I reached out to Jason to install some flooring we had purchased from another company. Upon acquiring this knowledge he researched the flooring and informed us of its less than superior quality. He talked me through the different options and qualities for flooring. His worker’s removed my old flooring and placed the new on the entire home in just five days (a house free of furniture). After the job was done I had some questions and Jason promptly called me to explain my concerns and put me at ease. Overall wonderful experience and I would recommend this company for all you flooring purchasing and installation needs!

C&L Flooring did an excellent job on my basement flooring! The guys that did my floor were very friendly and Jason was also very friendly and informative in telling me the best flooring for my basement vs what I was planning on getting, which would have been way more expensive. At the end of the project, there ended up being more prep than originally estimated because they realized my basement floor was much more lopsided than they thought. Even with the extra prep, they were nice enough to not charge me for the extended prep. Also, when I went in my basement a couple days later after they finished, I found that one side of my floor was flooded (the washer and dryer, water heater, air conditioner room, not any of the area with the new flooring). I immediately thought one of their guys caused the flooding when they rearranged my water hose coming from my air conditioner, so I called Jason in a panic. He immediately showed up to help me right when we got off the phone, and even though he soon realized that his guys didnt cause the flooding, but that I had another underlying problem related to my air conditioner water pump that was just coincidently discovered at the same time, he took the time to reposition my water pump and even sucked up all of the water on the floor with my carpet cleaner for me. I truly appreciate that because he did not have to even stay to help me with that, but I am so grateful! I will use C&L flooring again if I ever have any more flooring projects!

I have service scheduled for 12 July but I wanted to rate C & L on the exceptional service and care I received from Jason. He took the time to talk me through my project, offer alternative solutions, and was honest and upfront about what services I did and didn’t need with the focus of only charging for what was necessary. I will certainly be using and recommending them to anyone needing floor work!

Cant say enough about the professional service we received from Jason and his tile installers. They showed up exactly on time, finished exactly the day the said they would, what more could you ask for. The tile looks professional the baseboards and vanity they installed as well as the new toilet are secure and caulked beautifully. The father son combiation that did my tile were friendly courteous and cleaned up everything. Thanks for squeezing me in to your schedule and for getting our house back to normal so fast

My newly installed wood vinyl flooring looks amazing! Jason spent a lot of time with me helping me understand the process and pick a flooring that was perfect for my house. Alyssa worked up multiple quotes for me so I could decide which flooring would work best for my budget. Most importantly, the work crew were wonderful! There were some surprises lurking under the carpet they replaced and they never missed a beat, telling me exactly how they were going to fix the problems and continuing with the work. They worked hard and efficiently all while being extremely nice and respectful of my home. My floors look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! I will be using this company again for any future flooring needs! Highly recommended!

I recently had my 15 year old sheet vinyl kitchen floor upgraded to a luxury vinyl plank floor. My first stop was C & L where I had the pleasure of meeting Allyssa and Jason. Allyssa recommended what she thought would look good in my kitchen, based on my color scheme. Before I made the commitment to purchase from them, I did my due diligence and got proposals from other companies. Being a small business owner myself, I prefer dealing with smaller, locally owned companies. I did not find a lower price, or better customer service than what I received from C & L. When it was time for the install, things went smoothly, and Jason was more than happy to appease me when a discrepancy came up with the final total. I highly recommend this outfit for any flooring needs, both Allyssa and Jason treated me with courtesy and respect. Thank U!

I recently had C&L Flooring install new carpet and pad in my living room and hallway they did an AWESOME job!! They are extremely reliable and very professional. They also installed new wood flooring in my kitchen, it is beautiful. I am beyond happy. We are remodeling our bathroom and basement next month and I will have C&L Flooring do all my work. Contacted C&L because of the great reviews. Great personalities in the business and always friendly. Worked with Jason and got a great deal for some Vinyl on a roll.After the initial install, I walked in and the floor looked like bubble wrap. I was told that it was a atypical and would be fixed, Great!Come back after the fix, and the installer still had multiple bubbles in the flooring, and did quite the sub-par job in the upstairs bathrooms as well.Asked to have it fixed again, and they were going to do so, great!Came back the third time to see two large slices in the vinyl flooring, of which I could stick my finger into easily. Looks like they were slicing open the vinyl to fix the bubbles.Called one last time to hope to have the floor fixed.Came back, and the fix was what looked like some glue poured sloppily across both slices.Overall, poor experience, would not recommend.

We had Home Legend Luxury Vinyl installed by C & L in our living room, dining room, hallway, and 2 bedrooms. The floor is beautiful. The installer, Merle, was very professional, did the job in a timely manner, and was very respectful of our home. C & L worked with me when I decided to change something at the last second. Everyone there is so nice. The price was perfect and there were no last minute additions or extra costs. Merle cleaned up after everything was done like it was his own home. I just cant say enough great things about this flooring and the people at C & L.

I cant say enough about how helpful Craig was -- He not only did a great job laying the floor in the living room and bedrooms, but advised and helped me in other areas of the house, even helping to fix problems with an improperly installed floor someone else had done. We bought some luxury vinyl tiles for our kitchen and planks for our living room. Installation was flawless and we are super happy with our new flooring. This company did a fantastic job! We had originally scheduled to have laminate installed through a big box store. I was having second thoughts and after some research called C and L. I had a really short timeline, I only had a specific two weeks to complete the job and I called just five days before I wanted them to start. Zach Hertzog came out immediately and gave me a very reasonable estimate which included installing baseboards, which wasnt part of my original job. Frederico and his crew worked fast, kept a clean work space (we were still home and this was much appreciated) and the floors looked beautiful, all before Christmas! There were a few things we wanted changed as the job progressed and this was ALWAYS completed quickly and exactly the way we wanted. I will use this company again and again.

Run, don’t walk away from this business! Very unprofessional, Capet installers loud and obnoxious, dishonest, unacceptable carpet installation.We had water damage in our basement, we contacted Complete Detail to clean up the water. (Still waiting on them to fix our fireplace they cracked.). They recommended C&L. A salesman came to our house and we scheduled the install. The nightmare begins! They were supposed to be at our house at 10 a.m. I called at 11. They would be there in the next few hours! Finally at 1 they showed up! One of the crew members told us they would be done in 2 hours, at 5:30 I heard one of the installers yelling,” the pawnshop closes at 6 an I have to be there!” The left and said they would be back Monday night. The carpet installers were swearing and arguing...we were going to call the police at one point. The mess they left took my husband a hour and a half to clean up. The baseboard and furniture not installed after carpet installation. They came back twice and the corner of one our stair step still isn’t correct, the carpet still looks awful.
