video of excuses is a joke. Also the dining room chairs we got from them are already wobbling and cushions are bunched up. Take caution with Ashley and Morris Furniture. Service and product has been a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN. I wish we could give a zero star, as one star is generous!

I ordered furniture during the Presidents Day sale and had it delivered. I got a great deal on the couch and love seat. The delivery guys were super nice. I had two separate deliveries because items shipped different days. Each team was extremely nice and were in and out quickly and efficiently. I recommended to a friend and she just got some furniture last week and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture....and Im not biased because of the name. Just coincidence. :)

Bought a couch back in May with delivery for this upcoming Saturday. Called today since we had not heard from them to confirm our delivery and we were told the couch wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be. Tried to work with them to get a delivery date that worked for us but was told they were too booked and it would take another month to get to us. Also asked for any discounts and was told no. Ended up just getting our money back since they couldn’t help us after they made the mistake

If I could post zero I would. I have been dealing with Ashley Homestore since july 9th they have give me the runaround since August. I purchased a table 4 chairs and a counter bench. 3 of the chairs are messed up and I have been trying to get them fixed for the last month. They are making me call and order parts and Ive had to place them twice now. Who knows if they will ever get them to me. I have made numerous attempts to talk to a manager with no one taking my calls. I cant get them to fix this issue. I am heading to talk to a manager again because I have been in hold for an hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE because once they get their money they could care less about the horrible service and customer care they give. Wish me luck.

We bought a sectional that was close to $2000. We opted to pick it up because of course they don’t have specific delivery times and we didn’t want to be without furniture. We also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. It has been TWO MONTHS. We have no children or any reason there would’ve or could’ve been extensive wear on the sofa. The cushions are coming apart at the seams. It took several phone calls and messages before someone from the warranty department finally responded to us and we were told because we picked up the furniture the warranty wouldn’t cover the cushions. Funny how this wasn’t mentioned when we purchased the warranty and set up pick up time all at once. Awesome. So basically we purchased a $2000 sofa that’s coming apart less than 90 days later and it’s our problem. And let’s not talk about what a cluster it was just trying to pick it up. Three trips to several different places later only to not be given all the parts to put the legs on. We would’ve been better off going to Goodwill......

Please don’t purchases a mattress from Ashley until you know for sure that you would like to purchase a mattress. Waited over a month to arrive. Unfortunately, that’s the accident we made. My fiancé and I spent over $6,000 here in this store. The sales rep who sold us out mattress, was not able to do anything about this mistake. We needed to exchange due to my fiancé being diabetic and not able to get a decent amount of rest. Called the Customer service line and waited for near 2hrs, the customer service rep called into the store and the sales associate stated he was unable to exchange our order. He clearly didn’t care because he made his sale from us. I will not be returning to this location to see Mark.I dont recommend.

Staff did not want to help me. I went to this store because I was having issues with my online order. I ordered online November 2019 and by January had still not received my order. I was planning on cancelling my online order and getting something from this store. I walked in and kept trying to waive someone down but no one would walk over to help us. Finally after about 10 minutes someone asked if they could help us. I started explaining that I had ordered something online and before I could continue the Man helping said “nope. You bought something online unfortunately that’s not us and we can’t help you” I just turned around and walked out. He didn’t even let me finish my sentence to let him know I wanted to buy something in store that day. Also, it’s now February and I still have no received my online order

When I first arrived at Ashley furniture I was greeted by a salesperson who could care less about me the manager then greeted me and gave me a salesperson which was very nice I ordered a table and totaling $1,200 with my delivery charge 2 weeks later they delivered it and both the top and the legs for damage I did not accept it theyve told me they were going to deliver it today the 16th the manager said they had a new shipment coming in on the 18th if there were not in the warehouse now they call me today and tell me it will be the 24th before I get another table hopefully it will not be damaged. We have a major function and I dont have a dining room table first I want to say to you course they give you the same answer they give to every complaint there is theres sorry about their

The sectional I received is exactly what I wanted. The piece is so beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for my family! It was totally worth the wait. The salesman was excellent and even called to let me know about a delay in receiving the set at their warehouse. Even with the delay I am a highly satisfied customer. I will definitely be shopping with Ashley again and would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered approximately $6000 worth of furniture from Jessica Mizell; due to some issues outside of her control and damaged at the warehouse delivery would take 3 separate dates. Despite updating my address multiple times (bought furniture because I was in the process of moving), the furniture was being sent to my old address. Spoke to a very rude manager who stated he would follow up with me and never did. Contacted the store and dealt with Kendall (who was lovely), due to the experience I opted to cancel 60% of my order. A few minutes later I received a phone call from the associate who had sold me the furniture Jessica from her personal cel phone as she stated she was home (still confused as to why my sensitive information left the store and was being used on an employee’s personal devices). After a 5 minute conversation where I politely told her 8 times I was not interested she said “mhmmmm bye” and hung up. I’m not quite sure what culture is created in the store where she felt comfortable handling the situation in this manner, I am looking forward to following up with Kendall/the district manager/corporate on this matter. I’m usually fairly easygoing, but their is a difference between a mistake and blatant disrespect. I would recommend Kendall if you MUST use this location, strongly suggest avoiding overall.

No professional integrity! The couch was suppose to be delivered last Saturday, but the frame was broken. No one offered compensation. Today, HALF of the couch was delivered and a picture was provided of the other half, which was ripped. The rest will not be delivered within a week of promised delivery date. NOTE. NOT purchase date!As a furniture store, you should be good at transporting furniture. Two accidents on one order is unacceptable, whether you have picture proof or not! Frankly, the picture is only a proof of your poor work quality.Will never purchase from Ashley or associated brands again.

Order a large accent cabinet. Cant reschedule online as it doesnt recognize my email, name, phone number, or order number. After 3 voicemails and 2 emails I still have received no response. Also, the cabinet has been delivered WITHOUT shelves. Maybe I can continue to leave voicemails in the event someone may actually check those as some point in time. Complete trash customer service. I would rather pay more money somewhere else than ever buy or order anything through this company.

ORIGINAL POST 17Jul, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I Purchased a leather power recliner from this store for my wife who has severe neck problems . It was delivered on 8 July. It was broke on the 17th of July. Stuck in the up position. Now my wife cant use it at all. Getting in and out of it the up position isnt possible for her. Not even 10 days old. I called the store they said I had to contact the customer care line. After 45 min on hold was told a third party would be contracted to fix it and they would call to schedule a time in 24 to 36 hours. No call from them. Called customer care after waiting 1 hr 29 min call was just disconnected. Called back 2 hrs 56 min on hold finally spoke to another person. I was advised they would expedite the request and let management know what had happened. I was given repair contractors direct number. I called the next business day, no work order had been received. I tried to call customer care again after 1 hr 20min. Third party contacted to schedule the repair. Now I have to wait until the 18th of August to just get a tech to come. Thats 27 days. This is the worst customer service ever. Dont buy from them after 3 days its not their problem anymore. Hours on hold wasted. Literally a recliner which costs over $1100 broke in less than 10 days of delivery. Then it will sit broken for 30 days before they can even look at it. The real kicker is I bought this as a gift because I am a soldier deployed for over a year. So my wife can have somewhere comfortable to sit with our children and spend time together. Now Im thousands of miles away trying to get them to do the right thing over the phone getting the run around.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not but ANYTHING from this company!!! Me and my wife bought a couch a little over a year ago, and the one cushion ripped at the zipper. The couch has been lightly used and the other cushions have went flat. when i called they said because we moved the warranty was voided. We made the mistake of purchasing a bed from Ashley about two months ago. the frame literally collapsed while we were sleeping. We called the store TWO WEEKS ago and was told to send in pictures and we would be contacted within 3 days, on the fourth day we called them and was told the photos were still being reviewed and once a supervisor gave word to them they would call us. it has been two weeks and we still have not heard anything. if something is not done either a new bed or a refund soon, i will be dumping the bed in front of the store and showing everyone who walks in the over priced junk ashley furniture sales. just an edit nothing was ever done with my furniture this business is nothing but crooks.

I bought an entertainment center and end table and it was out over a month for pickup. They gave me a confirmation date to come pick up. I came to pick up that day, had to wait 2 hours for them to tell me it wouldn’t be there until a few days later. We came back the few days later and only one of the items given to us was correct but didn’t know until we got home because both items weren’t assembled and boxed up. I didn’t think this would be the case when purchased. I have emailed multiple times and called and left multiple messages (because I cannot get thru to a representative). I am on hold as write this review. I guess I am going to have to dispute the credit card purchase to get their attention. I don’t know what else to do. Customer service is the worst.

12/10/16Merle Beck was our product specialist, who greeted us right away, informed us of sales that were taking place, as well as specials with a long, or short and long term deferred payment agreements, and also directed us to locations of different types of furniture to check out and look at. Mr. Beck was very courteous, and helped assist in questions we had with a professional attitude.This is our first time buying from Ashley Furniture, and our shopping, as well as buying experience, was like none other we had before. To have an associate greet us not long after we entered the store, directing and assisting along the way, made our experience very pleasant. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We spent a lot money at this store only to be delivered a couch that upon opening and assembling they scuffed and ripped up pieces of our sectional. Then forgot a cord to plug the couch in. We waited close to two months for them to send us the cord and we still have yet to get resolution on the damaged pieces. Customer support has been absolute garbage and no one has been willing to fix their problem.UPDATE- After getting in contact with the provided email I still have yet to receive any further help. I spoke with Ebony at the store and she said shed be on this issue. That was almost 2 weeks ago. When it comes to action these people are a joke. A whole lot of empty promises. DO NOT BUY from this store. Theyll take your money and deliver damaged furniture.

The salesperson Nancy McManus was amazing and extra helpful in helping us with the delivery price as it was showing $149.99 on their website and $70.00 on my phone which she matched the price.And was delivered on the day it was scheduled 11-19-2019,but after 15 minutes of delivery I noticed a tear and a broken on the arm rest of cobblestone Loveseat.The cold was amazing, but the material is cheap.Reported to the sales person Ms.Nancy,she responded right away and advised me to contact customer care. Just disappointed with the material.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. My furniture was delivered missing peices as well as chipped and broken. The store manager was rude & unhelpful. I asked to speak to his GM & he refused. I will spend my money at oddlotts before I ever step foot in another Ashley store. Even the delivery drivers said theyve had nothing but complaints & literally all the products theyd been delivering where defective. I dont for see them continuing business this way & Im sure these stores will be closed soon due to their lack of professionalism.

Very disappointed in the service. My wife and I were looking for a sectional and found one we liked in the store. The sales person we worked with didnt know anything about the sectional and had to look up all the information. The price listed on it was incorrect apparently and so they increased it by four hundred more dollars and then applied the sale price to it. The salesman also said that it came with six pillows and that was also incorrect, it comes with two. Finally he said we could have it delivered in a week. That seemed a little long but we liked it enough that we wanted to get it. So we agreed to have it delivered in a week. Five days later, two days before it was supposed to arrive, I received a call saying that one part of the sectional wont be available for delivery for another two weeks! I tried calling and explaining that we were guaranteed a delivery date two weeks earlier but no one I talked to seemed to care. I do not often say this but it has made me never want to shop there again.

Wanted to order an entertainment center that was online only. Called the Dayton Mall Ashley and spoke to a very nice girl. She looked up measurements for me, quoted me a price, and came up with a price better than what was online. I told her Id see her Saturday (in 2 days). Once in the store, the price had changed. She said each Ashley was individually owned and that particular store had a sale that ended. So if you are individually owned, and dont have to follow corporate rules, then what is stopping you from finding a way to give me the price previously quoted? I had to mill around the store for 20 minutes while she tried to text her boss. I left there irritated, called a different Ashley Store, and got the original price I was quoted no problem. Just not understanding about Dayton Mall. I mean it was a give me sale. All they had to do was take a credit card, and make a commission.

Worst delivery service in history. I ordered a bedroom set and a sectional. They wouldnt even take the sectional off the truck and try to bring it through the doorway to my basement they didnt want to fool with it so I had to have it brought back a second time a week later. They assembled the bedroom furniture but was missing pieces and didnt tell me they let me find out for myself and it still has not been corrected. They put a deep scratch in my brand new floor Which still has not been resolved. Still waiting on a dresser that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and when it did not show up I finally called and they said they couldnt find it until after the truck left so now they want me to wait yet another week because of their mess up.

My wife and I couldnt have been happier with our experience at Ashley. The salesman who worked with us, Mike Savage, was helpful, patient and friendly. He wasnt pushy at all and in fact took plenty of time to help us find the right furniture for us...even flaking the time to find better pricing for us on the Ashley website. It seems hard to find truly good customer service these days, but Mike left quite the impression on us and we would highly recommend Ashley (and Mike) to anyone!!

I am speaking only to the customer service as I have not received the furniture I ordered yet. Merle was my sales representative. He was at the door to greet me, took me all around the store and when I wanted space to look around myself, he gladly stepped back and gave me space. He was very knowledgeable about the products they had in-store and answered all my questions thoroughly. I ultimately chose a sofa and two accent chairs and will be getting them delivered next week. He also gave me a discount on delivery. I personally had a great experience at Ashley and would definitely go back in the future.

I love this Ashley Homestore! I recently shopped at the showroom near the Dayton Mall and the staff was super friendly. I was looking for a sectional for my new home and really wasnt sure what I wanted. Mark helped me and gave me some great ideas with no pressure. He helped me pick out tables and some pillows that look great with the sectional and chair I selected. He made the entire experience truly pleasurable. The prices were better than I expected and everyone that visits is truly impressed with my decorating talent!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I purchased a bed and had it delivered and they didn’t even deliver the whole thing, they forgot the rails and they chipped off a piece of wood on the side rails of the bed. So I went to the store and had them reorder the rails and the side rail, they said it will be delivered again on the 5th of January which is today. And I didn’t receive a phone call or text so I had my girlfriend go down there to the store and ask what’s going on and turns out they forgot to order it so I’m at the point where I don’t even want the bed anymore and they said I can’t return it because of the 3 day grace period. I think it’s bs because I haven’t even been out to sleep in the bed to try it out and now you telling me I can’t return it. The manger Jessica was extremely rude and told me all I can do is wait for a call from another sales representative. This is the absolute worst place for furniture and no one should ever buy from this awful place.
